Place is keep in a fair condition. Pool and hot tubs were the best part but the site level was off. It should be level in a better way so you don’t need to use leveling tools.

The campground was very clean and well kept up. I liked the bushes that are planted in between each site. If its possible maybe they can let them ground a little higher but, besides that it was a beautiful camp ground. We are returning in the fall. Thank you.

Disappointing for a KOA Holiday … Nice shady site. While the spacing b/t sites was great, my sewer drain was uphill! Also, the thread on the water fixtures was so corroded that I couldn’t put my hose on. Pool showers were dirty. Lots of recreation to do, but I expect a holiday to be very nice all the way around! Time to spend some $$$ upgrading a few things. I would stay again, tho

Very nice park and amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the entry into the park from the road. Not well marked and a little difficult to negotiate with our 40' Class A and car behind us.

The campground was very decent with wide sites and streets. Somewhat dated utilities and pool. Very clean. Despite the extensive landscaping, it is not exactly a desert oasis. It’s located in a wind tunnel valley making things windy and dusty, too much so to extend an awning or open windows.

The pool was green and not ready for swimmers. The location is somewhat remote. I'm not sure I would stay again.

Sehr ruhiger Camping, ausserhalb von Allem. Die Duschen und das Herren-WC waren stets sauber, nur auf dem Damen-WC nicht. Zwei Tage lang, waren die WC gleich verunreinigt. Alles ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber soweit funktioniert.

We stayed 3 nights and used the hots tubs 2 nights. They were fabulous. The park was nice, staff was friendly and location was good

The park was very nice and the restrooms and showers were clean. The pool and hot tubs are great. Site 137 needs gravel added, the exposed dirt blew around in the wind. We plan on returning in the fall.

I was here for a couple nights, and it was a very quiet relaxing time. The view was just breathtaking. Woke up to the Mountain View right outside my RV window awesome.

Large well maintained RV Park. Our site was very large with enough space for the motorhome and to park our car. It's about an hour to Joshua Tree National Park and 1/2 hour to downtown Palm Springs.

We spent 5 nights. Really enjoyed the pool and hot spring baths. Convenient to the places we wanted to go. Extremely clean and well-run. I'll be back if in the area.

We had site 1399. The site behaves bd us had s raucous loud shouting party until after 10 when they were told to shut it down. The real problem was the guy up from them leaving super bright backup lights on ALL night lighting up the inside of my rig with our shades drawn. They did not reply to the night manager to turn them off. RUDE. The sunset was beautiful. We enjoyed our time upon arrival.

The spa that is 98 degrees is really loud when you turn on the jets. It was really hard to talk as we could not hear each other which does not make the jacuzzi relaxing when it's this loud. The bathrooms in the pool area need a little help. They are very old looking and not inviting at all. Other than that we had a great time and loved everything else about the park.

Great check in. Sites are good except sewar system. Inlet to drain pipe is abouy 8 inches above the surface. So blackwater wil not drain into it. A real pain.

We arrived after driving many miles on Dillon Road - we do not recommend taking this road into the KOA with an RV; use the freeway instead. The campground is very clean, huge, and has so many options to stay. We loved our site with the canopy, gas grill, beautiful table and chairs, firepit and artificial green grass! The campground is kept in perfect condition. Very nice place to stay. Thank you.

So many beautiful things about this KOA. However, on our visit that was overshadowed by the fact that the pool and hot tub pumps were not working. Bugs and bees filled the pool edges and the pool was a dingy shade of green..ish. Bathrooms were kept up, and that mattered.

Not what I expect from KOA, wifi was terrible. We have stayed at mom and pop rv parks for less money and great wifi. Was disappointed.

Our 30 amp back in site was very close to our neighbor. Park was very clean. Dog play areas were great. Swimming pool and hot tubs were a very nice treat. Staff was very friendly and the store was well stocked.

Had a wonderful time! Thank you for allowing us to arrive early, open up Pickleball courts for us, schedule a water aerobics, and Bingo games for us. Cindy is a greatest! My family camped at the same time in a tent with their 4 yr old twins. Cindy was very accommodating with their crafts, movie night, and all their messes! They really enjoyed the s’mores night. The family is coming back to KOA

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
