Although the people were helpful, kind and highly recommended for their work at KOA at PS / JT, the grounds need some real help. Leaking sink in mens' bathroom near pool, better directional signs and speed limit signs (with dusty conditions limits are needed). Shower building had one backed up shower stall. Otherwise a nice stay!

Everyone at this campground was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying here and using it as a base to visit all of the area.

This was our first time staying at this location but from the time we got to the campground and were greeted by the gal at the front gate, who was very welcoming and a joy to speak with, our stay was great. The location was very well maintained. We will be going back soon.

We have stayed here numerous times in the past and had expectations and experiences that keep us coming back. Those expectations were not met. Monthly prices raise drastically. Train, rock climbing and RC/Bike track all discontinued. THESE AMENITIES ARE STILL ADVERTISED. Water aerobics cut to 2 mornings a week. For continued loyalty we would appreciate a call 1-509-936-0527 STAFF ARE AWESOME!

KOA Palm Springs is an amazing place, that has staff that matches as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The camp site was clean, and facilities were well kept. Pool was clean and hot tubs were amazing. Plenty of activities for the kids along with crafts.

People were nice very nice spacious site. The only bad point was the site was like a washboard. Even with pads under the stabilizers it was uneven. Over all it was a fun stay. Awesome mini golf!

We enjoyed the hot springs, pickle ball court, and amazing views at the park. We also drove to the Living Desert Zoo and a couple local breweries and the KOA was well situated for those trips. The bathrooms needed more frequent service at the park, but other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Sure didn’t seem to be like the pictures show. Also didn’t understand why they park everyone next to each other when there is a lot of empty spaces.

The park was nice with a few caveats. 1) the office kept putting other campers right next to us (for either overnight or just two days) when they could have put a space in between. 2) The trash bins were continually overflowing almost our entire stay (1 wk). 3) The bins at the dog parks were overflowing and staff was not making sure any unclaimed dog poop was removed on a regular basis.

Had a wonderful time at this KOA. Friendly staff, great amenities, and the RV park was clean. Look forward to returning in 3 weeks.

The entire staff is exemplary. This one was the best KOA I've stayed at. It's clean, organized, with tons of stuff for kids. The power wouldn't work at my spot and they had it resolved in 30 minutes! (Thanksgiving Eve evening) The natural hot springs alone are worth the price of admission. But, alas I say too much! We dont want crowds, lol.

It is an amazing campground with a very friendly staff. Lots of activities and a great pool and spa area! Get out there and join in the activities! Water aerobics is very refreshing!

Lots of room for big RV’s. Great dog parks, there are several. Great location between Palm Springs and Joshu Tree. Staff friendly and campgrounds clean.

Great KOA with friendly staff who keep everything clean. Loved the mineral spas and the pickleball/basketball courts. Our site, space 137, really should be left empty or at least not considered a premium spot. Being directly next to pickleball courts meant hearing play to 10pm for 7 straight days, which was exhausting. Establishing 8pm quiet hours at the court would make that area more peaceful.

Second time there and everything was great. Requested close to the pool and they provided. Level ground, plenty to do, and pools are great. Happy camper all around.

My wife and I choose a camp site every year for Thanksgiving. We are so glad we chose PSJTKOA. The spas are amazing. The staff is very helpful and happy to serve and the camp site is very clean.

No cable hookups. Looks like they were all cut website advertises cable. Bathrooms with no soap at sinks - game room charges

Our stay was wonderful other than being put next to a chain smoker. While they were very nice people, the wife continued to smoke cigarette after cigarette forcing us inside our RV when we wanted to spend time outside at the picnic table. I’m not sure if you can determine smoking/non-smoking ahead of time and position people accordingly. It’s a tough situation to handle.

It rained several days, but we had things to do anyway. We went in the Jacuzzi, had meals at the Cafe, went into Palm Springs for shopping and dining, and enjoyed the spectacular views!

I planned a weekend in palms spring a decided to book palms springs koa and set up my travel trailer. This is my second time coming here but my wife’s first time. It was a great place to relax after a long day and I love the pool at this site. I can’t see myself staying anywhere else in palm spring. Shout out to the staff for working extra on DJ night! You guys rock. Great family place.

This campground didn't feel very family friendly. The hot spring tubs were warm around the 90s and the water is chlorinated.

Well worth staying for a week in a Premium spot. We had friends join us and KOA Palm Springs Joshua Tree accommodated us and put us together. The pool and spas were excellent and we took advantage of breakfast on Saturday morning. We even played a little pickleball. It wasn’t crowded which surprised us since it is the beginning of “snowbird season.” Bonus: propane fire pit and covered table.

Visite en juillet dernier pour une nuit étape entre Los Angeles et Joshua Tree NP. Bien situé et calme. Les emplacements sont spacieux, full hook up. Sanitaires propres. Arrivée tardive donc accueil fermé mais les instructions laissées pour nous installer étaient claires.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.
