It turned into a disaster! I feel I should get a refund.A nice facility- great pool; Amy and MaryAnn were super… BUT a storm came through and we lost power for awhile, the during the night, it went out and not restored for over two days! AND no one ever communicated the issues or updates!very disappointed in how that situation was handled. It was 97 degrees and no electricity,no A/C.

It was awesome, the two women in the store when I checked in on July 11th were the BEST and made me so excited for this trip. I had so much fun and so did my partner. I cannot name one thing I would change.

Beautiful campground. First campsite we were led to we backed into site and low lying electrical wires hanging across Rv like a slingshot wrapped around our roof air conditioning. They need to remove this site for Rv. They did relocate us to very nice location that worked out well

Lovely location in our pop up by the river. One of the individual showers up by the RVs was closed both nights.

The ladies in the office were amazing. Especially the lady that checked us in. There was one walking around that’s wasn’t the nicest but I can overlook that due to all the other employees being very friendly.

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay. Just be forewarned that the location is hilly. The walk up to the bath house was a steep climb.

The location, staff, & amenities were great. However I rented a cabin that had an old air conditioner. I don’t remember the number, but it was called The Longwood. The last 2 nights we were there the temps were in the 90’s & there was no air conditioning. Very disappointing!

Easy checkin process, guided to our spot, quiet, right by the creek, went fishing, plenty of panfish. We’ll be back!

loge was wonderful. plenty cool enough. lots of room for four adults. we noticed a few ants walking around the kitchen sink, so we sealed all the opened food or put in frig. no problem. pool was warm enough to enjoy, no need to get used to the usual cold water.

Staff rude. Not accommodating to our needs. Full time trashy camp site next to us. Store open till 9, they closed the ice cream at 8.. not posted. Showed up at 804 for ice cream and was told no.

We had a great site, it had an excellent shade tree.. we did not have a bad visit and would stay there again…. The only issue we had was the trip to the camp ground from Downingtown.. there needs to be a better road system for larger motor homes to get to the camp ground with out the gear of damage due to very narrow and excessively twisty roads.

We enjoyed the cabin but not so much the lot…… our only complaint would be the hill ( but I know you can’t fix that ) …other than that it was perfect location…the West Chester KOA is a nice getaway when you don’t want to travel far ….i give the KOA employees 10 stars also …extremely friendly AND helpful….

Great sites with nice shade, very clean, perfect for our puppy. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the pool during the heat wave! Will definately be back!

C'est plus loin de l'autoroute que je croyais et le chemin est plein de courbes et dangereux. J'avais réservé un pullthru pensant rester accroché étant donné qu'on n'y dormait qu'une nuit. Le camping est en montagne et le site était loin d'être plat. Ceci dit, l'endroit est propre et charmant et le personnel très accueillant. Il y a une petite rivière. Idéale pour les amateurs de paddl

KOA staff pleasant, friendly and helpful! A special thank you for assisting with my important decision of... morning coffee! :) Grounds very clean; easy to navigate through and plenty to do! New playground and jump pad were fun for the kids. Kayak rental and calm creek was a perfect afternoon activity. Loved our site across the water and farm! I'm so glad we booked a return trip to this KOA!!

Very nice and helpful staff. Our site was very nice with beautiful landscaping at the site, but a lot of weeds in the landscaping deterred from the beauty. Roads were in disrepair and the mini golf needed a lot of repairs. Weekend cost was double what we normally pay in the area, but some of that increase was expected because we got the upgraded patio site. Overall a nice stay for the weekend.

Great KOA. As usual, the best land for an RV park in the Philadelphia area is where this KOA is located. Hilly, wooded, great river, and very picturesque. The store was one of the best KOA stores. Staff 100% great. The pool was wonderful. The cabins looked great too. The drop down to the river was cool and where we stayed but the big rigs stay up on top.

This is a nice park and the staff is great. We encountered an electrical problem with our RV upon arriving. The office staff helped us find a guy who could fix it. They also gave us suggestions for dinner in town. They even offered to put us in a cabin if needed for the night. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond. All is fixed and we are on the road again.

Staff gets highest rating, so impressed with their friendliness and willingness to go beyond expectations. I was there for 2 weeks. From day one, I was treated like a family member.

Although the roads to getting to the campground are tight, the initial setting is great. Once you drive past the reception our experience was not good. this is based on the site selection we were given. We requested a 50amp pull-thru site, which we received, however the location and top of the site was horrible and there were plenty of other sites available. Will not renew my KOA membership after

The sites are small and ours was a little overgrown but the amenities were nice. The power and water went out twice during our stay which was unfortunate but was likely out of the KOA's control. It would have been nice if they had acknowledged it somehow and/or apologized.

The staff was amazing. So friendly. Smile on everyone's faces. I even witnessed them helping out a neighbor to the campground in major need of help.

Campground is clean & tidy, store is better stocked this time. Cabin door lock needs to be fixed, as its a pain messing around trying to lock and unlock the door, ppl shouldnt have to waste 10mins trying to open and close a door??

Staff was great! Our site down by the creek was secluded on the 2nd night (Sunday) after everyone went home for the work week. Some of the campground could use refreshing. The cornhole ramps were especially bad. Disappointed that the beautiful Liberty Lodge was locked up. Don't know if there is a shortage of staff or business. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
