Lovely little home, but you really shouldn't advertise internet and wifi - there simply isn't any in that little house except for a few minutes between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. You seriously need to spend some money on boosting it. Also, we had little to no hot water in the two sinks (bath & kitchen). There was hot water for the shower. We told the office about both - no response.

We really enjoyed staying at this campground. The sewer system drains really slow and should be replaced. Also, some of the sites need to be leveled. The campground was clean and so were the bathrooms. Our grandkids enjoyed playing pickleball, tie dying shirts, swimming and playing horseshoes. I played bingo and the activities director does a great job. We also went to the ice cream social.

My family and I had a great time for our KOA Christmas celebration. We played pickleball, used the hot spring pools, went hiking across the street, and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit!

Check in is easy. You are greeted by a cheerful person who ensures you have everything you need and know how to get to your site. Everyone associated with this KOA is willing to help. the sites are flawless and if you have a problem with your site it is either fixed or you are given a new site! The shop is great and has novelties and emergency supplies and fix its!

This is our 2 time visiting this location and once again the staff was super friendly & helpful and the grounds were beautiful. The only downside was the 2 hot tubs were not working but things happen. We will be back.

This is one of the best KOA locations I’ve been to. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and set in a beautiful location. The guests were also friendly and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars!

I hope to bring the family back next year. Amazing staff, beautiful pool and spa, large spacious camp sites, magnificent views of surrounding mountains and desert. Ideal location for day trips to Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs and other attractions.

Nice place to spend some time. We took our grandkids there (15- and 10-year-olds). They had a good time with us, but the older one was looking forward to the basketball court, no hoops, being vandalized two weeks before we were told. The internet is poor, hard to watch TV. Overall clean and friendly staff.

Very enjoyable. Very well kept campsite. If you asking for feed back: would love to see more bathrooms. Would like to have the water in the spas warmer(if possible) and the gas fireplace ran out of gas and was not replaced until it was too late in the evening.

We loved our stay at this KOA! The pool and hot springs tubs were clean and wonderful. The entire park was friendly and spotless. We will be back!�ϋ�

Overall ok. ECO1 has an issue with the landscape and patio lighting that was not resolved for us during our visit. KOA here was a good starting point for us and our initial visit to the area.

Third time back. Great spot—but. Third time with no internet service. For a KOA Holiday status I would say, “Shame on you not providing what all other Holiday campgrounds offer naturally.” We’re told by staff that it’s being upgraded. Really. 3-yrs plus and nothing happening? I’m not sure we’ll put ourselves thru another campground experience at this location. Shame.

It's very relaxing place. A bit far from Palm Springs. The bathroom in the pool needs an upgrade as well as the.fitness room. When I asked in the reception for advice re tours and places,the receptionist send me to the reading room. She didn't even try to assist. A bit disappointed. Check out time its 11am, I did take my time after 45min receptionist call And asked 4 $10 late check out. T

Although the people were helpful, kind and highly recommended for their work at KOA at PS / JT, the grounds need some real help. Leaking sink in mens' bathroom near pool, better directional signs and speed limit signs (with dusty conditions limits are needed). Shower building had one backed up shower stall. Otherwise a nice stay!

First time through. Facility was laid out well. Several of the washing machines were down between the two laundry rooms. It made it challenging as there were several families looking to get their wash done. Having the water aerobics class available was a fun bonus!

Treated ourselves to a cabin for our anniversary. Perfect desert weather – sunshine and no wind. Comfy chairs/table on the deck for a board game; cute dishes for our food; a small coffee maker; super comfortable bed (and pillows); warm shower; cozy firepit. Ate at a fav nearby restaurant and figured out how to watch the football game. Enjoyed the meteor shower, gentle sunsets, and long walks.

Everyone at this campground was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying here and using it as a base to visit all of the area.

The stay was wonderful. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately and addressed professionally. The only thing I can think of that could be addressed better is the bathrooms in the back by the tent lots and the showers. The showers kept flooding due to clogged drains and the bathroom was definitely not cleaned every day or through the day like the door said it was.

This was our first time staying at this location but from the time we got to the campground and were greeted by the gal at the front gate, who was very welcoming and a joy to speak with, our stay was great. The location was very well maintained. We will be going back soon.

We have stayed here numerous times in the past and had expectations and experiences that keep us coming back. Those expectations were not met. Monthly prices raise drastically. Train, rock climbing and RC/Bike track all discontinued. THESE AMENITIES ARE STILL ADVERTISED. Water aerobics cut to 2 mornings a week. For continued loyalty we would appreciate a call 1-509-936-0527 STAFF ARE AWESOME!

We enjoyed the use of the hot tub and the activities that were offered by the KOA. The only thing we disliked was the windstorm that came through and we had to dismantle our tent the second night and move our mattress etc. to the back of our SUV instead of the tent which made for alot of extra work for us. I know that the KOA cannot predict the weather. We just will not tent camp in the future.

KOA Palm Springs is an amazing place, that has staff that matches as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The camp site was clean, and facilities were well kept. Pool was clean and hot tubs were amazing. Plenty of activities for the kids along with crafts.

People were nice very nice spacious site. The only bad point was the site was like a washboard. Even with pads under the stabilizers it was uneven. Over all it was a fun stay. Awesome mini golf!

We enjoyed the hot springs, pickle ball court, and amazing views at the park. We also drove to the Living Desert Zoo and a couple local breweries and the KOA was well situated for those trips. The bathrooms needed more frequent service at the park, but other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The park was nice with a few caveats. 1) the office kept putting other campers right next to us (for either overnight or just two days) when they could have put a space in between. 2) The trash bins were continually overflowing almost our entire stay (1 wk). 3) The bins at the dog parks were overflowing and staff was not making sure any unclaimed dog poop was removed on a regular basis.

The entire staff is exemplary. This one was the best KOA I've stayed at. It's clean, organized, with tons of stuff for kids. The power wouldn't work at my spot and they had it resolved in 30 minutes! (Thanksgiving Eve evening) The natural hot springs alone are worth the price of admission. But, alas I say too much! We dont want crowds, lol.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
