The deluxe cabin was very clean and comfortable. There was coffee available and plenty of dishes and utensils for our family of four. They even leave cleaning supplies and extra TP and paper towels. Towels were provided in the cabin for both bath and pool trips. The only issue I experienced was that the living room TV would not connect. The bedroom TV was fine. Early checkout was confusing though.

Excellent stay! The cabin we rented was perfect. The kids had a great time in and out of the pool. Definitely will be back.

The resort was well maintained, lloved the hot springs. The employee at check in and out was not as friendly as we normally experience at KOA, she was not rude but was not welcoming, either.

The cabin was comfortable and reasonably well outfitted, but the internet connection was so weak that it made the TVs unusable which was inconvenient. The KOA campground has quite a bit to do in terms of activities. That said it is pretty far from any grocery store - this isn't a deal breaker but it's something to keep in mind. There are also no nearby chargers if you have an electric car.

Pool is main attraction for our family & interior surface was discolored yellow & didn’t look like it had been brushed down or cleaned. Water was unusually green. Hot tubs were also discolored & inoperable at times. Small Eco Tent needs small dining table. Tent was heated & cooled but system couldn’t keep up in hot weather. campground seems a bit tired & in need of update. Pool shower mens rm

Efficient check in. Glamping tent was awesome. Nicer than hotel rooms that we have stayed at. Outdoor space to spread out. The pool was warm and plenty of lounge chairs to use. We only stayed one night, so didn’t even use this place to its full potential!

We had an incredible stay everything was very nice and clean the only issue we had was the lights from the campsite across the way would come in to the above bedroom area so it made it very bright at night and all 4 of us had a hard time sleeping from that, The large window above the door doesn’t have blinds it would be a great idea to add a curtain or blinds that could be dropped down at night.

The kids really enjoyed the pool, the eco tent was very spacious, clean, and met our needs. Staff were nice and helpful.

This was my first KOA stay and it was amazing! Booking was easy, communication was excellent, and the grounds were clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, truly a perfect experience.

We stayed at the new glamping tents on a road trip. Fist time clamping, quite a treat from backpacking and car camping! No need to pack gear or fore supplies, just food. The hosts were super cool and accommodating. Crazy wind storm the second night knocked out our power, but they made sure we had a space heater and we're toasty warm for the night. Highly recommend to anyone!

This was my first stay in a cabin we used to camp with an RV So we are very impressed by the space and the amenities in the cabins very modern and professionally decorated definitely will be ours way to stay in the future The Mantinance and dedication of the staff on the entire facility is amazing

Front desk ladies were very friendly giving us info about the area. Park was clean. Cabin had was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was not great is the tv in the bedroom was not set up so we couldn’t watch anything. Not that big of a deal but would have been nice. Everything else was great!

The deluxe cabin that we stayed on was new and clean. it has all the things we need like, plates, utensils, glasses, keurig, etc. The cabin was so clean and roomy. We were also able to play pickleball! I would definitely come back!

Lovely little home, but you really shouldn't advertise internet and wifi - there simply isn't any in that little house except for a few minutes between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. You seriously need to spend some money on boosting it. Also, we had little to no hot water in the two sinks (bath & kitchen). There was hot water for the shower. We told the office about both - no response.

My family and I had a great time for our KOA Christmas celebration. We played pickleball, used the hot spring pools, went hiking across the street, and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit!

Overall ok. ECO1 has an issue with the landscape and patio lighting that was not resolved for us during our visit. KOA here was a good starting point for us and our initial visit to the area.

Treated ourselves to a cabin for our anniversary. Perfect desert weather – sunshine and no wind. Comfy chairs/table on the deck for a board game; cute dishes for our food; a small coffee maker; super comfortable bed (and pillows); warm shower; cozy firepit. Ate at a fav nearby restaurant and figured out how to watch the football game. Enjoyed the meteor shower, gentle sunsets, and long walks.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We rented the peddle bikes and it poured on us. They let us ride them again the next morning.

The tent sites need more shade. Why do RV sites have options for a covered picnic table area but the tent sites do not? Nice to see the glamping tents and cabins as options. The camp was very clean and orderly. Wifi worked well.

We loved the glamping tent! It was spacious and cozy, and most importantly kept us dry from the rain :) Not too hot or cold, and we appreciated having the bathroom attached--really a perfect setup for our family. The activities were great as well--our visit was pretty short but we still made use of the mini golf, playground, horseshoes, pool, and spa--everything was great!!

I stayed in one of the yurts for one night on my way back to Phoenix. The yurt is clean, spacious and has the basic amenities needed. The outdoor patio area is my favorite! The staff are wonderful and very communicative. Overall, for my needs, the property was great.

stayed in a yurt which was much more comfortable than anticipated! I am not a camping person but am on a trip with someone who is so, while they stayed in their camper, I stayed in the yurt. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the provision of little essentials for the bathroom and the coffee was wonderful. The outdoor deck is just lovely too!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, very friendly, very clean and very well organized, the cabins are awesome, in 115 degree heat the a/c was great, even my personal parking spot was manicured. I would highly recommend this KOA

We had a great time. We rented a cabin and it was really pretty. Everyone was nice, the issue we encountered was the bathroom placement. It was hard to get in and out when someone was using the bathroom. The young woman in the office was so nice and helped us resolve an issue with our membership.

We had a fabulous stay in our tent (although it was very windy when we arrived!). This place has stunning views of the surrounding mountains! And the sunset was beautiful. The tent is very comfortable. Big double bed and bunk beds. A good toilet and sink in the tent and the communal bathrooms were very clean. The pool area was great. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

Had wonderful time! The glamping tent we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The instructions for coming in were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area and need fun accommodations.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
