Installation, reception, camp site - all perfect. Disadvantage is the location next to interstate and railway. Both create lots of noise during the night.

While we did like the campsite itself, I was hoping for better customer service from the site host. We should be able to upgrade or change locations if sites are available.

Beautiful sceneries surround campground--mountains, tamarisk, and palm trees. Clean facilities. The grounds are quiet & peaceful. Ahh, the pools with the mineral waters. Nice.

We love campground. The healthy mineral water is amazing. Pools so nice. Restrooms, and showers very clean like a real Spa feeling. Beautiful sceneries. Staff#1.

Tent sites are on gravel and somewhat hard to drive stakes in but that's OK. I actually prefer the gravel surface over other campgrounds that are overdoing it with artificial materials trying to create luxury sites. Please keep it simple and I will keep enjoying simple camping trips.

The pool area was closed due to a motor issue. Call ahead to confirm before you book! We weren't offered a discount or a partial refund. We booked before the text message notifying of this problem. The play area and mini golf have no shade The rest room and showers were super clean! The camp area is large enough and very clean The staff was always smiling and happy to help

Beautiful area. Great Staff. Feel safe. Nice facilities. Best pools, and jacuzzis with the special waters. We love it here. Best of my camping experiences.

quite disappointed. #202 has been our favorite site. This time, the picnic bench was split and splintered so unusable. The water source had no handle, so water was unavailable. Thankfully the site is next to the camp kitchen, so we could get water there. Most disappointed that the pool was closed in 100+ heat.

Very nice spot. Close to food and drinks. The only issue was the shower would not drain, The bathrooms were very clean and that's the only issue. I will stay here again!

The weather was burning hot during our stay. Most of us got burnt even we non-stop putting sunscreen on. The campsite is small and not private. They should plan more trees for shade and privacy. The swimming pool and spa area are nice and also the staffs there are great. We stayed there at the end of April so I never think it will get that hot. Only recommend to go in winter time.

Great location! The pool and hot springs were lovely and very refreshing after a day of hiking in the area! Just keep in mind you may have to walk a bit for water and don’t rely on the wifi.

This KOA has amazing staff that did their best, despite being short. The winds were rough, but that’s camping. The hot tibs were amazing.

I like that it’s gated, all rooms are secured with codes, area are nice and clean, nice to have swimming pool and hot tubs, but the days I was there, so many kids were in the pool that swimming was not possible, but kids seems to have fun with their games in the pool. I think bathroom could get cleaned more often, garbage can was full to the rim by night time and still full in the morning.

Everything was always in order and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly, always making sure we were taken care of. Especially loved the mini golf course and renting bikes. Looking forward to our next visit!

Overall a nice campground to stay. The pool was nice and heated and the spas were great. I was not impressed by the lack of upkeep with some things. The billiards table, which was not free, only gives you 7 balls and only one usable que. The bathrooms claimed to be cleaned throughout the day, but every time I went in, there was trash on the floor, no toilet paper, or dirty toilets. Staff was nice.

Wish the bounce pad and rock wall were available longer than 1 hour. Otherwise we enjoyed the campground

This was our first time camping with KOA. We loved the facilities, the site and most of all the staff. They accommodated my PTSD by putting us on a very quiet site. It was so amazing. These ladies rock, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were not aware of how windy the Desert Hot Springs area is. This may not be an issue at other times of the year but it ruined the experience. We booked a single tent site stating that we had 4 adults and 1 child. We were told upon arrival that "due to safety" we were only allowed 2 tents on the site. That was either not disclosed during booking or not obvious. It was problem.

Unfortunately the game room and mini golf both need some maintenance, but our kids enjoyed both. Very friendly staff.

I stayed four nights while exploring Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. Nice level gravel with hookups in good condition. I enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tubs - 3 different temperatures feed by the renowned mineral spring wells. They also have a very large K9 play area and lot's of family oriented stuff to do. Highly recommended.

Nice campsite, with good layout, plenty of facilities, and decent restrooms and showers. It's a bit remote, with not much in the way of grocery offerings nearby and the store here is pretty basic, but decent site nonetheless
