Very helpful staff. Restrooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. A fair number of of trees in and around the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Office girls nice Guy who helped me back in was great Your AFTER HOURS phone number is useless! There was a LOUD party that went on until 1:45am. My daughter and i called and texted well into the night. NO ANSWER. if it was emergency i would have called 911. But having NO ONE in charge is frightening. Our family didnt sleep at all. We didnt approach the party on our own out of fear

Clean, well maintained campground and dog park. Dog park is one of the biggest we have seen at any KOA. Friendly staff. Hour drive to Philadelphia or Atlantic City.

Nice people… helpful. Clean. This was just an overnight stop so we didn’t worry about our particular site when booking… mistake. Some sites are VERY narrow. Ours (#24) was right on top our neighbor and 4-7 inches off level so as I moved around to find a better position about 3 feet to the right, I hit our awning (closed against the RV) on a tree limb destroying it. Other spots are very nice.

The campground was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. It is close to Philadelphia and also to Battleship New Jersey, which was amazing to tour.

Everything was great except for your signage away from campground. Came in after dark and the blue camping signs reflective materials are non existent and in daylight they are very faded. I am just one customer. How many face the same problem and leave?

We have been going to this KOA for years. It's close to our home. We have never been disappointed. Our site is always level; the campground is always clean. It is very easy to get to right off the highway, easy in and out. The pool and hot tub were spotless. Lake has fish. Keep up the great work!!!

Nice place, professional people, love the area. Was not happy about visitors paying $8.00 to visit the campground. Especially if they were not staying and using any of the facilities…. That was my only criticism!!!

This is a quint little campground. I do wish there was a bigger pool or an adult pool and a hot tub. I was unable to enjoy the pool because it is so small.

Outside of it being dusty, which no one can do anything about, I had a great stay. All of the employees were very helpful. Martin, in particular, did a great job. He never hesitated to stop and make sure I was doing OK on my tent site. It looked like he treated every other camper the same way. Definitely a good guy.

I would say this KOA is top rate except for the following. 1) They allow a pack of puppies to reside in a camper with windows open and owner frequently leaving them alone. 2) they ignored a phoned complain about loud music with deep base that continued late into the night.

From our initial entering to check in, they seemed unfriendly and didn’t care if we were there or not. Pull through sites are gravel and not level.

It is a beautiful large campground. We were a little disappointed that, although it was not at full capacity, we were lined up beside each other with very little space between us. A very nice campground though.

Spot #87 was excellent...a good mix of sun and shade, and relatively quiet. The Paw Pen was smaller than others we have had, but our dog loved it.

Was on site 89, large shaded patio site with tables, chairs & large fire pit. Office texted weekend activities throughout the weekend. Clean restroom but shower & toilet stalls a little small. Our 2nd time here, we will come here again.

The campground was very clean. The staff was great. This was the only campground that drove you to your site as well as helped with backing into the site. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back to this location.

Small but well maintained. Pool is clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, responded quickly to questions and concerns. Playground was disappointing for my 5 yr old grandson since it's designed for toddlers. Wish they offered 1/2 day rentals on the 4 wheel bikes. Renting by the hour made longer times prohibitive.

Wonderful location, staff very friendly. The park was very clean, Qe loved the proximity of the park to Philadelphia, using the Train round trip from Woodcrest Station which had plants of free parking after 9 am.

Only stayed for one night. The park/facility was well maintained and clean. Lot's of families who all looked like they were enjoying themselves. Appreciated the fact that a text went out right before closing asking if anyone needed firewood or ice - and they delivered it to your site. Small things like that go along way. Also - the staff was super friendly and personable.

Parked next to seasonal campers who had multiple cars coming in and out a day visiting. Jump pillow turned off early at night before dark. Value site doesn't allow for a fire if you have neighbors because of how close you are. If you have a long 5th wheel and truck, it is hard to fit both on the site.

Nice and clean friendly staff we stayed in a rustic cabin and we fished in the pond caught a little fish and then mosquitoes started catching us so we gave it up. The bathhouse was a little far for someone my age but we made it worked love all my KOAs

We enjoyed our stay, and even with the campground being busy, we still felt secluded and private in our cabin. We appreciated the friendly staff and camp store.

Overall a nice campground. Nice sites and nice staff. One night, during our visit, they had something happening under the pavilion (koa ran or rented to a customer, doesn't matter) and music could be heard playing from their speakers throughout the campground. I was sitting outside trying to enjoy peace and quiet until the music started, for a good 30 plus minutes. That should not be allowed for any reason, forcing others to participate in your activities. If I have music on, it's only for me to hear, not my neighbors. Wished the campground would have stopped it.

Stayed here during a trip to Philadelphia. Took about 20-30 mins from the campground to our destinations in Philadelphia. Our site was decently long (fit our 27' trailer and the truck) and a pull through but holy smokes it was thin! Our site class was “Value” so that is probably why because they had plenty of other sites that were much bigger and nicer. They called it a Value site like 5 times during check in so I'm assuming they wanted to stress that for when we got to our site. Our “Value” site had just enough space for a picnic table which was very close to our camper and the camper next to us. If we were hang out outside people this would not have been great, but for us it was perfect. After checking in, a worker in a golf cart escorted us to our site. Camp store was very small, mostly KOA souvenirs and kids toys, some cold drink options. $5 min for credit cards. Campground overall seemed small compared to others, so a small store made sense. Has normal amenities (pool, rec room, laundry, etc) but the real winner here is the dog park. It is HUGE! We live on 1/4 acre and I'm pretty sure this fenced dog area is close to that size, maybe bigger. Tall fence all the way around and plenty of room to run. Our dog is not very dog-friendly but highly active, so the smaller campground and usually empty dog park was 100% amazing! If I was planning a trip out this way again, I would absolutely stay here again.
