The maintenance and cleaning staff were superb! Kind, friendly, very helpful. The rating is based on your front desk staff. Fairly rude, and not willing to offer help when asked. The front desk is your first impression of the campground.

Cabin was clean, cozy, and comfy in the winter weather. A great alternative to a hotel and put us within walking distance to the family we were visiting.

cabin was spotless, modern, all appliances worked. Few minor issues, like one was that the door insulation not robust enough and in 31*F the ice cold air was coming in but nothing major. Enjoyed our stay.

We were not told that the cabin had no linen or pillows the heater didn't work all the windows were open was a very cold night no one answered the phone we called around 730 800 pm

We love it here! We liked the pond. The laundry facilities were convenient. The wooded sites made it very serene. We don’t have an RV yet so we stayed in the Deluxe Cabin On the Pond. We will be back!

This is the first time we stayed in a deluxe cabin! WOW! It felt better than staying in a hotel room! They provided everything including dish soap! When we go north from NC without our 5th wheel, we'll be staying at Philadelphia South/Clarksburg Koa in a cabin!

We loved it! We already made reservations to stay three more times. Thank you so much for the fully equipped cabins. They allow people who don’t own a travel trailer to enjoy the camping experience.

The cabin we stayed in was nice & clean. The maintenance staff was very friendly & helpful. The blonde woman at check-in was very nasty & not professional at all. She is not the person to have greeting your guests. Guests should be notified that there is no car parking in front of cabins, and there is a walk to carry all your stuff to the cabin. Luggage carts would be very helpful.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very clean and comfortable. We loved the knotty pine paneling and the rustic vibe, exactly how a cabin should be! Despite feeling rustic, we had all the modern conveniences including A/C if we needed it. The kitchen and baths were well-appointed. Loved having a patio with outdoor furniture and a fire pit! Our stay was perfect!

Although it was a brief stay, we were totally happy with our experience. We arrived late, but the staff had made the arrangements to leave the key in our cabin. The night was a little chilly, but they had left a heater for us to use. The bathrooms were clean and the lady that we met at the desk in the morning was friendly and helpful.

When I arrived on Friday, Sept 26, even though she was very busy with multiple customers, Monica took time to welcome me and had a staff member escort me to my cabin. I was very impressed with how clean and neat the whole facility is. The attention to detail is evident in even the littlest things, like attaching a small light to the cabin key. Nice touch! This is the best KOA I've stayed at!

Nice and clean friendly staff we stayed in a rustic cabin and we fished in the pond caught a little fish and then mosquitoes started catching us so we gave it up. The bathhouse was a little far for someone my age but we made it worked love all my KOAs

We enjoyed our stay, and even with the campground being busy, we still felt secluded and private in our cabin. We appreciated the friendly staff and camp store.

Awesome staff (both inside building and outside crew). Deluxe Cabine #301 was clean, well kept and spacious. The park itself was also very clean and well kept. They had different activities going on. We watched adults and kids catching fish in the pond. Great experience once again. This was our second trip to this KOA. I highly recommend it.

1st time staying at a KOA and this campsite. If the level of service, cleanliness and hospitality is standard than thus site set it. Super. Every one was great and escorted to our cabin, check in periodically to ensure we had everything we need it. Very family friendly with nice activities. Do stayed an extra hour because kids were having fun. Vibe is chill with good family vacation. Site is

Had a good stay here. Nice location. Close to Philadelphia but still very quiet and remote. Bathrooms were fine and had hot water. Cabin could have been cleaner, there were spider webs in the corners and dead bugs between bed frame and mattress.

We stayed in a cabin on the pond. It was ok. Front door didn’t close enough to seal out hot humid air. One bedroom AC unit didn’t work, pushing out warm air. A camper there had 2 small dogs while I have 2 large pit bulls. The woman let go of one of her dogs. The little dog came running towards my dogs. My dogs are well behaved and trained so they just sniffed. The staff was very excellent,

Clean, decent sized sites, even though it’s a small campground. Kids have fun on the playground and bounce pillow. The little pond was a hit with the grandchildren, you could see the small fish. The staff were very nice. They also pick have curb pick up for trash, until 5 pm, which was very nice. Very nice experience.

Our cabin was very clean and well stocked. Loved having the half bath. Appreciated the paved walking paths around cabins, made our walk to the pool much easier. Pool area was clean and kids enjoyed the jumping pillow too. Nice quiet location to escape too after the busyness (and traffic) of Philly. Would stay again if we were in the area!

KOA at Clarksboro was amazing. My kids loved our stay of 4 days, every day we did a different activity. Pool, bike riding, pillow jump and slides and visiting nearby stores. Martin a KOA employee went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable.

Facility was close to what were we’re doing and a decent price but one of our cabins was infested with ants and had a horrible weed smell and when I made the staff aware I was told “ we are aware of the issues with that cabin” with no offer to try to make the situation better.

On Fri and Sat, we left before office hours and came back after office hours. When we got to the site Fri night , we discovered that the sewer connection on the site was backed up. We called and left a message at the after hours number. We had to take 30 second showers. The next day we still hadn't heard from anyone and I finally got thru to someone at noon. Poor communication and service.

I had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The campground itself was clean, and our site was well-kept. However, there were some significant downsides. The staff allowed our neighboring campers to have over 20 guests. Even more concerning, the same campsite was allowed to continuously smoke weed

Clean park, clean bathrooms. Good location if you're doing stuff in the area, not a destination spot. Small pool, very limited wooded area.

This trip was disappointing unlike past trips. First I arrived and had left my wallet at home but was not able to check in even with a check- still charged the first night even though I wasnt allowed to stay. Then when I arrived back first thing next morning the cabin wasn’t prepared for the heat wave so uncomfortable I checked out 2 days early and still was charged the whole week.

The vibes are nice but the cabins aren’t it. You don’t get a dish sponge even when you call to ask why you don’t have one. The shower curtain is moldy and smells so bad. The WiFi wasn’t working throughout our entire stay so we literally couldn’t watch anything we had planned on watching. The pots and pans are crooked and made it so difficult to cook anything and the dishes were filthy. L

Overall a nice campground. Nice sites and nice staff. One night, during our visit, they had something happening under the pavilion (koa ran or rented to a customer, doesn't matter) and music could be heard playing from their speakers throughout the campground. I was sitting outside trying to enjoy peace and quiet until the music started, for a good 30 plus minutes. That should not be allowed for any reason, forcing others to participate in your activities. If I have music on, it's only for me to hear, not my neighbors. Wished the campground would have stopped it.

Stayed here during a trip to Philadelphia. Took about 20-30 mins from the campground to our destinations in Philadelphia. Our site was decently long (fit our 27' trailer and the truck) and a pull through but holy smokes it was thin! Our site class was “Value” so that is probably why because they had plenty of other sites that were much bigger and nicer. They called it a Value site like 5 times during check in so I'm assuming they wanted to stress that for when we got to our site. Our “Value” site had just enough space for a picnic table which was very close to our camper and the camper next to us. If we were hang out outside people this would not have been great, but for us it was perfect. After checking in, a worker in a golf cart escorted us to our site. Camp store was very small, mostly KOA souvenirs and kids toys, some cold drink options. $5 min for credit cards. Campground overall seemed small compared to others, so a small store made sense. Has normal amenities (pool, rec room, laundry, etc) but the real winner here is the dog park. It is HUGE! We live on 1/4 acre and I'm pretty sure this fenced dog area is close to that size, maybe bigger. Tall fence all the way around and plenty of room to run. Our dog is not very dog-friendly but highly active, so the smaller campground and usually empty dog park was 100% amazing! If I was planning a trip out this way again, I would absolutely stay here again.
