I had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The campground itself was clean, and our site was well-kept. However, there were some significant downsides. The staff allowed our neighboring campers to have over 20 guests. Even more concerning, the same campsite was allowed to continuously smoke weed

The check in was easy and the pool was clean. The grounds were well kept as we walked around. Our kids rented the bikes which we felt were very steep in price for an hour. Not worth it plus they charge you tax on it as well. We one’s stayed one night as halfway point on drive home. It was enough for us to sleep and cool off

It was a short stay..7:30 on to 11:00 am Since the office was still open (close 8 pm), we were personally directed to our pull through site. It is probably just the area, but we have never paid $120 for one night, but because of earlier congestive traffic and bad weather conditions, we didn’t really have a choice. The park was quite full approaching the July 4th weekend.

We love staying here. Very clean and has a fabulous dog park. A bit expensive for the amenities but would definitely be back!

Clean park, clean bathrooms. Good location if you're doing stuff in the area, not a destination spot. Small pool, very limited wooded area.

Everything was clean and the staff was great. I liked the pocket park and the jumping pillow was a hit with my kids.

This trip was disappointing unlike past trips. First I arrived and had left my wallet at home but was not able to check in even with a check- still charged the first night even though I wasnt allowed to stay. Then when I arrived back first thing next morning the cabin wasn’t prepared for the heat wave so uncomfortable I checked out 2 days early and still was charged the whole week.

The vibes are nice but the cabins aren’t it. You don’t get a dish sponge even when you call to ask why you don’t have one. The shower curtain is moldy and smells so bad. The WiFi wasn’t working throughout our entire stay so we literally couldn’t watch anything we had planned on watching. The pots and pans are crooked and made it so difficult to cook anything and the dishes were filthy. L

This is a nice KOA. Saturday night they had a DJ. I was able to ride my bike around the campground. We had a value site which was nice.

We had a great time! We traveled with a 1 and 3 year old and stayed in the cabins and everyone had an absolute blast playing on the bouncing pad, swimming in the pool, and roasting marshmallows at night. They also loved seeing all the turtles in the pond. We would definitely return.

We enjoy a quiet weekend stay at times and this campground fits our needs. There are activities if we wish to join but staying in the back tree area gives us relaxation. We like that it's a small community without the rowdiness that is at times found with larger groups.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Everything about the facility was clean. This was our first campground stay so we are pretty local but will def use this as a quick option in the future.

Very clean, quiet, well maintained RV Park. No issues with water, sewage, or electric services. There is a basic campers store, clean rest rooms with showers. 3 washer & 3 dryer laundry room that work great. The "front" area is open and unshaded. The "back" area is very wooded and lots of shade. Pads are gravel & dirt. I would stay here again.

This is a fantastic KOA! The grounds are beautifully maintained. It’s hard to imagine you’re less than 30 minutes to Philadelphia when you’re at this camp - it’s super quiet & feels secluded. Definitely recommend!

We love this KOA & stay several times a year. The bathrooms & grounds are always spotless.This visit we took our young grandsons & they loved the bounce pillow & pool.

We had a great stay, love the amenities, especially the pool for the summer time. Only negative is it would be nice when you checked in if they told you about the activities on Saturday, letting you know to check the board in the store for details. The texts are good reminders, would be nicer to prepare your day with details ahead of time.

We enjoyed the camp. We really enjoyed going to Philadelphia on PATCO. Seniors pay .70 fare. The drive to the train was longer than the train ride. Parking was free and ample. Philadelphia's historic district is way better than Epcot. National Park Rangers are so helpful. The PHLASH bus is free for Seniors. I dream of a return.

Very nice facility unfortunately site was extremely to close together, our table was basically right under our neighbors slide out, No Privacy. Staff was great especially one gentleman named Martin, he was none stop and was always willing to help, thank you.

Very nice campground! Kids enjoyed it. Was very lucky to be in the back were it was less crowded and more shade! Bathrooms were so clean and air conditioned! The only thing I recommend is giving a flyer to your guests for activities on the weekend. I know it’s on the board in the office but a paper upon checkin would be much better!

I liked the proximity to the historic district. The bad weather made the stay less than desirable, but that’s certainly not your fault. The laundry was clean and reasonably priced.

We have stayed here several times on our way south. This KOA seems to improve each time we stay. The staff are always friendly and eager to help make your stay a great one.

This is an awesome campground. Alicia was so pleasant & friendly when we checked in. She went out of her way to ensure we were set up next to our friends. The process was easy & we arrived a little early but she still got us right to our campsite. Greatly Appreciated! The campground itself is quite & very nice. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

First patio site was very good with plantings and a big patio. We moved to site 79 for our last day which was new and with a very small patio and an incredible amount of sand. The good news is we were able to be accommodated for 4 extra nights while our tow dolly was being repaired. Staff was generally very helpful. Wish there were gas grills on the patio site as at other KOA‘s

Friendliest, quietest and most organized KOA we have ever stayed at! Lots of signage points the way to this park. Dogs are treated royally! For them & us, this KOA's #1 highlight is its dog park, much appreciated after multiple hours on the road! All of this KOA's staff are friendly and accommodating to us and our dogs! We're not sure how they do it, but this huge park is super quiet and clean!

Overall a nice campground. Nice sites and nice staff. One night, during our visit, they had something happening under the pavilion (koa ran or rented to a customer, doesn't matter) and music could be heard playing from their speakers throughout the campground. I was sitting outside trying to enjoy peace and quiet until the music started, for a good 30 plus minutes. That should not be allowed for any reason, forcing others to participate in your activities. If I have music on, it's only for me to hear, not my neighbors. Wished the campground would have stopped it.
