I always enjoy my KOA stays but the improvement that has been done to the West Chester KOA ate fantastic. We had an awesome girls weekend.

Many of the sites should be adjusted for level. Premium sites with cement patio are fine. Nice dog/barkpark.

We had a wonderful stay at Koa Holiday, West Chester, Pa. Grounds were well maintained, staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Our site was clean and so were the facilities. It is a very nice place to stay. I have visited 2 seasons already and plan on going again next year.

Besides being overpriced, the fact there was no security on Saturday night is unbelievable. Many of us campers were kept up until 2:30 AM by 2 people in 1 campsite.

We were only there for 3 days/4nights but it was a very nice stay. Staff was great, facilities clean. We brought in a 31' motor home with a Kia soul in tow. No problem at the campsite but the roads in and out were very narrow, winding. Was on the edge of my seat. Thank god for my truck driver husband. Are at the Four Dogs...highly recommend! Did one day in Philly to do the tourist stuff.

This is a very nice campground conveniently located near West Chester. The people that work here are wonderful. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their campers are happy. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin this year. It s very peaceful and accommodating. The only thing was the shower head, it needs to be replaced, the spray was hurting our skin.

The site for four days was terrible. We were put on o even ground while others came and went for one day on nicer spots. Way too expensive for that site.

This was our fourth year doing a Halloween weekend and we absolutely love that it quickly turned into a tradition. Such a wonderful campground, kind people, great activities!

First. The staff were great and very friendly. Well that’s about where it ends. Whoever decided to put an RV campground out in the hills half an hour from anything and on extremely narrow, twisting and tight turn roads needs to be reexamined. Once on site the roads are eroded and rough. Sites for the most part are rough and not improved. For the price paid, expected much more. Look elsewhere

Dirty, bathrooms were not clean! 1 toilet flushed occasionally. Our cabin was at the end of a row, poor lighting on the path. No latch on the door to the cabin, and the dead bolt looked like it would give way with a strong shove. The floor was sticky in places. The lady who checked us in was helpful.

We had a great stay last week. Our site was really great. We've never had a patio site before but now we love it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked and was having a great sale. Pumpkin painting and trick or treat were fun. We'd love to come back.

We were down in 106 and 107. We really enjoyed the space and view. Fantastic space and area. Will be coming back!!

Everything was great the campground was pleasant, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were in good shape. One issue were the neighbors in tents. They played loud music all day until after hours. They argued 2am in morning, loud outdoor movie after hours, and car alarm off and on throughout the night. I am cautious to return near the tent area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is great and very helpful with information about Philadelphia. The campground is well maintained. It is hilly and the drive is a bit unnerving, but if you take it slow, it’s fine. The sites are terraced and fairly level.

Staff was very nice. Looks like a very nice place for full hook up RV. Difficult to get to. Roads very narrow. Tent area by river very nice, but huge hill to walk to get to restroom and showers. Only one bath room for half of the sites. The bathroom had mold and no ventilation. Only two sink faucets were working. Bathroom not as clean looking as other KOA. It was very quiet and safe.

The KOA was clean and tidy. Plenty of room for my large 5th wheel and truck on the site. Sites were gravel and fairly level. Bath House was clean and usable albeit with a few cobwebs. Park WIFI was mediocre to poor. Interior roads were paved and easy to get the trailer in and out of the site. Getting to the campground was challenging and a wheel gripping experience. Turn wide!

Best KOA we've been to in a while! Location was very picturesque, staff was friendly and accommodating, facilities were clean and in good condition, and fellow campers were polite and considerate. Philadelphia / West Chester was a fantastic stay and we will be back as the surrounding area has so much to offer!

The campground is in great shape. It’s a beautiful location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Amy in the office is amazing and made our stay feel special. We will be coming back!

Very nice and friendly staff. Restrooms were a little dated but clean. Site was a back in and easy to maneuver but I have only a 24ft travel trailer.

Campground is hilly with winding roads. Sites are beautiful, but while they look level they are not. We had a pull thru site but with the windy road it made it hard to settle on a level area. Laundry was ok, not the cleanest we’ve used. WiFi was decent but spotty at times. Neighbors and management were very nice. Take care in the approach roads to the campground.

Nice campground. Workers are very friendly and helpful. The only reason we didn't give it a 10 and 5 stars is because they advertise they have cable but they don't. They want you to use the antenna on your RV which everyone knows does not work well. You dont need to use antenna mode on your tv if you have cable coming into the RV.

Family vibe. I was down because my jeep-camper broke down on the way, I got yelled at where it broke down and the staff made me feel better. I had to book 3 sights for my upcoming birthday. Thanks to caring staff.
