Really nice park. Sites are very clean and large. It's to bad we couldn't enjoy the outside area and fire pit do to the crazy wind storm. We'll be back. Oh yeh, if anyone ask, that Allstar burger joint down the street I would definitely recommend it.

It was a nice campground. The site I was given, I was told when I booked online was the only one available that would fit my rig, and it was not that nice. When I checked in, I asked if there was a pull through site available and I was told no. As we walked around the campground, I noticed there were many pull through sites that were empty during our entire stay. This was the only let down.

Sites are good sized and most have some privacy. The bathrooms are centrally located but could be bigger. They were generally clean (some campers need to pickup after themselves,not staff’s fault). Check in was efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice facility. Friendly people running it. The location is not Palm Springs and not Joshua tree. Really nowhere. 1/2 hour drive to anywhere.

Our site was in the shade shortly after noon, we were close to the laundry and the pool. We absolutely loved our two weeks at this campground.

Well maintained. Lot's of activities for the family. Dog Friendly. Only negative is that there could be more bathroom accommodations but that was not a big issue.

A little tight grtting in the entrance, concrete Drainage at entrance could cause unit to bottom out. Remainder of facility Was clean, large roadways and sites. Hookups at the rear of each site.

Generous size sites. All utilities work well. However, WIFI is unreliable. Great location for visiting Joshua Tree National Park. Excellent staff in the office. Laundry and restrooms are well-maintained and clean.

Location was good for the area, except the wind never stopped blowing. We found staff pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub amenities were top notch and the area well maintained. The Games Room was very poor and might as well be closed. The Fitness room offered little and the equipment provided was in poor condition. Food service was poor, as they are not set up properly for this service.

We loved the heated pool, we swam every morning. Our double wide lot with shaded area was great too ! All staff were friendly and the washrooms were reasonably clean, unless the campground was full. We’ve already booked for next January, and we’ve never repeated a place so that says about this KOA. Looking forward to coming back ! Thanks very much. Denise and Steve Moore Vancouver Island,

Other than the calls we received regarding the hookups which appeared not to be a problem. We were made to feel uncomfortable and it made our day unpleasant. If someone had made sure we were in the correct space and were there at our arrival this would have been resolved.. otherwise our stay was very nice.

Second time we stayed here. Sites are gravel and not level. our site (269) was next to an old trailer occupied by a bunch of full timing people with junk, auto parts, used motor oil cans..etc, scattered around the site. The woman who checked us in was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this campground.

We just stayed for one night as a stopover spot in our travels. We noticed there was so much to do and the staff were informative and helpful. The cafe had amazing food. The mineral hot springs were a welcome delight after a long day of travel. We have plans to come back for a longer stay.

great place to stay, but if there is one thing that needs improvement is the showers, you really need to get a plumber in to fix the shower valves, they have been put together wrong and don't operate properly, other then that the place if very good.

Very nice KOA and friendly staff, the staggered hookups at the premium sites were outstanding, I was impressed. However because of the size of these large sites it would be nice to have some patio furniture. Job well done, if I return to this area I would stay here again.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
