The kampground is nicely organized and the staff are super friendly! One thing I would mention is it would be very helpful if they sent out the gate code sooner than their office closing times. This would help alleviate anxiety if the code does not arrive. It also wouldn’t hurt to have it emailed, in addition to being texted.

Perfect getaway in the desert

This site is very clean and nicely landscaped with desert plants. This site is well placed to see the surrounding areas to include a day trip to Joshua Tree National Forest. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to us. The pool area was very clean as was the pool itself. We loved the naturally fed mineral hot tubs. If we are ever back in this area we will definitely stay again

It was fantastic. We had our little granddaughters with us (ages 5 & 7) and they had so much fun with all of the activities. Even though the pool was busy there was still plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The two gentlemen at the rock wall were super patient and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time.

My stay was here was great. It was quiet and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool and tubs were much nicer than other places I have visited in desert hot springs. I will definitely stay here when I visit the area!

Super friendly office staff, grounds were very immaculate, love the huge dog run area. Only reason it wasn't a very likely to stay is due to things outside of your control such as the wind that was horrendous. But I guess that's why they have all of those windmills there right?

big campground with spacious sites, bathhouse ok, only two toilets in the ladies seem to be not enough, sinks to wash dishes there but only with cold water,

Well kept facilities and friendly staff. Very little traffic sounds. Site 228 was a premium site, extra wide. The sewer connection was awkwardly too high. We'll return next time to that area.

You need to find a way to trim the oleander bushes without disrupting your "prime locations". We only. Stayed 1 night. Was not fun or. Relaxing.

I can not imagine a staff with a better attitude at any other campground. The staff was always smiling and willing to help in anyway. PS. When they say the wind blows they weren't kidding. Make sure to look at your forecasts when traveling the Palm Desert area.

Dust bowl with no empathy from staff after they added to the issue by starting an excavation at site at 8 am.

loved the pools and hot tubs! Very clean throughout the campground. Only bad thing: the pool and hot tubs are not monitored by staff so we occasionally had to tell children which hot tub they could use and remind them not to jump into the hot tub.

We love staying here! The staff is amazing and friendly! The people that lead each activity do it with kindness and make every event so much fun for kids. The surrounding area is quiet and calm but about 5 miles away there’s plenty of stores and places to eat. The ONLY negative that I can say would be the cleanliness of the bathroom, floors and showers next to the pool. Needs to be cleaned bette

Great stay. I like the amenities.Mineral spas were a plus. I would like to add the check in rep is the face of your Org and should be given thorough training for presenting a welcome attitude. Bathrooms might be ready for an upgrade soon.

The staff and accommodations are great! Really enjoy the water aerobics. Thank you for sending texts out to inform us of activities going on. I would suggest having bingo in the afternoon. The camp ground is always looking neat. Even after a major wind storm. You have a great team of workers!

Very enjoyable visit to Joshua Tree. The jacuzzi and pool area are very relaxing and clean. The food served at the Desert Oasis Cafe was exceptional and not expensive. Mini golf was really fun (it needs a little maintenance) and there is an area to use RC cars too. We brought our little pug dog and she enjoyed both off leash parks. We visited the Joshua Tree National Park during our stay. Nice!

Prachtig camping buiten Palm Springs. Hoewel het hier erg warm kan zijn waait het ook regelmatig. Op de camping zijn bomen die schaduw bieden, een zwembad en 3 hottubs. Verder is er een clubgebouw met een pooltafel en voetbaltafel. Er zijn verschillende toestellen voor kinderen, een midgetgolfbaan en basketbalcourt.

Nette camping, was midden in hoogseizoen vrij rustig. Wij hebben het als overnachtingscamping gebruikt,, kwamen pas laat aan, maar receptie had op ons gewacht (en ook al benodigde codes netjes per mail doorgegeven) dus super service! Schoon en net sanitair en lekker zwembad.
