Good park, especially if traveling with children. Lots of activities. Didn’t like all the sand and gravel we tracked in from the site.

The staff is so friendly and the team there works all day to keep the park looking it's best.The office team is stellar too! We love how this KOA strives to give kids many activities for their stay too. Definitely our favorite KOA!

We enjoyed our stay; having activities for the kids during the weekend for Halloween was awesome. The pools, basketball court and pickle ball courts were fun and of course mini golf. It’s awesome that you can borrow things from the front desk for free only disadvantage of that is they have to be back by 1800 which typically was when we were getting back also that’s right when it is cooling dow

Unisex showers need to be cleaner and I think you have a mold problem in your grout. Thank you

The first thing is, Katie (KOA Staff) ran to help us park! Thought I was at a Les Schwab in Oregon! She was SO friendly, helpful and professional. KOA Palm Springs/Joshua Tree... you have a wonderful person who will help your business and keep your business. Otherwise... the park was clean, well organized, quiet and simply refreshing.

Stayed just overnight but enjoyed the evening. Site was clean and facilities were clean as well. Pleasant reception by staff. We are going back for Thanksgiving week and very much looking forward to it.

Second time staying at this KOA. I love everything about this site. The staff always waves when you run into them, Pool area is always clean, all sites are well maintained. Like I said, I love everything about this KOA

We just stayed overnight on our way to San Diego so wasn't there long enough to review everything but it was a little out of our way so probably wouldn't stay here again.

We had a Great time there. Every body was super nice. Cindy and the workers did a Great job on the haunted house. We felt very safe there. The pool and hot tubs were nice and clean. It was our take off point for going out and sight seeing.

Visiting friends in Palm Springs. Bathrooms were not cleaned for at least two days. Ram out of toilet paper and was not replenished for at least two days. Trash was overflowing.

There is no grass at this campground due to its location in the desert. When we stayed here temps were over 100 everyday. The campground is nice and sites were well laid out.

Nice of them to stick me in the back of the campground away from everyone else camping in probably the worst spot at this KOA. NOT TOO HAPPY!

On the plus side: Nice park. Lovely wide lot. Pool and hot tubs open in October. On the less positive side: Far away from Palm Springs which wasn’t ideal. No monitoring of excessive noise after quiet hours all 3 nights. The lady who checked us in was rather snippy.. Showers weren’t warm.

We initially had booked two nights here but extended it for another night. This KOA is our favourite we've stayed in. The pool is an amazing temperature, and the 3 covered hottubs all different temperatures is unbeatable. We would come back here just to relax and hang by the pool all day. Workers were great.

Quiet campground on the foothills of Joshua Tree. They have rows if trees along the isles to provide shade and wind buffer. The pool and mineral tubs were very clean and made our bodies feel great!
