Just a big windy dusty parking lot, with a rude woman working the office to boot. Based on the website description, I was expecting a “resort” experience. Anything but. I’ve stayed at a LOT of KOAs, and never experienced this level of discourtesy. I left and found somewhere else to stay. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The property was well laid out with a pool, mineral hot springs whirlpool (ahhh), big/small dog parks and walking areas. When we checked in, our site was very windy with no shade. Lynn at the front office was helpful and changed our site. My only suggestion would be to trim the bushes by the tennis courts a little later in the morning as the blowers/cutters were so LOUD!

Everything was amazing except the bathroom clean time. There are 2 bathrooms in the park,one was closed til 8am(or later). This was frustrating since we left every day before 8 to tour the area. We had to walk twice as far to the other bathroom and wait in line bc the entire campground had to use this one bathhouse. I think changing the cleaning time to mid day like other KOAs would be a good idea

This spot is a little off I10 and a bit bumpy road to get too however is a well maintained park for ALL campers & Clamper's. Especially for kids with a number of activities. Decent showers and well groomed and level parking.

Always a pleasant check in experience. Nice and quiet campground and clean bathrooms.

Certainly a great spot and the folks in the office are great. They made no pretense concerning the almost non existent wifi connection...they have it but... Important for us is water pressure...this was the lowest we ever encountered ...washing self and dishes with a trickle. Good people, good pool, mini golf would be great but should invest in repairing.

Many entertainment facilities are outdated (mini golf, playground, GYM) or are closed/defective (game room). The pool area is very nice

Short overnight stay. Nice large space plenty of room and close to bathroom and showers. Facilities were clean. Very little interaction with staff but what we did they were pleasant.

My only issue is that the bathrooms were always overflowing with garbage and sink area didn't seem like it cleaned enough. Aside from that, the campground was great.

Hi The weather of all times had to be over 100 degrees and windy. Plus we were put right next to the dumpster which smelled and was over flowing and attracted flys. Instead of emptying the trash bin the yellow jackets just brought over a skip loader and used the bucket to smash it down so the trash wasn't showing over the wall. I really dont like that we can't choose our own spot.

The woman at the office who checked us in was VERY helpful. I discovered I had forgotten to make my reservation, but she pleasantly stayed after her quitting time to check us in a good site. She deserves kudos! Thanks again!

We were there with our group. They gave us great sites, close to the pools and rec. rooms. Joannie was great to work with for reservations. A very reasonably priced campground, well maintained and easy to get to.

The kampground is nicely organized and the staff are super friendly! One thing I would mention is it would be very helpful if they sent out the gate code sooner than their office closing times. This would help alleviate anxiety if the code does not arrive. It also wouldn’t hurt to have it emailed, in addition to being texted.

I stayed four nights while exploring Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. Nice level gravel with hookups in good condition. I enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tubs - 3 different temperatures feed by the renowned mineral spring wells. They also have a very large K9 play area and lot's of family oriented stuff to do. Highly recommended.

Nice campsite, with good layout, plenty of facilities, and decent restrooms and showers. It's a bit remote, with not much in the way of grocery offerings nearby and the store here is pretty basic, but decent site nonetheless

Excellent camp spot for the Palm Springs area! Friendly hosts, large level spots. Plenty of activities for kids, huge pool, 3 hot tubs. Security at night. Great roads for walking the dogs. Close to most everything but not in the mix of the city. Super close to Joshua Tree National Park!
