We stayed in the eco tents yet again and are they are amazing. The community areas like the pool and restrooms need some work. The pool area needs more lounger and some umbrellas and the bathroom stalls need locks. This won’t prevent us from coming but it would make it a much nicer experience. The KOA we’ve stayed at most is the San Diego one and that has much better facilities and a cafe.

The eco-tent was clean, and I rested comfortably. One uncomfortable thing was that the zipper was broken, so it was difficult to open and close. The bed was comfortable. Just need to repair the tent. Thank you~

Great staff with a friendly greeting and nice upgrade to our Glamping accommodations. Truly enjoyed the tent with air conditioning and the attached, convenient amenities as we grilled steaks and warmed by the fire in the cool of the evening coming on. Great view of the dramatic Palm Springs valley and contended with the breezy environment.

The cabin was clean and suited our needs. Our disappointments were in the fact that the campground was essentially closed for the season on Easter break week. The website boasted bounce pad, hot spring tubs, climbing wall, ice cream socials that went through April. So super disappointing when what brought us to this KOA was not available. 1 hot spring closed, 2 freezing! Kids did love the pool.

We loved the luxury cabin. My husband was expecting something more rustic. My kids enjoyed the pool the most. Husband really liked having three hot tubs to choose from. Maybe offer a continental breakfast, or complimentary coffee for weekend travelers, to include Friday mornings.

Although the wind blew the roof off our glamaping experience ,the staff at KOA Joshua Tree made our stay stellar anyway!!!!! The cabin we stayed at was perfect for us. Thanks Again for turning a problem into a perfect solution.

Camp was site was great. Our accommodations we terrible, we did not sleep for the entire time we were there. We should have been warned of the wind situation when renting a tent. The wind shaking the tent so loud that we couldn’t sleep due to all the noises. There should be a warning on the website regarding this.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
