Was a last-minute booking, and they were able to provide me with everything I needed. The cabin, was immaculately, clean the premises and campgrounds, very well-kept, and all of the staff I interacted with very friendly and knowledgeable.

Our family stay at Palm Springs/Joshua Tree was excellent. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin, which was clean and well maintained. We were near the pool area, that was a plus. The pool area was very nice and partially shaded. We took advantage of the, very relaxing, natural spring hot tubs. We will definitely be heading back to this location.

We loved the gas grill and fire pit! The glamping tent was cute, loved the extras like cups, k cups, etc. Kids loved the pool and hot springs soaking tubs! The wind was a nightmare at night, impossible to sleep. Maybe consider replacing the tents with simple cabins.

Couples getaway. Stayed in ECO tent #3. What a fun experience! Enjoyed the sunsets, gas firepit, clean community area bathrooms, showers and overall appearance of the grounds. Helpful and friendly staff too! We will be back!!!

The knob on the stove needs to be replace on cabin 39. Looks damaged and appeared to be melted. You can get that at MFR or maybe at Amazon. We actually occupied glamping E3 and both cabins 39 and 40. Been at this KOA 5th times. Overall, it was nice and we sure loved it. Also the agent that check us in just needs to be nicer or friendly. Don’t know if she’s new or not or had a bad day. Just say

We payed a lot to stay in the deluxe cabins and we were incredibly disappointed. The facilities were completely outdated. There weren’t any activities at this site for kids (went end of May). Homeless came into campgrounds with no guard at gate & went into campsites. We waited 2 hours for a propane tank & still had to remind staff to come. The tub didn’t drain. They charged me a fee without no

This was my first time staying in one of the lodges (little house) it was so comfortable! It has everything within the kitchen, loved the Keurig, hot shower, the bed was so comfortable, very clean. We loved it! will definitely come back and stay in one of the fully equipped lodges. I know some might say it defeats the point in camping but sometimes you just want a get away to relax and this was it

It was very nice, my cabin was lovely, staff was kind. I can't complain. The 3 jacuzzi's and pool with the natural spring water was amazing no egg smell just a wonderful Experience!

It's always peaceful at this campground. There are restrooms and showers and bikes to rent for the kids. The young woman at front desk was very kind, I think her name was Paula and the manager was very accommodating. Definitely going back for a 3rd visit as this was our 2nd time there. The glamping tents are very cool and clean.

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.
