I knew the tent sites were close together, but it was really disappointing when our neighbors did not respect the quiet hours and they woke us up at 6a and they and their children were soooo loud. It was unnecessary. Also, there is a very bright light across from our site that kept it bright in our tent making it hard to sleep. Wish there was a cover or a way to dim it during quiet hours.

We had a great three day break under the sunny palm trees. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We appreciated the cleanliness of the bathhouses. We also enjoyed the dog parks. Thanks for a great time.

It is called Joshua Tree KOA but it is more than. An hour from Joshua tree. I was unable to do day trips. It was deceptive. It was boring. It had no trails or wasn’t near any near by. Only two showers per place. The pool was small and seemed a little green with a tummy ache going around I didn’t want to go in.

We had a great stay in our tent site. Having water and electric at the site was very convenient. Restrooms and showers were close by and were nicely appointed and CLEAN. We were only there for two nights so we didn’t get to enjoy as many of the amenities and activities (to the disappointment of our kids!), but really enjoyed what we were able to do. We plan to return and spend more time!

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The only negative feedback: the shower temperature was impossible to regulate in the shower in the pool area and also in the women's bathroom in the pool area. Also, the rocks in the tent area were very uncomfortable to sleep on and gravel would be much better. Other that that, the kids and adults loved our time there. Thanks!

We had four tent sites for twenty scouts and adults over President's Day Weekend. Camp was very clean, well maintained, and had fun activities. Only issue was no mention of the restriction on wood and charcoal fires, so we were unable to use dutch ovens. After rechecking your website, I don't see any mention of the restriction and there are pictures of roasting smores. Otherwise a great time.

Exceptional service, great amenities and very clean. It was my birthday weekend and I was treated like a VIP and placed in my favorite spot, even though it was quite busy. I’ll be back soon, it’s hard to leave!

Very quiet and clean facility, Hot tubs were great and very relaxing. Very pleasant staff, and willing to help with anything you need. Great little getaway, will try the glamping Yurts and the Cabins in the future they looked great.

The campsites and restrooms were clean, the park was well-maintained. All in all we can’t complain about anything.

First we were assigned a space already taken. Then we got a space with a squatter. Had to move again. Our 3rd space had no eletricity. By this time , after reloading the car 3 times and moving, we were too tired to set up the tent . Spent a cold and miserable night in the car. Next morning, you fixed the power. We would like a credit for 3 nights at KOA as compensation.

Lovely place. The weekend breakfasts are great value and a lot of fun. The pool is awesome!! And the staff are great.

Our family spent about a week camping here and there were lots of diversions and comforts for all of us to enjoy. The pool and hot tubs are phenomenal! The staff are helpful and the place is really clean. We'd give it a 5 if a bit more upkeep went into the pickleball courts and mini-golf course to make those as great as they could be. Thank you KOA!

Great atmosphere, electricity at the tent campsite and a wonderful pool and jacuzzi with natural hot spring water! Staff were so awesome! Really a great value for the price.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The amenities for the kids kept them busy throughout our stay. My three year old enjoyed the train ride the most.

The place is nice and clean. The problem we had was the campsite was gravel. It hurt our backs to camp on it! The pool and hot tubs were great! The people working there were great! The price was good.

Employees are absolute top notch: Melody, Paula, Cleaning person. Polite, friendly. Facility clean, bathroom especially so. Two Suggestions: 1) Fix miniature golf course-- mats are rugged, concrete broken, tube/tunnels not working; 2) Have more than 1 person up front; upon arrival there were 6 people, Melody was EXTREMELY patient polite & calm, however overworked. Safe, quiet, comfortable KOA.

Everyone enjoyed their stay and the amenities! I just wish they would allow more than 2 tents per site. When I made the reservations initially, I did not see online that it was two tents per site and only found out when I made a phone call to clarify. I would highly recommend people to stay here to enjoy the natural hot springs!

The putt putt could use a little work, same with the pickle ball nets, but otherwise…we had an amazing stay! The water was so lovely and the kids enjoyed the endless activities.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Camp sites are somewhat close to each other, they should consider adding more partitions or bushes between sites to improve privacy. Kids enjoyed the pool and miniature golf course!

Maximum number of people per Tent site is 6. Perfect. We had 3 couples so that makes exactly 6. The Tent sites are very large which is why we came here. After each couple set up their tents a person from the office came by and said that we can only have 2 tents on the site. How do decide which couple has to sleep separate from their partner? Just did not make sense.

It was our first time and really liked it. We are even thinking of going back with out boys because of how kid-friendly the site is. Everyone was super helpful- even the nightly security when we arrived late. He escorted us to our site. I think his name was Brad. I highly recommend KOA

Amenities are great. Tent sites are WAY TOO CLOSE together. Also, the quiet hours were not enforced. This was a problem for us as we wanted a good night sleep before hiking Joshua tree the next morning.

Nice site. Friendly staff. Made a great base camp for my Starline Trail hike. The amenities were much appreciated after beating myself up hiking > 8000 feet in elevation to the Aerial Tramway station.

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.
