Loved our stay. Only issue was that there was not enough hot water for showers. I had to take cold showers both days.

The cottage was well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very far from Palm Springs but it was quiet. The blinds could use some updating on the main level and the wifi was very poor everywhere. The safe in our room was locked and we could not use it. The laundry had several machines not working, but the ones working did great.

We stayed 2 nights in the glamping tent. It was clean and comfortable. My granddaughters liked the bunk room. They said it had the feel of going to church camp. Because it was quite windy at night, we didn't use the outdoor space. The pool and hot tub was our favorite. Thanks KOA

We stayed in deluxe cabin #40. We could have used more silverware and dishes. THe housewares were minimal.

We reserved 6 spots, including an Eco tent, for a group (birthday celebration). We had so much fun! The service was outstanding throughout the koa and the food was great in the cafe. Adults and kids alike had a blast!

We love this campground! The Ecotent is a great way to glamp. The staff was exceptional. We will be back.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin that sleeps 4. There were 3 of us, two adults and one child. It was the most absolutely, awful, uncomfortable sleeper bed ever. The description states “queen sleeper” and “queen bed”. Both were full size and impossible to sleep on. The pillows felt like hard sponges. I also had to take a cold shower in the morning because the hot water only lasts for a few minut

Deluxe cabin for $200 per night seems excessive.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we weren't able to use the kurig because it was moldy inside. Instead we drove to the nearest coffee shop for our early morning cup of Joe. Beds were very comfy, views from cabin were lovely. Fire ring was much enjoyed!

Kids had a great time! The mini golf and pickleball courts were a huge hit!

We had an amazing stay. The Eco Tent was spacious and well appointed. When we had a heat issue, the staff took care of it immediately. We brought 4 teenager girls and they took full advantage of the train, rock wall, crafts, mini golf and pool. The staff at the restaurant was terrific as were the staff on the train/rock wall.

Beautiful stay in perfect weather to enjoy the outside like joshua tree. Low rain made for a perfect way to spend time at the saunas and pool areas. Definitely will be returning!

love their glaming tent. Only issue was our firepit did not work.

It's our first time staying at this KOA, we love the deluxe cabin, very nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and hot tubs! Staff are very friendly. We definitely coming to Joshua Tree KOA.

I loved my stay at KOA! The cabin was perfect for our needs, we fit 2adults and 2kids perfectly. The kids had a blast in the pool.
Nov 23, 2022
This was our first stay at the KOA. Our cabin accommodations were simple, but adequate. A firmer mattress and sturdier frame is recommended for better back support. The mattress is very soft so you'll sink into it. The HVAC system works well and has great airflow, but is on the loud side being in such a small space. The site has good activities, attentive staff, and clean facilities.

Great stay! We really enjoyed the special amenities of the natural hot spring pools/spas and the ecotent we stayed in. Mini golf was a blast and the gas fire pits were top notch. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Checkin was very good. The girls were so nice. The cabin was excellent and had everything you could possibly need. The pullout bed was actually comfy and the towels were like new so soft and fluffy. We had a great time and the location was good for Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. I would definitely stay there again.

We changed our reservation from a tent site to an ECO tent. The tent sites were not to our liking. It was a pleasure dealing with your staff. She was very very helpful. We hope we will like the Temecula site more than the desert site.

Wonderful staff, nice amenities, close to Palm Springs. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and it was wonderful! So clean and well appointed to include a fire pit and corn hole game! We were traveling with two teenagers and it was perfect for our family.

Our overall experience with Campsite has been extremely positive. I have enjoyed the outstanding customer support. We stayed in one of the Deluxe cabins and everything from the outside parking area, patio and inside the cabin were extremely clean, welcoming, organized and set up beautifully. The staff were so helpful, kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this KOA campsite to all families.

We stayed a cabin which up to 6people could stay. The unit was clean and so cute. Love the color and design. However, the location of the bathroom wasn't convenient though. It was between a bedroom and common area. If I want to go to the bedroom I must go through the bathroom. I wish there was a lock in the bathroom at least.

We stayed from 8/1 to 8/5 2022 I really enjoyed the campgrounds. Very nice and the Deluxe cabins are the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very upsetting stay. The cabin was very nice however the swimming pool was not available for use. it was full of bugs all over the pool and the lining of the pool. If I would have known this was an issue I would not have stayed. The whole purpose was to enjoy the pool in the extreme hot weather at Palm Springs with my children before their return to school and it was impossible.

Great stay near Palm Springs! Loved the mini golf course, hot spring tubs, and sunset views. Great sites with full hookups.

We arrived yesterday (March 10/23). We're here for 2 nights, maybe 3. Within 15 minutes of arrival, I was in the pool, and then the hottub. The pool was too warm for my liking, but the hottub was heavenly. The pool was 5' at its deepest, which was fine for me. I liked how that felt, very kid friendly/family oriented. It was very large. There were 3 large hottubs located behind the pool, side by side, each had a 15 min timer on the wall. The jets were powerful, at least in the hottub I used, the one on the far left if you're facing them. Bonus: I got the hottub to myself. I was able to have my shower afterward right there as they have a large washroom with 2 showers. Everything is older feeling and could use a face-lift (eg., fresh paint, etc.), but more importantly, everything felt clean. Oh, I should mention the pool showers for both men and women. The water would oscillate between hot and cold. It's kind of annoying 🙄 but we worked around it. It's just a lot of fiddling with the taps. PS the showers are included in your camping fee. Only 2 of the washers were working in the laundry room. We were told they've been having ongoing problems with them. Nonetheless, we were happy to get our laundry done in the functioning washers. We were placed in a backup 30amp site against a long row of pretty tall trees. The larger RVs on either side of us felt closer than we would have liked. The dog park was located close by, which we appreciated. I think they have 2 dog parks here. Both off-leash, of course. Checking in was very efficient. We had reservations, and we f/u with their 'express check-in' via email prior to arriving. It all felt easy and quick. The camp hostess was at the front desk when we arrived, and she was awesome in explaining everything about the facility. So far, we're finding it VERY windy here at times, so be sure to remember to batton down the hatches. Pull in those awnings, etc., should you leave the campground to go into town. Put away your chairs, etc. The wind gusts can be seriously vicious. I had concerns that it was going to rip our tent fabric on our trailer. We haven't had any of the meals offered here yet (for a fee), but we can smell the bacon and pancake syrup at our campsite. Delish smelling!!! 😆 Per Google Maps, we're a 22 min drive from Palm Springs. There's also a Costco about the same distance away. Having just camped for 4 nights at Joshua Tree National Park, we found this place noisy. Mind you, the silence is deafening at Joshua Tree, and this place is more city located, so it's probably not a fair comparison. It wasn't horrible by any means. For us, we always know if we truly like a place if we'd be willing to come back, and the answer is 'yes' we'd come back here. Overall, it's very inkeeping with the KOA vibe if you're familiar with the franchise. For us, the big draw was the location.

KOA is surrounded by stunning mountains and scenery, a beautiful spot. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Spotless glamping tent, toilet, sink, fluffy towels, heating, comfy bed. Spotlessly clean, lovely decking area with bbq and seating. We used the communal block for a shower which was good. Heated swimming pool and hot springs pool, be aware they can be hot. Food offered on site was ok, basic - hot dogs and burgers offered when we visited. Location is approx 45 mins to Joshua tree National Park west entrance. Palm Springs is close by.
