I would stay again. The pool and hot tubs were really nice, but the pool walls etc. seemed a bit dirty. Likely it’s just the nature of a hot springs pool. No matter, the water was great. 3 hot tubs were lovely, I would come back just for that. Front desk instructions were a bit hurried and delivered like a bit. Slow down in your delivery. Perfect tent space chosen by staff! Thank you very much

Tend site has shadow, hook ups are fine, pool and facility nice and clean. Large area, nearly no guests during my stay mid of August, location a little far from towns and parks, next grocery with fresh food about 7 miles away, strong winds from the valley.

Tented here for one night. Good location here. The people working here are always nice which helps after a day of driving!

Our stay was wonderful. The second night was difficult as a large crowd in the campground 2 areas away was running and constantly talking really loud. Please remind others of quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Loved the hot springs hot tubs and pool. The bathroom was a ways away from our tent site and I remember having to go around the building to enter. I lost my orientation when I went there in the dark and ended up walking all up and down thru each section before I found my way back. Maybe some signs when you exit and labels at corners that can be seen in the dark for those tired night bathroom trips

I don’t think tent camping should be permitted here. It’s way too windy and hot (yes, I recognize this is a desert, but it doesn’t really cool down at night). We asked about upgrading to a cabin, but they told us it would be $269. When we looked at the website, it was $175 (with our KOA discount). We would have done the latter, but $269 seemed obscene.

It was ok. I think it is set up better for rvs then tents. There was so many rocks under us. Even with our pads to lay on it was uncomfortable.

I would never go back to this specific site. We checked in on Friday and front desk was initially very rude. The activities lady was amazing. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. They must have initially cleaned them Thursday or Friday. By Saturday night the bathrooms were looking disgusting. Sunday they were completely out of toilet paper, which should not be the case for a KOA. Never again.

The ground at the campsite was too hard to secure the tent properly. On top of that, it was very windy, and the tent almost flew away. In the end, we had to take it down and give up on camping. It wasn’t a good memory.

Fun spot. Close to Joshua Tree NF. Will likely come back. Lots to do in the campground after a long day hiking. Staff were very kind and accomodating. If planning on tent camping the wind is a factor!

I would have given 5 stars if the women's restrooms were better maintained during our stay. The women's restroom smelled like pee the entire time and the showers did not seem to be clean. The shower water was puddled on the floor near the bathrooms so you had to walk through dirty water to get into a restroom or into a shower.

Everything was great. If a suggestion could be made… the rocks in The camping spots are too rough and sharp. Can easily poke the bottom of a tent and terrible if your air mattress goes out.

One of paper towel machine was out of paper towel and the other machine was not functioning. Men's restroom had no toilet paper.

My stay was EXCELLENT! I am already telling others and encouraging them to also plan a stay. Friday night I enjoyed a delicious bacon cheeseburger while watching the weekly movie. Breakfast the next morning was scrumptious. The pool and three hot springs heated jacuzzi were so relaxing. I hated to leave. Thank you everyone at Palm Springs/Joshua Tree KOA. I'll be back!!!

A tent site on our last night played loud music until 2 am. Maybe a deposit at check in would prevent this from happening. Made our day of travel the following day very tiring. Disappointed.

The campground is clean and well kept. This time, the water spigot at my tent site was not working. I reported it and it was immediately repaired. They are very attentive to the needs of the campers. I would recommend they remedy the light timers in the showers/restroom. I showered late at night and the lights went out while I was still showering. I had to go out and re-activate the sensor.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
