This was my first stay at a KOA, and it far surpassed my expectations. The facilities were clean, and the staff and volunteers were both helpful and friendly. The amenities were excellent and fully functional.

It was very nice. nothing wrong with it. If we needed to stay, there again we would. Security was great. The store was very limited.

Great staff, clean and wide spots. I noted each site was freshly raked which I found to be a real treat plus it looks good.

Friendly staff, quiet camping just after Presidents day. Hot spring water pool and hot tubs were very nice. Will be visiting here again!

enjoyed the hot springs a lot! everything was kept clean. hot showers. also enjoyed the activities and breakfast they had for the holiday weekend. very friendly staff as well

The internet connection at this campground was awful. I have been to this KOA several times in the past and was able to connect with the internet no problem. This past visit do not have internet connection that was reliable, even to read email.

Second time stay for us, very happy with everything except the wind! We enjoyed ourselves in spite of that and will be back again. A special shout-out to your staff who were all great, but especially Mike on maintenance, he is a gem!

We’ve stayed 3 other times and this time it wasn’t quite up to par. Restrooms needed tending , could not get wifi, pool & jacuzzis were crowded, even with kids in diapers. Granted it was a three day weekend, so we won’t do that again. Usually we like this place a lot. Will give the it another chance.

Our campsite 26 was very noisy due to a main hwy running through. I love the location, however, would not like that site again if we return.

We had a great stay, although we came in the park was empty ish. We thought because we were staying a month it would have been nice to have offered closer to the pool and washrooms. We were sent to the back of the empty park. We have a motorcycle as our secondary vehicle and found the roads scattered with light gravel, a danger to motorcycles. We also got a lot that had loose large gravel

Well run camp. Easy check-in. A bit out-of-the-way but Quiet and has a handy little store. Sites are generous , mostly gravel surface made walking difficulty. Overall, a nice spot. Would stay again.

Nice a roomy spaces, Bathrooms and laundry are above standard. Our dogs are always ready to run in their extra large enclosed dog park. Pool and jacuzzi are invigorating.

The staff with whom I had several contacts due to planning around weather issues were exemplary. All were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the very best that are at the pleasure to deal with in my extensive travels. I avoid dog parks for many reasons but I would go back there simply to enjoy the dog park. It's large clean. Park itself is very clean orderly

Had a fun time. Loved the mineral pool and spa, bingo, and dance. Didn't get a chance to try the Cafe that reopened during our stat.

Very clean beautiful campground. Campsite were nicely spaced out. Bathrooms were modern and clean. The entertainment was outstanding. They had activities for adults. From poker to a DJ it was great. They also had a Super Bowl party to watch the game. Great place to stay.

We love it here. So relaxing and the hot spas are amazing. Plus a lot to do in the area. Went to the Living Desert this time. A must see for any animal lovers

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
