I'm a fairly new camper and experience at this KOA was good. Campground was clean and quiet, showers and bathroom clean. Was a little disappointed since I couldn't use my camp stove on provided picnic table, but used the ground instead. I spend two awesome days at Joshua Tree National Park. Would definitely stay here again.

We came for just the night but wished we could have had an extended stay here. This was the cleanest and friendliest campsite we have ever been to. With the putt putt, rock climbing, pool, library, jump pad, and horse shoes there was a ton for the kids and family to do on site. Plus the Sunday breakfast was amazing! Thank you for your kindness and the great stay!

It was a wonderfully maintained campground! All staff we very friendly and helpful and gave us some great tips on activities to do at the campground and areas to visit while we stayed in the Palm Springs/Joshua Tree area. The pool is a gem , wonderfully warn water and the hot tubs a joy to hop into after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay. Good WiFi, lots to see and do in the area, and daily activities in the park. Only bad thing was the space we had, people walked through our site on the way to the restrooms and showers. I would stay again, just a different site.

Nice facility. Road noise can be a bit loud if you're not in a hardshell camper, but otherwise clean facilties and friendly staff.

We loved our patio site and hung out there all the time. They severed the best breakfast on the weekends. Then there is the staff. They were so helpful. Best stay ever!

It was the cleanest men's locker room/bathroom I've ever used in all the campgrounds I've stayed at. Very good service and facilities. Excellent stay!

This was a great KOA. Check-in was super easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The site was clean and well kept with all hook-up working perfectly. We had some guest come for dinner and they were given a visitor parking permit for no extra charge and it was no hassle at all. Over all a very smooth overnight experience.

We dropped in after 8 weeks on the road with 2 dogs and so we enjoyed the pampering! We will be back after the holidays and hoping this time we could stay for a week!

Although we were just traveling through, we could see the many fun things for children and the very friendly and welcoming staff. The children’s train ride made us smile as the kids went through the park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is one of the best run KOA’s we’ve stayed at. Staff are all very helpful and friendly no matter their position with the company. The common areas are all kept very clean and they have great accommodations for walking the dog. If we come back to California we will definitely stay here again.

we were able to get the site we sked for, The KOA was kept up well. There was someone who drove around at night to make sure all was quiet . The hot tubs and pool very nice. We love coming this KOA every time we are in town.

Pool and hot tubs were the highlight. The 50’s time warp theme was cool. Staff were nice. Detractors…dog poop that people should have picked up but laid around in obvious site for our 2 weeks stay. Shower drains backed up.

We stay at this KOA three to four times a year for quick getaways. The staff is always friendly and quick to ensure any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Movie nights are always fun, and this location is a great base camp for Joshua Tree national park.

We weren't sure exactly where and start time Friday night movie. A map of pool area and all it's rooms would have helped. Plus start time in the email would hAve helped. By the way the idea of the emails was great

We needed to find a place to camp overnight while traveling in CA to a family event and found KOA Palm Springs / Joshua Tree on-line. Check in was a breeze and the staff assigned camp spots so that there was a spot or two in between campers. It was dark and quite at night. THANK YOU! We would stay there again.

The check-in was smooth and clerks were friendly. The restrooms and showers could have been cleaner and two of the four washers did not work. The pool and hot tubs were well maintained and a plus.

This KOA is easy in, easy out and has huge pull thru sites for big rigs. The sites are all well maintained & the staff was great to work with.

Our 1st time there and was very impressed with the manner of how this KOA keeps and stays in contact with their guests. Loved being informed of all the activities going on and what was available at the park on a day to day basis. The grounds/sites are very well kept.

We enjoyed our stay. We only wish we could have had a wood campfire to sit around in the evening, as the propane fire doesn't make much heat.

It was for the Thanksgiving holiday, the staff there was awesome and the DJ was super cool. Everything was clean and I was pleasantly surprised on the activities that were available to my family and I. Keep up the good work.

Always a great stay with plenty of activities for the kids on the weekends with a super cool and friendly staff. Pools are heated year round and refreshing. We always look forward to the next trip.

Stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time. Sites are roomy and well kept, and facilities are clean. Lots to do if you want to. Played bingo and had a great time. Staff is super friendly and. Pool is wonderful and the mineral spa tubs are just what we needed after a long day. Would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to go back.

Staff was great and friendly and the park was clean! The golf course needs some major work, the playground is a bit dated and several of the bikes to rent were broken. The main thing was space size. We were there for Thanksgiving, so that might have had something to do with it, but we constantly had people walking through our side, setting up games feet from our coach and just not being respectful

Nice CG with great amenities and great communication from the office about different activities. It was nice to be able to unwind and relax in the hot springs tubs.only problem we had were noisy kids in the hot tubs, but that’s not the fault of KOA.

Only disadvantage was the spot was not as wide as most campgrounds and only 30amp. Almost all other parks we stay at have a 20amp plus as well.

The staff was awesome and very friendly! My grandson loved the train rides and miniature golf. Just wished we would have known about the propane fires only.

Quiet campground on the foothills of Joshua Tree. They have rows if trees along the isles to provide shade and wind buffer. The pool and mineral tubs were very clean and made our bodies feel great!

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.
