My stay included a perfectly, clean cabin with all the necessities inside, coffee and coffee maker, fresh clean linen, hygiene products, kitchen appliances, TVs, outside fire-pit, comfortable seating around and a full size table to enjoy food with each other and have game night both inside and out! The hot springs pool was perfect on a spring evening and the 3 jacuzzis offering variety of temp.

My family and I loved the location. Our glamming tent was perfect size but the cooking tray they provided was dirty and was not cleaned. Luckily I noticed before putting my food on it. Also one more recommendation I would update the mini golf course, a lot of the course was falling off and the activities center needs an updated make over. Staff extremely friendly.

First stay at a KOA. Communication and check-in was easy. The cleanliness of our Deluxe Cabin was lacking. I had to sweep the entire cabin before bringing our things inside. I wish I had cleaning products because the walls were filthy...hand prints everywhere from people touching the walls and ceiling in the loft and down the stairs. Sheets, bathroom and kitchen were reasonably clean.

The amenities offered for young kids and those that were, were for as short a time as 1 hr. The few times we visited the front office to make purchases or rentals… there was only 1 worker available which required them to run around helping everyone, giving minimal attention to each group.

Check in was quick and easy. The eco tent was wonderful, exceeded my expectations. Only complaint was the screeching sound from the awning because of high winds. The employees are wonderful, food was great as well. Suggestions: repave, update game rooms, and library

The clamping unit was clean and everything was in place. We stayed for one night and was nice to use the pool, game room, library. It was too windy in night and the canvas tent was shaking from the wind force so was hard to sleep through.

It was a great stay at the glamping tent. The only suggestions I would make would be the following: 1. Pave the road so kids can use their scooters or rollerblades without falling. 2. Include in the glamping tent description that THERE IS a mini fridge and microwave inside and a grill outside. 3. Fix the money/change machine inside the game room or allow the cafe staff to change $

The evening we stayed (3/12/24), we experienced a “windy” (almost turbulent) night of sleeping. The KOA “glamping” tent held up and helped us make it through the night. The hot springs pool made this a very enjoyable stay near Palm Springs. Thank you to the wonderful staff. We love KOA �ϋ�

We had a great time! The Deluxe Cabins were excellently appointed - the fire pits were a big hit with the kids and adults alike. The cabins are also larger than we anticipated and very clean. From the mineral springs hot tubs, warm pool, bikes, mini golf and pickle ball - there was more than we could even do in the time we were there. Everyone was SUPER friendly too! Can’t wait to return!

Overall nice a few adjustments would be helpful. Make sure to check the jumping pad hours of operation before booking. Allow paid reservations for bikes. Update pool women shower fixtures. Update corn hole boards/bags.

It wasn’t clear that the discount wouldn’t apply to my stay. Also , the kitchen area smelled of propane which was kind of scary and the ice maker wasn’t working but made a loud sound every 45 mins. I was told that someone was going to look at it the next morning but no one came.

This is our favorite KOA!! Shout out to Cindy for always being so friendly and welcoming. The dance party was a huge hit and the kitchen staff were amazing!! Thank you to everyone for making this such an amazing experience

It was super fun for me and my boys. Wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy the splash pad and ice cream social. The front desk was super nice, and everyone there was welcoming. The pool area was the best part! It was clean and warm. The eco tent exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to return.

The eco-glamping tent is so worth the price! It was such a lovely way to rest and relax after a cold day of hiking! It was also very warm and cozy during this winter stay. We checked in late, but the staff made it easy to get in; check out was also a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at a beautiful Delex Cabin which is very clean and very modern cabin and loved all the wonderful amenities there. Having beach towels were plus!! Thanks! We love mineral hot springs pool and tubs and Kids enjoyed playing the free miniature golf, bounce and playground. It was an amazing stay and we will definitely come back with friends and families next time! Thank you.

Wonderful. We survived the wind storm in a sturdy tent. Loved the mineral water spa, too. Now we have to go back to Iowa’s back to back blizzards.

We stayed in a new cabin for two nights. We've visited with our trailer many times and wanted to try this. Cabin was spotless. Had all the amenities needed. Main bedroom quarters are tight! One downside. The cable TV didnt connect. The front desk didn't know how to make it work but sent Adrian. He was very kind but doesn't realize the TV guide on the info sheet doesn't apply to the cabins. Thanks

The cabin was not great. They should have moved us to a better cabin. The water was undeniable and discolored and the tv didn’t work. They said they were planning on tearing it down after we stayed but didn’t seem bothered that the condition of the cabin was poor. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and other amenities though.

It was an awesome stay. Our family rented three glamping tents and one cabin, all of which were clean and smells clean. Our family of 21 definitely had a great time and will definitely be back. There's a lot of fun activities for the kids throughout the day, and best thing about it is their hot springs! We are definitely raving about this place to our friends and family. Awesome staff too!

The Eco tent had no heat, however the fan did blow cold air and 2 of our 3 nights the smoke detector chirped from midnight to sometime after sunrise. The third day we could not get the firepit to start. Couldn't have our s'mores. There was no way to dry your hands the restrooms.

We loved the area! The front desk ladies were lovely. The fold out bed in the cabin has seen better days, the pillows were very thin. When asking about a possible of a 2nd pillow, the larger lady with the brown hair said that they only option was to buy one. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed the pool & spas

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.
