It is an amazing campground with a very friendly staff. Lots of activities and a great pool and spa area! Get out there and join in the activities! Water aerobics is very refreshing!

Lots of room for big RV’s. Great dog parks, there are several. Great location between Palm Springs and Joshu Tree. Staff friendly and campgrounds clean.

Great KOA with friendly staff who keep everything clean. Loved the mineral spas and the pickleball/basketball courts. Our site, space 137, really should be left empty or at least not considered a premium spot. Being directly next to pickleball courts meant hearing play to 10pm for 7 straight days, which was exhausting. Establishing 8pm quiet hours at the court would make that area more peaceful.

Second time there and everything was great. Requested close to the pool and they provided. Level ground, plenty to do, and pools are great. Happy camper all around.

My wife and I choose a camp site every year for Thanksgiving. We are so glad we chose PSJTKOA. The spas are amazing. The staff is very helpful and happy to serve and the camp site is very clean.

No cable hookups. Looks like they were all cut website advertises cable. Bathrooms with no soap at sinks - game room charges

Our stay was wonderful other than being put next to a chain smoker. While they were very nice people, the wife continued to smoke cigarette after cigarette forcing us inside our RV when we wanted to spend time outside at the picnic table. I’m not sure if you can determine smoking/non-smoking ahead of time and position people accordingly. It’s a tough situation to handle.

Great family friendly campground with an awesome mineral springs pool + hot spring hot tub setup (including 1x kid friendly one!). 10/10 recommend.

Took my granddaughter on a mini road trip Thanksgiving week. The campground was never crowded. The pools were very nice, we enjoyed the very big swimming pool and also the hot tubs. Office staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. We were able to stargaze at night. It was the perfect place for our little get away and close to so many places of interest.

Had great neighbors and the staff were pleasant and great to work with. Bathrooms were clean and I appreciated the fact that it had a laundry mat on site. A family friendly environment.

It rained several days, but we had things to do anyway. We went in the Jacuzzi, had meals at the Cafe, went into Palm Springs for shopping and dining, and enjoyed the spectacular views!

I planned a weekend in palms spring a decided to book palms springs koa and set up my travel trailer. This is my second time coming here but my wife’s first time. It was a great place to relax after a long day and I love the pool at this site. I can’t see myself staying anywhere else in palm spring. Shout out to the staff for working extra on DJ night! You guys rock. Great family place.

This campground didn't feel very family friendly. The hot spring tubs were warm around the 90s and the water is chlorinated.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We rented the peddle bikes and it poured on us. They let us ride them again the next morning.

Well worth staying for a week in a Premium spot. We had friends join us and KOA Palm Springs Joshua Tree accommodated us and put us together. The pool and spas were excellent and we took advantage of breakfast on Saturday morning. We even played a little pickleball. It wasn’t crowded which surprised us since it is the beginning of “snowbird season.” Bonus: propane fire pit and covered table.

Best KOA I’ve stayed at. Great clubhouse, lots of amenities. Loved the large pool. Hot tubs are 3 different temps. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Large dog park is huge. Lots of room for throwing a ball. Tent sites along tree line get significant shade. Two outdoor sinks in tent area for dishes.

I have stayed there before and it is a nice park. The biggest challenge was getting into the restrooms because they change the code and don’t inform us. I understand why but, but, it is still frustrating.

Stayed 4 nites to catch up on laundry, recover from hiking Anza-Borrego and visit Joshua Tree So happy we did! This is possibly the nicest KOA we have ever been to. The mineral pools alone make it worth the stop- very welcome after a long day of trekking through the NP! Sites are extremely well kept and all of the staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely be making this a yearly stop!

It’s a nice, well kept campground and we would stay there again. Our spot was nice, but fairly narrow, and just a little uncomfortable because of the closeness of our neighbors. Our biggest concern was that WiFi was very poor, so we wound up using our cellular service from our phones.

Very nice R.V. park and friendly employees. The only negative is no grass for dogs. Just a small patch of grass that dogs can be on makes a big difference. There is a small patch of grass in front of the office. But no dogs allowed on it.

Highly maintained property with plenty of amenities and offerings. Cheapest laundry I’ve come across in 33 states - that was a highlight for me! �Ϝ

The grounds are always kept clean and beautiful. The only problem this last stay was one of the bathroom stalls was out of order but that’s ok. I have a camper.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
