The campground itself was fine. However, no one was doing any daily cleaning. The bathrooms were so dirty there was even a bat living in the women's restroom at the pool house. The pool had bugs living in it; it was infested.

Absolutely loved it. Wish I had more time to enjoy the resort small minor inconvenience power station at 10 site outlet receptacle was broken and the shower head fell off other than that. Oh, and the fence next to the Tate was compromised so we worried about coyotes other than that I can’t wait to come back

Enjoyed our stay - it was nice to have the campground all to ourselves practically since we went during summer (off-season). Only drawback was that we didn't know how windy it was going to be. Super windy during the summer I guess, so it was hard to keep the fire going in the pit since the wind was constantly blowing it. We ended up building a rock wall around the pit to keep the wind away.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Very well kept park and the bathrooms were immaculate. The pool was a bit green but being enjoyed by guests. Will definitely visit again if I travel that way again.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Nicely landscaped with roomy sites for big rigs. Really enjoyed the mineral springs pools.

Just a peaceful place with plenty of amenities to keep the kids busy. We enjoyed the large pool and the game rooms! Staff was always friendly as well. Would return.

Extremely disappointed with this KOA. The staff was lovely and we enjoyed the playground and pool, however the location was extremely far from things, the dumpsters were far away and there was ONE bathroom stall for almost 300 RV sites. There should also be a wind advisory as that was absolutely unbearable. Truly not worth the $ & wish I could get a refund

Stop over on our travels west. Visited Joshua Tree National Park. Site 59, pull through . Sandy site and very windy but staff was awesome!. Everything worked as it should ,

Very dusty and pretty empty. Lots of spots available with at least a little shade but we were put in a space that was very hot. So many other RV parks. Maybe we’ll try another one next time. Sad as we like our KOA RV parks. �

The site was large and clean. There was dried up dog poop next to us by the dumpster however. Did not use any of the facilities, but there was a pool and hot tubs. Two of the hot tubs were broken. Pool looked discolored from maybe the mineral water? Large place, friendly check in.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in and it is so nice to meet a friendly person after you have been on the road for so many hours. The facilities were clean and everything was in good repair.

We love this KOA. The service was exceptional! I asked for a shady spot that would be good with dogs. The kind woman at the front gave me the best spot ever that met our needs perfectly! The second evening, she came around the campground and gave my dogs special treats. It is well maintained and the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the area or wanting to go to Joshua Tree National Park.

My 2 tween children and I stayed for one night, during a road trip in June. It was very hot, but we still enjoyed our short stay in a safari style tent cabin. The accommodations were beyond expectations. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed playing mini golf and pickleball, and swimming. The staff were amazing! We will definitely return.

Pictures on internet need updating. They show vert green trees and bushes. They looked dead. Should be able to pick your site when booking. Lady in office very nice and helpful. Bathrooms very clean. Thank you

Nobody on property on arrival. Pool was dirty and would not use. Miniature golf course was awful, in need of major update and repsirs

We stayed for three nights right at the end of the season just as the days were starting to get pretty toasty. We loved the layout of our site and the privacy provided by the landscaping. We especially loved the pool area and the mineral springs pool and hot tubs. So relaxing after exploring the area during the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Melody at the desk was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The pull through sites are huge and I love that there are several options for sewer hook up. They were grated badly this time though and the rocks made it bumpy not smooth. Pool area was well kept and clean. Bathrooms were clean. We will definitely be back.

We stay there 2 times a year for one night each time and are always pleased. This time though we were disappointed that the big field for dog play (not the K-9 parks) are now locked off. Our Great Dane loved having a huge off leash area to play in.

Visite en juillet dernier pour une nuit étape entre Los Angeles et Joshua Tree NP. Bien situé et calme. Les emplacements sont spacieux, full hook up. Sanitaires propres. Arrivée tardive donc accueil fermé mais les instructions laissées pour nous installer étaient claires.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.
