Our preferred FH site was nice and wide, level, and had a DG type surface. The campground was clean and well tended. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and offered great tips when we had questions. It is a windy site as reported in other comments (can't change that). Our sons loved the pool and mineral spring hot tubs! The ladies who worked the Fri night BBQ were super sweet to our family. :)

The stay was originally for 4 nights however we requested an extra night and our request was accommodated . The location of this KOA is something that we like to stay about twice per year. We enjoy our stay here because we like the hot springs pools and enjoy the more rural location.

It’s a great facility with a lot of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the facility as well as the sites inside the camp were easy in a RV. Good location and not too far from Palm Springs.

Restrooms needed attention (no toilet paper with double roll dispensers). Wifi is totally useless. Pool and hot tubs were nice.

Great facility.

The 'activity center' is run down: rooms are closed, machines are out of order. The bathrooms are dirty. The play area for kids is minimal. This not an attractive place for families to stay.

I enjoyed the stay very much. Due to water shortage, I would understand if you limit the time to take a shower. In fact, I had to wait half an hour because two ladies were taking a shower. This is not your fault, but I would like to mention it.

Spend some money on internet. As a Canadian I have to use my Canadian data to use the internet as I am now to rate the park . Has to be close to the worst internet service I’ve seen in a KOA park and I have stayed in many ,

So nice. Wish we could have stayed another day just to enjoy pool and hot tubs. Easy drive to Joshua Tree. Sites are really nice: big an level and open.

I enjoyed my stay at this campground. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice amenities for a fairly small campground like the pool, 3 mineral spas, reading room, mini golf etc. I also appreciated the camp kitchen to clean my dishes. It is a quiet campground which I like. I would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed the hot tubes and the pool. However, the laundries are a joke, washing machines out of order, obviously since weeks. Very lame excuses but nothing happened during our week stay.

We had a great stay. Staff were really nice and helpful. Clean restrooms and showers. Loved the warm water of the pool and hot tubs. 20 minute drive to most stores and restaurants. We will return in the future!

Hot water regulator in showers is defect. laundromats and dryers where 90% out of order. Pool is wonderful , hot tubs some jets where defect but the ones that worked where great. Super big dog park .

Staff are amazing (winter staff 22/23); grounds are maintained meticulously. Love the heated pool and hot tubs.

One of the best campgrounds. Not really close to Palm Springs but many amenities. The mineral hot tubs are very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry could use an improvement.

All aspects of our stay were excellent.

This was my first time staying at a KOA campground. The biggest thing I noticed in my visit was how friendly and accountable the staff were. Having all staff in a yellow shirt and instantly responsive to any request was very helpful. The site is clean and easy to get around. When we arrived late, the person at the gate led us to our campsite, which was very helpful. We'd definitely stay again

Was with a group, the Breezy and had been there before. Loved the camp and way we were treated as a group However, check in clerk was alittle rude when Lenard tried to explain need to change around a few spots. Guess she wasn't used to us!!

Nice park – huge site! Camp K9 is huge, and our dogs loved it. We love getting all the fresh produce and dates (!!) 4x4 trails have been limited. Great heated pool and three mineral (?) hot spring hot tubs.

There was some confusion after we received a text message for a booking on the wrong date. We ended up in the wrong site and the staff handled it professionally with smiles on their faces. It was noisy when it should be with kids running around having fun and quiet when it should be at bedtime. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon for a longer stay.

Friendly hosts. Immaculate campground. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of games and amenities to keep the kids and adults entertained. One of the best RV parks we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at.

We wanted to find an RV park during our drive home for a 1 night stay and found availability at this KOA. Beautiful desert campground, loads of amenities, so clean, and nicely groomed! Fun for the whole family. Disappointed we had to leave so soon, we want to come back and stay a lot longer so we can explore the area of Palm Springs and hike in Joshua Tree!

Dirty bathrooms. Overflowing toilets and showers. Usually no paper towels either. Site was not groomed or level.

Very clean outside and security is everywhere. The unisex shower does not drain or water all over floor. The bathrooms run out of paper towels often. Nice place to stay if you are looking to get away from everything. Not much is the store. Need to come well supplied.

Mens showers in middlenof park needs attention. Clogged drains. Great off leash dog park.

We arrived yesterday (March 10/23). We're here for 2 nights, maybe 3. Within 15 minutes of arrival, I was in the pool, and then the hottub. The pool was too warm for my liking, but the hottub was heavenly. The pool was 5' at its deepest, which was fine for me. I liked how that felt, very kid friendly/family oriented. It was very large. There were 3 large hottubs located behind the pool, side by side, each had a 15 min timer on the wall. The jets were powerful, at least in the hottub I used, the one on the far left if you're facing them. Bonus: I got the hottub to myself. I was able to have my shower afterward right there as they have a large washroom with 2 showers. Everything is older feeling and could use a face-lift (eg., fresh paint, etc.), but more importantly, everything felt clean. Oh, I should mention the pool showers for both men and women. The water would oscillate between hot and cold. It's kind of annoying 🙄 but we worked around it. It's just a lot of fiddling with the taps. PS the showers are included in your camping fee. Only 2 of the washers were working in the laundry room. We were told they've been having ongoing problems with them. Nonetheless, we were happy to get our laundry done in the functioning washers. We were placed in a backup 30amp site against a long row of pretty tall trees. The larger RVs on either side of us felt closer than we would have liked. The dog park was located close by, which we appreciated. I think they have 2 dog parks here. Both off-leash, of course. Checking in was very efficient. We had reservations, and we f/u with their 'express check-in' via email prior to arriving. It all felt easy and quick. The camp hostess was at the front desk when we arrived, and she was awesome in explaining everything about the facility. So far, we're finding it VERY windy here at times, so be sure to remember to batton down the hatches. Pull in those awnings, etc., should you leave the campground to go into town. Put away your chairs, etc. The wind gusts can be seriously vicious. I had concerns that it was going to rip our tent fabric on our trailer. We haven't had any of the meals offered here yet (for a fee), but we can smell the bacon and pancake syrup at our campsite. Delish smelling!!! 😆 Per Google Maps, we're a 22 min drive from Palm Springs. There's also a Costco about the same distance away. Having just camped for 4 nights at Joshua Tree National Park, we found this place noisy. Mind you, the silence is deafening at Joshua Tree, and this place is more city located, so it's probably not a fair comparison. It wasn't horrible by any means. For us, we always know if we truly like a place if we'd be willing to come back, and the answer is 'yes' we'd come back here. Overall, it's very inkeeping with the KOA vibe if you're familiar with the franchise. For us, the big draw was the location.

KOA is surrounded by stunning mountains and scenery, a beautiful spot. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Spotless glamping tent, toilet, sink, fluffy towels, heating, comfy bed. Spotlessly clean, lovely decking area with bbq and seating. We used the communal block for a shower which was good. Heated swimming pool and hot springs pool, be aware they can be hot. Food offered on site was ok, basic - hot dogs and burgers offered when we visited. Location is approx 45 mins to Joshua tree National Park west entrance. Palm Springs is close by.

What 3 words ///resurfaced.behinds.paraffin 33.923445, -116.434006 This campsite has RVs, cabins and ‘Glamping' tents In the tents there is A/C and heating, very effective during our cold stay. There is a gas fire pit you use this in conjunction with a timer, unfortunately it rained so much we did not use it. There were towels in glamping tent, microwave as well as a barbecue with utensils outside and a Coffee machine. ( no kettle). The main selling point to this site is the hot springs. Oh they are nice. The warm swimming pool about is about 30m. The three hot bubble pools which vary in temperature. Related to the depth of the hot spring. Combined with the beautiful views of the distant snow capped mountains and friendly and bouncy staff. This is a lovely site. There is a café that severs food at set times of day. For rug rats there is a lot to do from train ride climbing wall the list goes on, weather dependent.
