This was a very clean, well maintained area. We had full hook-ups that were very convenient. There were many opportunities for family fun. We only stayed one night and were very satisfied.

This was our third time to this KOA. It is in a great location for us. Close enough to Palm Springs Area, but away from the traffic and crowds. Office staff is always helpful and friendly. Campground is clean and well maintained. Will be back!

We had a large patio back in site. It had a covered awning, a gas fire pit, artificial grass. A very nice site! Very clean, well maintained park. 23 minutes to downtown Palm Springs.

Clean and pleasant place. Staff is helpful. The spring pools were especially appreciated after a long day of driving.

This KOA was a ghost town. It was so quiet it felt so eerie. We have two boys that we felt we had to keep quiet at all times due to there constantly having staff scolding them for running around in our campsite, after they canceled all their kids activities without notice due what they said insurance falling through. Front desk is rude and not welcoming. Don’t recommend this place for families.

Easy friendly check in. Lots of amenities and things to do. The mini putt needs some work but was still fun. Pool and hot tubs were closed for the night which was disappointing but opened back up in the morning and we were able to enjoy them in the morning. Clean, well kept facilities. Great location.

The park is clean and well maintained. We were in site 129, which was large and had a gas fire pit. However, the rocks are hard to navigate, both for people and small dogs. I recommend that the large rock be replaced with small fall as for the pull through s and Kabins. Also, one dog park deserves grass for the non-desert dogs.

Great staff and a family fun campground. We spent the holiday season at the KOA. As a full time family it can be difficult on the road during holidays. The KOA staff made us feel at home and were very hospitable about our many Christmas package deliveries. We couldn’t have stayed at a better place!

The stay was excellent- well maintained Areas to improve- front office staff gets stressed when it gets busy, from what I observed customers were calm and patiently waiting- stress seemed self induced to want to do a good job.

It was really nice. Bathrooms and showers were clean. They had some activities like putt putt golf. We didn't really do anything because it was pretty cold and we only stayed one night on our trip home.

Dog poop left on our site. We don’t even have a dog Mens bathroom unkept. Toilet paper strewn all over Unable to have a wood campfire

LOVED the customer service!! The site we had, #144 was AMAZING, spacious and perfect for us and our 2 Bernedoodles. All sites are very decent in size. There are plenty of amenities and fun things to do. Huge dog park and 2 little ones. Lots of hiking in the area. Joshua Tree Nat’l Park is a MUST see. The “only” downside is the Wifi is WEAK. This a great park if you have kids, too. GREAT

We stayed here several times and every time we stayed it was very well kept and clean. The hot springs is amazing especially in the morning. It has a huge dog park to let your dogs roam around and play. Definitely coming back again soon.

Very large, nice campground. There’s tons of kid activities and we really enjoyed the mineral hot tubs. This had the best and largest dog area where we could throw the ball and wear him out.

Nice park...long sites which work very well for our 70' length. Courteous office staff...attentive maintenance of grounds. We will return for one night on 12/28/23.

The park is very nice. We found it to be very clean and very well lit, maybe a bit too well lit. Our dog enjoyed the dog park, and we enjoyed the mineral pool and spas. We think attendants should regularly patrol the dog area bc there was a lot of people obviously not picking up after their dogs, we as guest shouldn’t feel compelled to clean up after others. But we really enjoyed our stay anyway

I love staying here. The staff is always wonderful and the amenities are exceptional (hot springs, miniature golf, climbing wall, go carts, jump pad, playground, dog area, cafe, library, fitness center). Great value and a place I look forward to staying at every time.

This was our 2nd time staying here. It's convenient to JTNP and close to family in the LA area. WiFi was fair at best - that's my only non-positive comment.

Nice quiet campground with great pool and hot tubs. Short drive to Palm Springs. Would enjoy a return visit for short or extended stay.

We absolutely loved our time here, and were able to explore both Joshua Tree National Park and the Palm Springs Area. Being able to take a soak in the mineral waters of the natural hot springs hot tub was also wonderful after a day of hiking or on the golf course. Staff were great and treated us like family.

Our stay was one of the most enjoyable in one of the best campgrounds we’ve ever stayed at. The entire facility was extremely clean and quiet. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and courteous. We also enjoyed the pool and the 3 mineral hot pools. We would definitely stay here again. The daily camping fees were reasonable and affordable for everyone especially with the high cost of livin

I asked for a pull thru site since I arrived very late at night (2am). The site was wonderful and big. I have a 36 foot Class A towing a car. The gaurd took me right to our site. A very nice place to stay, it is clean and spacious. Lots of things for family fun. The staff was excellent and I will definitely be back again. Highly recommended.

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.
