The eco tent was spacious and warm at night, great fun for my kids. They enjoyed the pool, the game room, mini golf and the store. It could use a face lift overall but actually it didn’t bother me. It was well located for everything we wanted to do since the area is read out, you will be driving 30 mins to get across town anyway, and Joshua tree was an hour which isn’t that bad.

We stayed in tiny home 108. It was fine and accommodating. There’s a bright security light aimed at the unit that we were unable to block at night. It was extremely annoying in the loft where I slept. I would recommend staying in any of the other tiny home units where this wasn’t an issue. Otherwise, the campground is really nice.

It is our first time to stay in a koa in the states. Great location with fantastic view. The cabin was soooo clean and had everything during our stay. The interior space is huge and fit four of us so well. The beds are very comfortable. Love the hot spring!

This is our second visit at a KOA. Different experience compared to the first time but equally memorable and fun nevertheless. Clean cabin, facilities, courteous staff and overall a quiet campground.

We first got there and the lights to the side of our eco tent did not work, so of course we had to try to navigate the fire pit side in the dark. The next day I had gone up to the front to ask for more hot cups, and trash bags (assuming it came with the stay) and the lady rudely replies “well here you go, but thats not something we normally give out.” I would never recommend that location.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything we need is provided. The response we got and the service is fantastic. I like that there are a lot of activities for the kids that kept them busy and my kids had a wonderful experience. We love Joshua Tree KOA

Campsite is clean and lots of activities to keep the kids busy. They enjoyed pickleball, basketball courts, pool and the fire pits!

We enjoyed your facilities. Nice campground. The only problem I had was the sewer line ran uphill. Your receiver pipe stuck up too high. Made it very difficult to clean my tanks.

We stayed in a cabin, which is brand new. Nice fire pit and patio. Hot tubs and pool were great. Free mini golf. So many options and not enough time. We'll stay again when we are back in the area.

The floors were not clean, there was no shade over the bathroom window, the ceiling in the Loft was maybe 4 ft. high, too low to stand, the twin beds were mats on the floor, there were no lights on the first step making the step hard to see, we came as a large group, and the only air-conditioned space we could fit in was under construction. However, Paula was sweet, and tried to help.

We had a great stay in the Glamping Tents, the only thing that I would highly recommend is some bedside tables and probably some paper plates/plastic utensils. Loved the hot springs, even in the heat wave!

Our stay was great. The place was peaceful and the pool was nice and clean. The Staffs where very friendly and helpful. The deluxe Cabins was a great place for our family of 5, Comfy roomy. But for how much you pay for the deluxe cabins you would think it be a bit more cleaner. But other then that it was great. Definitely wouldn't recommend for Labor day weekend. The weather was way too hot!

Super easy weekend, the pool and facilities are always in top shape, regardless of the season! We used the tent cabins for the first time and apart from the initial interior temperature of 100°+, the AC got it under control by the time we got back from dinner. It was immaculate, the linens were great, and it's on our list for good value but we may wait until it cools off before trying again!

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed the pools and cleanliness of the park. Our issues were the very poor WIFI (unable to watch the Olympics), faulty dishwasher, very limited supplies (I found the housekeeper, as we ran out of TP, cups and trash bag on day 1) and the super low ceiling of the loft area...seems unsafe

The hot tubs were wonderful. The pool could be cleaner-there were a lot of bugs. The glamping tent was spacious and the outdoor patio nice. The tent had a/c, but the outside temperature and no insulation meant that it was still registering over 90 in the tent during the day. The description on the site made it seem it would be adequate-it was not. Had we known, we would have booked a deluxe cabin.

The glamping tent was super hot. I was having second thoughts. It started cooling off until 8pm. I would love to see the tent with a different bed frame. The one we got reminded me of a scary movie. Other than that it was a good experience. Next time I will experience the little houses.

Always been our favorite KOA campsite! The cabin is cleaned and has everything you need especially the essential supplies. Only 1 downside is that the sponge for washing dishes is not new or sealed. Anything to clean dishes or anything should be new! Anyway, overall was great! Kids love it! See you till next time.

Our KOA cabin was very clean! All wall outlets included USB charging ports...very convenient. A clean Weber gas grill was put to use during our stay. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check out. We'll be returning for our next visit to Joshua Tree National Park.

The cabin was a fantastic place to stay. It was more spacious than expected, and had a great layout. We didn't need to utilize the upstairs loft, but it would be plenty of space for extra people. The bedroom was small but was big enough for a good-sized bed and some storage. The full bathroom was convenient, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

The eco-tent was the perfect place to lay my head after a long day exploring the Joshua Tree National Park. It was a safe and friendly atmosphere at the KOA and I was able to take advantage of the wonderful spas. Very quiet, relaxing, and family friendly place to camp within close proximity to the park.

We had an enjoyable stay in the glamping tents. It would be nice to have a more detailed description on the website as we did know that pool towels and BBQ utensils were included (would have helped with our planning/packing). One staff member in the office was unfriendly and unhelpful, but all others were great. Very nice pool and mini golf course. We had a great time!

My stay included a perfectly, clean cabin with all the necessities inside, coffee and coffee maker, fresh clean linen, hygiene products, kitchen appliances, TVs, outside fire-pit, comfortable seating around and a full size table to enjoy food with each other and have game night both inside and out! The hot springs pool was perfect on a spring evening and the 3 jacuzzis offering variety of temp.

We really enjoyed this KOA. If you have a van, it's kind of fun to select their option for vans and small campers. It created a little fun community when we were there. Bathrooms were decent, although the timer on the light could be longer. The staff were polite and kind.

By far the BEST stop yet on our cross-country adventure period! Now, we had been on our longest day of travel yet since we got our RV and we're beyond tired, road, weary and dying to relax. So, we pulled up on the KOA Palm Springs-Joshua Tree. Now mind you, we did NOT have a reservation, and it was after midnight when we got to the park. However, an awesome employee named Erica was MORE than HAPPY to accommodate us. We got the most adorable little sight and finally got to relax. I can't express enough how friendly everyone was, from the guests to the Staff. My only regret was not getting the chance to experience the amazing hot springs pool or hot tub. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much so that we actually turned around vs going straight to Hollywood, and are going back to stay a few more days. I will update my review more after i've had the full experience including the pool/hot tubs. However, I can say with 0 hesitation that this is probably one of the most relaxing, clean, friendly and enjoyable R. V parks that we've been to on our trip from Louisiana to California. We had 1 little snafu at the park, but another employee named Paula was a huge help in sorting everything out. Sent from my iPhone
