Awesome staff (both inside building and outside crew). Deluxe Cabine #301 was clean, well kept and spacious. The park itself was also very clean and well kept. They had different activities going on. We watched adults and kids catching fish in the pond. Great experience once again. This was our second trip to this KOA. I highly recommend it.

Love this KOA, stayed several times. Granddaughter loves the pool, the bouncing pillow and the catch and release pond. The DJ on Saturday night is a fun time for all! The sites are well maintained, the staff is so friendly and the bath house is kept very clean.

1st time staying at a KOA and this campsite. If the level of service, cleanliness and hospitality is standard than thus site set it. Super. Every one was great and escorted to our cabin, check in periodically to ensure we had everything we need it. Very family friendly with nice activities. Do stayed an extra hour because kids were having fun. Vibe is chill with good family vacation. Site is

Friendly helpful staff but no amenities for a Koa

Thank you for your review. Maybe only staying one night meant that you were unable to use the amenities. We have a pool, playground, catch and release pond, jumping pillow, bike rental, cornhole, two bath houses and two laundry rooms as well as a game room. We hope to see you again.

Office staff was very helpful and friendly. Site was clean and appropriate size for our RV. Grounds and amenities were clean and welcoming. Pool was well maintained and relaxing. This was our 2nd stay this season and I am sure we will return.

Great campground!! We stayed towards the back and it was very quiet and nicely shaded. The campground is close to some nice places to eat and a short drive from Philadelphia. If we ever make it that way again we will definitely stay here.

Had a good stay here. Nice location. Close to Philadelphia but still very quiet and remote. Bathrooms were fine and had hot water. Cabin could have been cleaner, there were spider webs in the corners and dead bugs between bed frame and mattress.

One of the worst KOA’s I have stayed at. Why get away just to be right on top of your neighbors. They squeeze in way to many spots that it takes away the pleasure of parking. Staff is nice, place is clean no showers and a smallllll laundry room. Skip this KOA if you have any other options.

We have been here many times and have always been happy with most everything. This stay was no exception. Since our last stay it looks like they have installed some new wifi equipment that has made it useable. Good speed and no drop outs. One picky criticism though. The new led lights on motion sensors to light up the road need to be aimed down. Many are aimed directly into the eyes.

The tent area was as advertised and was actually very nice. We used the platform, grill, and firepit and everything worked well. My wife, who doesnt like camping, said "this is the best way to camp." Thank you.

We stayed in a cabin on the pond. It was ok. Front door didn’t close enough to seal out hot humid air. One bedroom AC unit didn’t work, pushing out warm air. A camper there had 2 small dogs while I have 2 large pit bulls. The woman let go of one of her dogs. The little dog came running towards my dogs. My dogs are well behaved and trained so they just sniffed. The staff was very excellent,

Beautiful KOA, so well maintained, we stayed in a premium spot. The firepit and co Crete surrounding patio with Adirondack chairs, bench and table was wonderful. Site 79 could use some more gravel. One of the best KOAs we have stayed! Absolutely beautiful!

Awesome as always! SUPER EFFICIENT & FRIENDLY STAFF! PET-WELCOMING! FUN DOG PARK! CLEAN AND QUIET CAMPGROUND! LOCATED NEAR FOOD & FUEL STATIONS. EXCELLENT SIGNAGE ON HOW TO LOCATE THE PLACE! Might possibly be our new favorite KOA. The grounds are beautiful. Spots are spacious and easily accessible. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The accessibility to interest points like like Philadelphia, Jersey Shore and New York City is nothing short of amazing. There are cool little restaurants in Paulsboro. Don't miss the fun and good people for great food at The Classy Cow in Clarksburg

We liked it so much, that we came back. We stayed on our way to Maine, and when we were coming back, we decided to stay again.

It was a short overnight while traveling home. The front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were escorted to the stie which was in the back and near the bathhouse which was clean. We weren't able to use any of the other amentities due to our short stay. We will be back to do a long weekend due to the number of activities in the area.

This is a very nice campground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Park was clean, sites were level. Nice wooded spots, park like setting you don't feel like your just in a parking lot. Would highly recommend, very convenient to Philadelphia.

It's nice, electricity voltage needs to be raised a little, can only use one large power user at a time. Reserved a site but when I arrived the increased the price $30 per day without notice. Brought this to their attention, they refused to give the price promised. Their reason was they upgraded the site but when I reserved it I was not told this and given the lower price, they refused to honor it

While I liked your campground the dog pen at my site was not good for a dog of over 35 lbs. it is just too small an area. And I was nervous my dog would just on top of the doghouse and over the fence.

Overall a nice campground. Nice sites and nice staff. One night, during our visit, they had something happening under the pavilion (koa ran or rented to a customer, doesn't matter) and music could be heard playing from their speakers throughout the campground. I was sitting outside trying to enjoy peace and quiet until the music started, for a good 30 plus minutes. That should not be allowed for any reason, forcing others to participate in your activities. If I have music on, it's only for me to hear, not my neighbors. Wished the campground would have stopped it.

Stayed here during a trip to Philadelphia. Took about 20-30 mins from the campground to our destinations in Philadelphia. Our site was decently long (fit our 27' trailer and the truck) and a pull through but holy smokes it was thin! Our site class was “Value” so that is probably why because they had plenty of other sites that were much bigger and nicer. They called it a Value site like 5 times during check in so I'm assuming they wanted to stress that for when we got to our site. Our “Value” site had just enough space for a picnic table which was very close to our camper and the camper next to us. If we were hang out outside people this would not have been great, but for us it was perfect. After checking in, a worker in a golf cart escorted us to our site. Camp store was very small, mostly KOA souvenirs and kids toys, some cold drink options. $5 min for credit cards. Campground overall seemed small compared to others, so a small store made sense. Has normal amenities (pool, rec room, laundry, etc) but the real winner here is the dog park. It is HUGE! We live on 1/4 acre and I'm pretty sure this fenced dog area is close to that size, maybe bigger. Tall fence all the way around and plenty of room to run. Our dog is not very dog-friendly but highly active, so the smaller campground and usually empty dog park was 100% amazing! If I was planning a trip out this way again, I would absolutely stay here again.
