The only issue I had was the internet. I could even check my e mails it would not stay connected long enough to get through when it did connect which was not often.

Everything went very well except for Friday night when a loud party went on until 2 AM Saturday morning. We reported that Saturday before we left.

This KOA was a great place to get away for the long weekend! It was our second time to stay at this location and we loved our site! Nice to see it was pretty full and others taking advantage of this camp location…we will definitely be back. Our dogs love being there too as they enjoy playing at the dog park.

We stay at the Joshua Tree KOA several times a year. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was helpful. Only complaint is that the jumper wasn’t on much this weekend. This is one of the main reasons why we stay at KOA. The KOA we usually visit has it on most of the day. This one was very limited and my children couldn’t use it. Such a bummer. Probably wouldn’t return because of this.

Park is fine overall. Bathrooms need updating. For example the shower floors get unusually wet. They should be slightly slanted with a drain or some other fix.

Our stay was great - Took a few minutes to figure out where to check in since the little yellow booth upon entering was empty - some guy in back of me impatiently layed on the horn, and once I was out of his way we headed to the REAL check in office- Check in went great & our spot was great. Only thing we noticed was people like to speed towards the gate to leave. (lots of kids & dog walkers)

The site was roomy, office staff was friendly and the mineral pools were the high point for us. We are glad our friends suggested this KOA.

The only problem was with a lady who thinks she owns camp canine. She wouldn’t allow us to bring her dogs in. She was rude obnoxious she stayed in her car while the dogs run loose in the park and didn’t even bother to go up and clean up after her dogs. I understand she is a permanent resident and you need to do something about this.

Easy checkin, excellent RV site, very clean and tidy campground. Breakfast was very good! Will definitely be visiting KOA Palm Springs again!

Always a pleasant stay at this location. Our dog loves the large dog park where he makes new friends. The hot tubs and pool area are wonderful to relax in. The pool exercise class is free and enjoyable.

We love this campground! As all campgrounds in this region, you have to drive to everything you may need. Just under a hour trip to beautiful Joshua Tree National Park. Roads in this campground are in dire need of repaveing! Hard to walk around! Restrooms are clean and convenient. Staff is friendly.

PSJT KOA is one of our favorite places for long-term stays. The park facilities are well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient for easy access to Joshua Tree NP and to Palm Springs.

PS/JT is a lovely KOA. Very clean, well kept and I felt very secure. I enjoyed the hot tubs after a hard day driving in the wind. Speaking of wind, I had coffee at my gas fireplace in the morning, but in the evening it was too windy. It would be nice to have wind breaks the entire length of the sites (if you don’t ask you don’t get). If I’m in the area I’ll stay here again.

Nice stay for my needs. Front desk attendants were helpful and polite. Shower and bathrooms were working. But, not worth $85 per not for my 50 amp, full hook-up. Should've been $60/night. Also, I originally tried to reserve a site at Palm Springs/Joshua Tree KOA via my KOA app, but the transaction failed numerous times. My info which I entered was correct, so issue may be with KOA networking.

This was our second year stay at Palm Springs/ Joshua Tree KOA. We stayed in a premium site. My only negative was the wind blowing the propane fire pit down to a couple of flames resulting in relighting it. But nature was the primary cause, perhaps the flame bar could be lower in the pit. Friendly staff and a clean environment. We will stay again.

The campground is clean and well kept. They offer many activities for the kids and the mineral pool and spas are very relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

This site had lots of activities to do indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi's. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The pros: accepts large bread dogs; facilities (heated pool/3 spas set at different temps); entire park well-kept & very clean; friendly personnel; quiet; we had a double wide site (extra $) but well worth it, amazing mountain views. The negatives: for us their public unsecured WIFi was unstable so had to use our cell phone’s hotspot. Not much near by store wise so need bikes or car to access.

Great facility. Clean and plenty to do. Staff is nice and helpful. Only negative is we could only bring one of our dogs because they don’t allow Dobermans. I would come back and stay again if I could bring both my dogs.

My little family had SO much fun staying here. The amenities were totally our speed. Sites are large and clean. The mini golf, jump pad and park were great. A tip if you're planning to stay here with kids, ask for a copy of the events calendar or access it from your email. We took full advantage of their crafts and ice cream social and loved Cindy!!

Very clean park with great pull through spaces for big rig. Friendly staff. Nice showers, but not hot water at bathroom sinks. Plenty of hot water in showers.

Site was not level and very sandy, other sites had a small gravel which would have been nicer. While we were setting up, we had to clean dog waste in the site. While the staff was friendly, I feel they did not do enough to keep the park clean. Twice I noticed staff emptying the trash can at one dog park but did not take the time to walk the area. We cleaned dog waste each time we used a dog run.

By far the BEST stop yet on our cross-country adventure period! Now, we had been on our longest day of travel yet since we got our RV and we're beyond tired, road, weary and dying to relax. So, we pulled up on the KOA Palm Springs-Joshua Tree. Now mind you, we did NOT have a reservation, and it was after midnight when we got to the park. However, an awesome employee named Erica was MORE than HAPPY to accommodate us. We got the most adorable little sight and finally got to relax. I can't express enough how friendly everyone was, from the guests to the Staff. My only regret was not getting the chance to experience the amazing hot springs pool or hot tub. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much so that we actually turned around vs going straight to Hollywood, and are going back to stay a few more days. I will update my review more after i've had the full experience including the pool/hot tubs. However, I can say with 0 hesitation that this is probably one of the most relaxing, clean, friendly and enjoyable R. V parks that we've been to on our trip from Louisiana to California. We had 1 little snafu at the park, but another employee named Paula was a huge help in sorting everything out. Sent from my iPhone

Fab! Came to get out of LA fires stayed 3 weeks! Super clean! Mineral hot tubs and pool!! Awesome used every day! There are 3!!! Great Mountain View's Good Showers Decent Laundry Mini golf etc Nice sites Super friendly staff CONS can be windy Better recycling needed Laundry less than ideal Did have repairman there asap

Nice quiet KOA. Close-ish to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Great base to head in any direction if you want to leave the campground. The hot spring hot tubs were nice. 3 tubs of differing heat. Nice large pool that I didn't use. Great selection of different types of sites for TT, MH, vans and tents. Would recommend and come back again.
