The spring fed hot tubs are the best! The pool area has been fixed up, looks good! We also appreciate the clean restrooms and showers. Hope to see the pickleball courts renovated/updated by our next visit.

Front desk was extremely rude. They placed us in a spot that we couldn't even open a slide. We were only staying 1 night so we just made it work without having our kitchen.

We had a great 3 week stay and it was such a convenient location for exploring the area. Wonderful staff, immaculate grounds, nice roomy sites, amazing hot tubs, the largest dog run I’ve ever seen at a campground, plus two smaller ones. Need better signage to locate front office. The wide pull through sites were awesome but the park feels a bit…..sad. Wish the park had more native plants, trees, etc.

Great pool and hot tub area. Loved the way the sites are staggered to give the feeling of spaciousness. Sad the restaurant was closed.

Only one restroom open before 8:00 AM and so many RV sites? How ridiculous! And what about trash cans? We had to drive around looking for one. Also, when asked why a driver’s license and license plate numbers were required, I was told it was the law? I’m a retired Ca. attorney and this is not “the law”. When I told the clerk this, they admitted it was their boss who told them to say t

The campground was clean, quiet and had all of the amenities needed. Love the family movie night, weekly bingo, and big pool!

This camp ground was very clean. A very large fog run to let your pet run and play. The office staff was very friendly.

We were there for only two nights. The grounds are kept so clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved the park.

Never stated that cable was Not available!!!! Pool area needs to be upgraded. Shower handle at the Mineral pools was broken and fell off! Staff was friendly.

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

We love the KOA and enjoy relaxing in the amazing mineral pools! We also love children, but had a less than peaceful time. One suggestion would be to add a more explicit sign in the mineral pool area such as: Please respect the tranquility of this space: No jumping, diving, screaming, or pool toys in the hot pools. Unsupervised children and their parents will lose the privilege of using the po

The bathrooms near the pool were not always accessible (are closed) and the other restrooms were not cleaned regularly during our stay

Great visit. The only thing that bummed me out as someone stole my Havana Flip Flops at the pool and my granddaughter actually saw the lady go over to the table and slip them on her feet but did not tell me until later. Very unfortunate. Nothing your team could have done but thought I would let you know in case it happens again. We loved our visit and will return.

Nice area. A bit of a drive to Joshua Tree. Also visited Palm Springs. Bathhouse was a long walk from our site, but clean and up to date.

The campground was so clean and offered great amenities. I LOVED the "cabins" and the tent structures, and though we camped in our RV, we are hoping to come back and try out the other facilities. The grounds were so well kept, but, I think the thing that impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was courteous, professional, and so helpful. We have never seen anyone work harder than Bob!

The preferred site where we stayed were very accommodating. Some other sites seemed very close. Typical of KOA campgrounds the bathrooms are way to small for the amount of people staying. Not cleaned often enough with the usage needed. We also had barking dogs around us that were not quieted by owners. Overall the place was very clean and plenty to do at the campground.

Great spacious campsites. Friendly staff and LOVE the mineral water pool and the 3 spas has different temperatures to chose from. close enough to Palm Springs and we went there on Thursday evening for the Village Fest.We will be returning to this campground for sure.

Sadly the weekend we were there it was windy. We had a good time but I think the front desk lady could use some lessons in etiquette. I’ve stayed a many KOAs and the front office has always been friendly and kind, this was not the case here.

Nice level sites. Friendly staff. Loved the hot tubs. My only complaint would be the restrooms needed cleaning much more often. It seems every time I went in there the trash can was overflowing with paper towels and it was obvious a cleaning was needed. Last morning the stall I went in was out of TP. Overall, was a good experience, but bathrooms need to be cleaned multiple times each day.

Nice & low key. We were really bummed out the pool and spa were closed on Wednesday. My wife and I had planned to take the kids to the pool that after noon. We ended up spending the night $25 each to swim and use the spa's at Sam's down the street.

Overall a good experience. Staff were very hard working and friendly. Loved that there were 3 options for dog parks as not all dogs are friendly. We had a nice Patio site, pool and spas were nice, quiet, good store, and many positives. The roads are little rough and our fire pit (new patio site) didn't work very well and kept blowing out while the ones next door worked. Overall very good.

Great place, very clean, the only problem we came across was a neighbor's dogs that kept barking while their family was away. It was bad enough that we couldn't sit outside while that neighbor was there.

We couldn't enjoy the pool or the hot tubs with the screaming children. The best thing about this place was the 3 large dog parks. The only issue there is that many guests did not cleanup after their own dogs.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.
