The campsite was immaculate, baths pool and spas were clean and well kept up. Dog parks were clean and convenient with shade for sunny days. The campsites had shade for sunny days and windbreak. Cindy had evening or morning events everyday and we found that very important to our stay for socialization and entertainment.

One of the very best KOAs you’ll find nationwide! Staff is incredible! Site is beautiful and super clean and the pool and hot spring mineral tubs were delightful!

Had a great stay, planned for 2 nights but extended to 5 with no problems. The facilities are well maintained.

My only problem I experienced was the connection for sewer was too tall for tanks to drain had to use leveling blocks to elevate my hose for easy use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

We were only there overnight but it was fantastic. Very clean property, our dogs loved the two dog parks. We will definitely be back.

We arrived a day early, but were given a better site than we'd reserved. Paula was exceptionally helpful about switching us to the new site for the rest of our stay. We loved our stay so much we kept extending our trip and hope we can return next year. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the miniature golf. We also took part in water aerobics and Paint and Sip.

The stay was okay but it’s not very impressive to see multiple bird feces splatters on the picnic table upon checking in.

Maintenance seems to be lacking this year. We stayed twice and both times the spas were broken and many washing machines broken.

Staff professional and friendly. 1st evening an area we were told we could use had a big hole in the ground and a lid just laid over it - in the dark, I fell in hole and gashed my leg pretty bad. EVERY picnic table (3) was horrible, the amount of splinters we dealt with was BAD - even when COVERED with table cloths. Kids loved pickle ball court and pool....roads need repaving for scooters

This is a great campground. We were only there for one night but definitely want to come back for a longer stay. There was plenty to do and the rv sites were spacious.

Nice. Except I don't understand why we are placed next to and between other trailers when most of the sites are available.

We have been camping here for years and will continue to return every Winter. I love the location. Close enough to so many things to do, but away from the traffic and chaos. We usually pick a Premium Site. Love the space, although #131 could use some new gravel. The new gazebos they put at these sites are fabulous too!

We had a premium lot which we highly recommend. It is a double lot with a fire pit on it (comes with propane). The picnic table has a cover over it for shade. We went to the pool and hot springs hottubs which are in nice facility with locked gates. Lastly, the restrooms are immaculate. We had an A+ experience.

The check-in/office staff were awesome! The bathroom facilities were clean, but the lights went out right after I finished taking a shower… used my phone for a little light while I dried off and got dressed. The dirt sites are challenging when trying to keep the inside of your rig clean. Overall, a good place to stay.

I had planned to make hamburgers in our Barbeque grill but this KOA doesn’t allow charcoal? So no dinner for us, plus it’s in the middle of nowhere, would not go back!

Clean, quiet and well maintained. The natural spring fed pool and hot tubs was a great touch to this KOA. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We stayed in one of the double sized lots, although the other lots were a fine size as well. It came with a little gazebo for shade and a guest table/fire pit (no wood fires are allowed, but this worked great) we loved the three hot tubs and the pool. The grounds are constantly being cleaned and the staff was very friendly!

Nice afternoon shade for the back in spots. Easy check in. Laundry facilities worked well. The mineral pool and hot tubs were enjoyable, although a bit colder than I like. The main problem was only one shower working for the campground. Toilets flushed poorly. Price seemed a bit high.

I would have given a 5 star but they had a water main break & we were with no water for 12 hours with no compensation given.

Great customer service, a plumbing issue turned off water. Staff notified us and refunded the last day. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pool room. Six pool ques, but only two had tips on them! Pool needed cleaning as well.

The facility, staff and amenities are top notch. The grounds are spotless and very well maintained. The location is quiet with only the occasional loud vehicle in the distance. The water service was interrupted for 15 hours during our overnight stay, but the maintenance crew restored service early the next day. I would highly recommend this as a restful oasis in your travels.

So much to do for children. Loved the hot tubs. Campground very well maintained. I loved that campers were spaced out and not right on top of each other, that is very thoughtful.

Nice spot, clean facilities, friendly staff. Mineral pool and hot tubs could use a little attention but clean. Aprox 2.5 miles to Desert Hot Springs where there are groceries, banks restaurants and more.

Aside from using the campground map provided during check-in, there are no signs at the entrance to each row of sites. After sunset, it's difficult to read the site numbers on the posts. Campground hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nice, quiet, clean campground. Spacious and level campsites. Friendly campers as well.

Love this place, this is our 4th visit, hot tubs are great, enjoyed the bingo activity and really enjoyed the weather, the patio site is awesome and hosts are helpful, place is clean.

I have come here many times and usually enjoy it. One of the reasons I like this KOA is the spas. This time I requested a spot near the pool so I can take advantage of the spa/pool. The check in folks were kind enough to let be chose the spot. They did not inform me 2 of the 3 spas were not fully functioning. The 2 warmest and favorites. I was GREATLY DISAPOINTED. I was told were waiting on parts.

The paper towel dispenser in the men’s bathroom didn’t work one day. No big deal. Hot tubs 1-2 were down but at least they were still hot and we still enjoyed them. I think everyone had a good time with bingo and dancing. The park was clean as always. It’s our favorite place to stay when we need a break from the Phoenix area.

Great staff; super friendly. Park site maintenance was superb; level lot & all hookups worked fine. The downside was the cleanliness, plumbing. No hot water at the men’s pool shower room, and the hot water at the main men’s shower house was only operating in one shower. Toilet paper pieces all over floor. In addition, the kids use of electric bikes was not controlled and it was a hazard.

Have stayed here many times but am wondering why so many items are out of order ? Quite a few washing machines out of order as well as mineral pool hot tubs? I didn’t see anyone around repairing these. Hope all will be repaired soon as I have another visit scheduled . Thank you

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
