Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Camp sites are somewhat close to each other, they should consider adding more partitions or bushes between sites to improve privacy. Kids enjoyed the pool and miniature golf course!

Maximum number of people per Tent site is 6. Perfect. We had 3 couples so that makes exactly 6. The Tent sites are very large which is why we came here. After each couple set up their tents a person from the office came by and said that we can only have 2 tents on the site. How do decide which couple has to sleep separate from their partner? Just did not make sense.

It was our first time and really liked it. We are even thinking of going back with out boys because of how kid-friendly the site is. Everyone was super helpful- even the nightly security when we arrived late. He escorted us to our site. I think his name was Brad. I highly recommend KOA

Amenities are great. Tent sites are WAY TOO CLOSE together. Also, the quiet hours were not enforced. This was a problem for us as we wanted a good night sleep before hiking Joshua tree the next morning.

Nice site. Friendly staff. Made a great base camp for my Starline Trail hike. The amenities were much appreciated after beating myself up hiking > 8000 feet in elevation to the Aerial Tramway station.

Wish u planted more trees for the tent campers. Think would be a better business model “tent camp under our trees & be 20 degrees cooler!”

This KOA was significantly more expensive than others I’ve stayed at. Then I was disappointed to find that our campsite was against the fence in the very far corner of a giant lot with gravel campsites. There was basically no one around and yet it felt like we were shoved in a corner. Luckily, the staff was helpful with getting us moved a few spots down.

Seemless check in. Clean campsite and facilities. Only issue was running out of toilet roll in the ladies toilets. But other than that love staying here. Kids have a blast!

Nice campground, but washrooms haven‘t been cleaned during our two nights stay. Good location for heading to Palm Springs and the Joshua Tree National Park.

Friendly staff, nicely landscaped location. I stayed on the far west side in a camp site and had nice shade all afternoon. The pool and mineral spas are great as is the mini golf.

I loved how checking in easy. The employees were very helpful, everyone we interacted with was so friendly. My friends and I talked about coming back from another stay. They loved the amenities that this KOA had.,especially the pool! We will definitely be back! Thank you to the staff for the wonderful stay, we saw the effort you made to keep this place clean.

I reserved a tent site for 4 of us. 2 to sleep a small tent the other 2 in our campervan. Upon arrival the woman at the reception said that we were not allowed to sleep in the van at a tent site and it is not allowed to pitch a tent at an RV site so we had to book both a ten and an RV site. Double the costs!! Ridiculous!!! Place in itself is OK, nice pool and hottubs. Pity staff ripped us off.

The bathroom was dirty. One of the toilets were clogged, there were blood on the floor and on one of the toilets.

The office hours close by 6pm. It is too hot to rent bikes till after 8pm. Very disappointing for the kiddos. No one came around to stop the rowdy guests and their rowdy children after 10pm. Things were crazy till after midnigjt.

Such beautiful views all around. Star-gazing amazing. The pools, ah, the mineral pools, and swimming pool, take ALL your pains away.

Beautiful campground with plenty of amenities for the kids. The camp store closed earlier than the store hours so I wasn’t able to get a couple items but the biggest issue with my stay was that Sunday morning the women’s restroom key pad was missing a digit that was needed to access the restrooms and showers. The unisex restroom had no toilet paper and it was before camp store hours so no help

We had the best time. Very clean. Unfortunately the bathrooms weren’t as clean, some of the bathrooms had no toilet paper, I had to use paper towells, othe then that it was a very nice experience

We initially had booked two nights here but extended it for another night. This KOA is our favourite we've stayed in. The pool is an amazing temperature, and the 3 covered hottubs all different temperatures is unbeatable. We would come back here just to relax and hang by the pool all day. Workers were great.

Quiet campground on the foothills of Joshua Tree. They have rows if trees along the isles to provide shade and wind buffer. The pool and mineral tubs were very clean and made our bodies feel great!
