The area was very nice but I had an issue with the paw pen. It is WONDERFUL to have those but the fence was VERY WIDE and all 3 of my small dogs were able to get through the bars. It would be great if some wire could be placed along the bottom to prevent this. Also, my dogs (and others) think of the astroturf as "carpet" and don't want to pee on it. I had to take them to grass to pee. Thanks

Very nice campground in a peaceful setting. The pond is beautiful and full of wildlife — geese and turtles were a joy to watch, and we even saw deer along the edge of the woods. It’s a great place to slow down, enjoy nature, and truly relax. We would definitely come back.

Tight entrance and turns, appears to have seasonal RVers, some of those need attention as they are messy/cluttered. Our concrete pad was cracked and a trip hazard. Needs new rock put down. Park needs overall attention to detail/spring cleanup for sure.

Had a great stay. Easy in out. Staff was excellent. Clean restrooms/showers. Nicely kept property. Will stay again.

Easy access. Easy check in. Site was level and the csmpground was clean. Sites are close together. But the campground was quite during my overnight stay.

The drive area at the front of camprground is very narrow for RV's bigger than 30'. The corners are tight. Our deluxe patio site was not maintained with concrete or gravel. Our 40' coach sank into the mud/dirt on site. The site is not worth the premium fee they are charging. Majority of campground is seasonal now.

We came to visit with family in Philadelphia! This is about the only campground open in the area. Easy access to and from the highway. The campground is aged but well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The WiFi as usual for campgrounds was about useless. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for the location.

Staff very nice and helpful. But park sites were mostly long term. Sites were gravel and small.

2nd time staying here. Easy access off Route 275. Place is clean and staff was very friendly. Just outside of Philadelphia and the first stop from Boston that we always stay here.

This was just a quick stopover for us. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful. Seems to be most full time or transient works here. Bathrooms were clean but shower stalls are teeny tiny. Had to stand up against the curtain to get the water in me and hot water was far from hot. Folks should be more mindful of where they let their pets poop. Hubby stepped in a pile when we were trying to connect

I rated right in the middle because I am not sure whose equipment malfunctioned, mine or yours, but I could not get power to cut on when I came back from a sixers basketball game. It was too late to contact, and not cold enough to warrant an emergency. But it was uncomfortable. Please check sure 17. If it isn’t working, I think a refund would be fair. Other than that it was fine.

1 niter traveling from Mass to Fla-needed propane DESPERATELY! Only place we could find on a Sunday and we're glad we did! Friendly staff, clean restrooms close to interstate-pretty close to perfect!

The stay is nice, however there are many vacant deluxe cabins but we are assigned that the one with a big puddle on the entrance walkway, we asked the front desk if anyone can help to remove those melted ice water but the answer is no.

the stay was perfect we needed to get off the road on our way up to CT. we knew we were arriving after dark and that we needed to be near the bathroom and the staff fulfilled both of those requests perfectly!! thank you

Everything is great except the mattresses at all the KOA cabins we've stayed at are too soft and not supportive.

The woman at check in was friendly and efficient. The bathrooms were very clean. This was a great over night stop on our way to South Carolina. We felt the site was a little tight, but other than that it was a great place to stop for the night.

Staff is very nice and friendly. We didnt get to enjoy the rustic cabin for more than a day since the little space heater burnt the outlet completely while we slept. Being a bit under prepared for the cold we decided to leave in the morning. The staff was very understanding and we refunded a day lost. The walkways were shoveled and clean. Restrooms phenomenal. Great place to stay in a camper.

Given the severe cold weather we was happy with how the staff accommodated us. Our RV site was level and clear and our cabins were warm and had running water. We'll be back again in the Spring.

Heading south early Feb. booked cabin there as our RV was still winterized. Great cabin, heated, nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Had a good home cooked meal and notes sleep and off again south in the RV the next morning.

Overall a nice campground. Nice sites and nice staff. One night, during our visit, they had something happening under the pavilion (koa ran or rented to a customer, doesn't matter) and music could be heard playing from their speakers throughout the campground. I was sitting outside trying to enjoy peace and quiet until the music started, for a good 30 plus minutes. That should not be allowed for any reason, forcing others to participate in your activities. If I have music on, it's only for me to hear, not my neighbors. Wished the campground would have stopped it.

Stayed here during a trip to Philadelphia. Took about 20-30 mins from the campground to our destinations in Philadelphia. Our site was decently long (fit our 27' trailer and the truck) and a pull through but holy smokes it was thin! Our site class was “Value” so that is probably why because they had plenty of other sites that were much bigger and nicer. They called it a Value site like 5 times during check in so I'm assuming they wanted to stress that for when we got to our site. Our “Value” site had just enough space for a picnic table which was very close to our camper and the camper next to us. If we were hang out outside people this would not have been great, but for us it was perfect. After checking in, a worker in a golf cart escorted us to our site. Camp store was very small, mostly KOA souvenirs and kids toys, some cold drink options. $5 min for credit cards. Campground overall seemed small compared to others, so a small store made sense. Has normal amenities (pool, rec room, laundry, etc) but the real winner here is the dog park. It is HUGE! We live on 1/4 acre and I'm pretty sure this fenced dog area is close to that size, maybe bigger. Tall fence all the way around and plenty of room to run. Our dog is not very dog-friendly but highly active, so the smaller campground and usually empty dog park was 100% amazing! If I was planning a trip out this way again, I would absolutely stay here again.
