Amenities were great, with a pool and hot tubs and very spacious and clean bathrooms. The staff were very friendly. My only hesitation in staying again would be due to the high winds in the area which makes tent camping more challenging.

Pretty campground, but they do not have affordable cabins. This required us to stay in a tent instead, yet the tent sites are barren rock. Tent stakes will not sink into the ground enough to hold a tent in place.

We love the friendly staff here. We go for the day as it’s a half way point meeting my sister. So we get a tent site and bbq and enjoy the pool then off we go as soon as it is dark. It’s turned into our tradition for the past few years. The camp ground is always clean. It is an older camp ground, out with nothing really around it town wise, so plan all you need and plan on staying put. We love

First time visiting a koa. We took our 4 year olds tent camping for the weekend and loved the activities and amenities available. We participated in the movie night, the arts and crafts, community campfire, enjoyed the pools and bounce pad and playground. Only wish we had was for some shade, made the 88 degrees feel much hotter.

Loved soaking in the mineral pools after a day of hiking at Joshua Tree National Park. Breakfast was delicious- we lucked out that it was the last weekend the cafe was open for the season. The playground, pool, and activities for kids kept the grandkid happy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed camping in the quiet atmosphere. Can't wait to return!

Overall, we had a great time at the KOA! A few things that would’ve made it better: 1) solid walls around the perimeter of the property may help cut down on wind, making camping there more enjoyable 2) jacuzzi rules for children could be more on the responsibility of parents who may allow their children in them, rather than other patrons to tell children to get out

Everything was lovely, except the tent camping sites were extremely rough gravel. Usually there is a tent pad or platform, or somewhere that is a little cleared off. Other than that the pool and hot tubs were lovely, the bathrooms clean, and overall a good experience.

Our stay was great. The restrooms were kept clean, and we enjoyed the mineral pool. The one disappointing factor was the no fire policy. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website and completely ruined our dining plans.My daughter was looking forward to cooking over a firepit and having s'mores. This was a first for KOA. Nor was there anywhere else to eat in the park. It was very disappointing

No campfire, only propane rental. Gravel parking lot, not ideal for tent camping. Pool steps were sharp and scratched up daughter's behind. She was only in the water for 5min. Clean bathrooms.

The kids give the campsite a thumbs up. Tent camped and the site was clean and accessible. The showers and restroom a little bit of a walk but clean and working. We like to attend the events. Tried to find one that was marked 7-9. Arrived at the location at 8 only to find that it was either over or not done at all. Little disappointed but they had rooms with Billards, books, games and great pool!

We love staying at the Joshua Tree KOA and one of the big reasons are the clean facilities. I thanked the woman who cleans the bathrooms and told her she is the reason we stay there. I regret not giving her a big tip and will do so next time!

Stayed two nights in a tent spot. Enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Appreciate the dishwashing stations too! Wish there were shade structures for the tent camping sites. Very friendly staff!

It was okay. Needs more trees/shade. Very straightforward landscaping. The restroom and shower cleanliness were superior! I appreciated that very much! The staff does a great job to ensure that these facilities are well-maintained! Not sure I’d stay here again, though… it’s just too hot for tent camping!

The check in ladies were nice. Cindy did a great job at running Bingo and facilitating the rocket craft and launch The DJ was good and I liked the songs he played. The bathrooms and pool deck were clean and the water was wonderful. We have and will continue to recommend this KOA and return to make more of our own family memories.

Great campground near Jashua Tree and Palm Springs. Data facilities but pretty well maintained. All sites are gravel so bring rugs to kep gravel out of your RV or tent.

I tent camped. Site was very spacious and had water and electricity. Lots of amenities and helpful friendly staff. Will definitely return.

Clean campground. Excellent camp store service—staff was helpful. Maintenance is needed: men’s showers both have loose water knobs; blocked women’s shower drain flooded the parking lot. Being next to long-term residents smoking and fixing cars was very unpleasant. We’d love to return for the great service, but we will not book that back row again due to the noise and fumes.

We enjoy this KOA, friendly and helpful staff, hot tubs, pool and other kid friendly activities. We tent camped and had a great site; we heard an owl during the night. Close to Joshua Tree and other hikes and sites you may want to see.

Stayed here many times and the 3 hot tubs are great especially the hottest one! But 2 of the hot tubs were not operating, and the only one that was, was the colder hot tub. Not cool, and you charge a lot for tenting. Had we known ahead of time, we wouldn't have stayed there this year. I appreciate maintenance is important, but you should let people know in advance, or charge less, or both!

First time through. Facility was laid out well. Several of the washing machines were down between the two laundry rooms. It made it challenging as there were several families looking to get their wash done. Having the water aerobics class available was a fun bonus!

The stay was wonderful. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately and addressed professionally. The only thing I can think of that could be addressed better is the bathrooms in the back by the tent lots and the showers. The showers kept flooding due to clogged drains and the bathroom was definitely not cleaned every day or through the day like the door said it was.

We enjoyed the use of the hot tub and the activities that were offered by the KOA. The only thing we disliked was the windstorm that came through and we had to dismantle our tent the second night and move our mattress etc. to the back of our SUV instead of the tent which made for alot of extra work for us. I know that the KOA cannot predict the weather. We just will not tent camp in the future.

Took my granddaughter on a mini road trip Thanksgiving week. The campground was never crowded. The pools were very nice, we enjoyed the very big swimming pool and also the hot tubs. Office staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. We were able to stargaze at night. It was the perfect place for our little get away and close to so many places of interest.

Had great neighbors and the staff were pleasant and great to work with. Bathrooms were clean and I appreciated the fact that it had a laundry mat on site. A family friendly environment.

Best KOA I’ve stayed at. Great clubhouse, lots of amenities. Loved the large pool. Hot tubs are 3 different temps. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Large dog park is huge. Lots of room for throwing a ball. Tent sites along tree line get significant shade. Two outdoor sinks in tent area for dishes.

Where do I start…? The grounds were meticulously clean, bathrooms and showers; including the pool area, also very clean. Staff were supportive, accommodating and engaging which lead to another night’s stay so I could do water aerobics and play bingo the next day! Only issue I had was catching my hand repeatedly having to reach through the pool gate to let myself out of the pool area.

Overall we had a nice stay. Amenities need major updating. The pool is nice to have but needs updating. Bathrooms are SO clean which is very much appreciated. Staff is all very kind.

First KOA experience and it was way above my expectations. Clean, well maintained and felt very safe. Appreciated that an employee did do routine circuits of the campground through the evening/night. My only negative would be that we (tent only campers) were placed at the farthest spot, at the edge of the property without anyone near us, so that made us a little uneasy considering we are two girls

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
