We loved our extended stay here! The team is friendly and the landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. There are many activities for families too. This is our favorite KOA!

Very nice and clean KOA. The staff is very nice and helpful. My is handicap and the site that we had was a long walk to the shower, so your staff found us a site across from the showers. The park was VERY CLEAN; this told me that they take pride of their business. OUTSTANDING SITE, SERVICE. Thanks for a wonderful stay on our may home.

It was very nice clean nice big sites clean bathrooms N helpful crew the men helped us with our popup the only bad part was the woman in the office had an attitude with me very unprofessional !! Asked her if we could use the pool n answered why wouldn’t you be able to use the pool ?? Very belittling anyways we had a great stay

The stay was good except they gave us a horrible spot to park a 33 ft back in trailer. The spot was also not even so it cause a lot of problems with the sewer lines.

Unfortunately, it was very windy all weekend long. The amenities are great. Love the new big dog area but unfortunately there was a lot of poop in there. Maybe someone could check on that every now and then. Otherwise great place. I’m

Quiet, well setup, nice staff. The restroom facility is out-dated. Sites are clean and very nice. I enjoyed the location, peace and comfort. Thank you!

The KOA itself was great. All of the amenities and attractions on site were very much appreciated. I would hesitate to return because we had such issues with the wind. I realize this is not KOA's fault! However, providing some wind protection would be very helpful. We had to eat inside most evenings because the wind was too strong to allow us to enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting.

This KOA is ok for a day or 2. The roads and all of the sites a gravel. The sites in the area we were assigned had no guides for lining up and no information as to parking angle. It took us a bit to figure it out. The biggest problem for us was we cook most of our meals on a small charcoal egg. We were not allowed to use it, even though the lid keeps all embers inside. We wound up eating out.

The place is well kept. Staff very friendly. It was unfortunate that we stayed at the very tail end of the season so we missed all the winter action. But we got to meet the wonderful lady who runs the activities and squeezed In the last paint session. Wish we could have had a chance to try out the cafe.

The check-in process was easy. The staff at the front desk was very knowledgeable & friendly. The events were nicely organized & on time. The grounds were immaculate & well-kept. The only concern I had was that the pool seemed a little yellow. The sides inside the pool seemed yellow, and having a pool myself, my first thought was that it hadn't been brushed down unless the sides are just stained.

The RV spots were very roomy and open. The pool and spas were great. One spa was broken and we were told by other campers it had been for awhile. Would have been nice if it was up and running. Bathrooms were clean and surrounding areas were kept up well (ie pickleball court, Kamp K9, miniature golf).

Park was clean check in was easy. HOWEVER THE PALM SPRINGS / JOSHUA TREE KOA was really pretty pathetic. Kids were sad The jump pad was never inflated during our stay. The “movie night” was nothing more than a Small TV rolled into a room! they ran out of ice cream. playground was sketchy. Price is definitely you get what you pay for here!

The location is good but it is extremely windy in that area (over 40mph winds). The actual park is ok but there is no cleaning staff at all. My husband mentioned the lack of toilet paper to the front office when we got in and three days later all the stalls for the men’s room were still empty. The garbage in every bathroom and laundry area was overflowing. Pool - green algae growing on floor

Although your park was great and our stay was comfortable, we were misled by the park's name. We thought you were closer to Joshua Tree NP. Your staff was informative and helpful, but didn't act like they really wanted to be there. A smile would have gone a long way! We probably will not be returning.

Therewas a lack of attentiveness to some details. We arrived late to see a long line of cars waiting to get in. Turns out none of us could find where the code was to get in the gate. There was a zerox copy of the information sheet that was at the desk for us. It didn't include the code for the bathroom and an incorrect wifi code (No ! included). All of this was on the copy we got the next day

Always have a great time staying here. The location is central for day trips. The grounds are always clean. The amenities are enough to keep you busy. The best thing about this place is the friendly and welcoming staff. Always trying to fill my requests. Thanks again, Joshua Tree KOA.

Had a great time, just as advertised. Lots of activities for the kids spaced out thru out the day. Pool was a great time and not too many people. Decorating and launching the rockets was the kids favorite thing.

Not bad! Not sure why they ended the season early. Spring break for a lot of schools don't end until April 18, 2025. Would be nice to have had a lot of the amenities during this time.

I came down with a terrible stomach bug while there, and felt pretty helpless. The gal at the front desk delivered medication they had for sale and ginger ale to my camper, and literally saved me. She went beyond the norm, and is much appreciated.

Very nice park, clean, and well maintained. Beautiful pool and hot tubs. Sites are spacious with hedges between each... very private. Close enough to town to access restaurants and groceries....but far enough that you aren't bothered with noise and traffic. We chose this park because of its proximity to Joshua Tree NP and Palm Springs. But it has much more to offer than mere proximity.

Bathrooms need better attending - leaky shower was evident. RV dumps at the sites are too high. Difficult to ge the dump hoses completely drained. 11am checkout is too early. Checkout & in at 11am/12pm is right at lunch time for both folks departing and arriving. Neither group can have a reasonable lunch hour. Need to shift checkout & in to more like 1pm/3pm.

Bathroom area to small for amount of guests served. Need garbage cans closer to camp slots, as there is only one debris box that is far away from most sites. Back in sites too close together

We enjoy staying here every Winter. The employees are friendly and the place is well kept. We love Cindy and her activities! Already have our reservation for next Winter!

Visite en juillet dernier pour une nuit étape entre Los Angeles et Joshua Tree NP. Bien situé et calme. Les emplacements sont spacieux, full hook up. Sanitaires propres. Arrivée tardive donc accueil fermé mais les instructions laissées pour nous installer étaient claires.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.
