The paper towel dispenser in the men’s bathroom didn’t work one day. No big deal. Hot tubs 1-2 were down but at least they were still hot and we still enjoyed them. I think everyone had a good time with bingo and dancing. The park was clean as always. It’s our favorite place to stay when we need a break from the Phoenix area.

Great staff; super friendly. Park site maintenance was superb; level lot & all hookups worked fine. The downside was the cleanliness, plumbing. No hot water at the men’s pool shower room, and the hot water at the main men’s shower house was only operating in one shower. Toilet paper pieces all over floor. In addition, the kids use of electric bikes was not controlled and it was a hazard.

Have stayed here many times but am wondering why so many items are out of order ? Quite a few washing machines out of order as well as mineral pool hot tubs? I didn’t see anyone around repairing these. Hope all will be repaired soon as I have another visit scheduled . Thank you

Extremely friendly staff. Cindi was amazing, maintenance was great. Employees in cafe very friendly. Place was very well kept up. Relaxing stay.

Love this KOA from the views and amenities to the close access to Joshua tree NP and Palm Springs there’s a ton to do. Will be back.

Very nice employees and amenities adequate. Our only quibble: for those of us who are not self-contained, it needs more bathrooms and showers and they need to be larger. The showers at the pol do not have hot water.

Clean campground. Excellent camp store service—staff was helpful. Maintenance is needed: men’s showers both have loose water knobs; blocked women’s shower drain flooded the parking lot. Being next to long-term residents smoking and fixing cars was very unpleasant. We’d love to return for the great service, but we will not book that back row again due to the noise and fumes.

Very happy with our stay. We wanted a place central to all we were doing-Joshua Tree NP was our main focus with the towns of Palm Springs and Palm Dessert being also important. Made it really easy to travel back and forth to everything.

Registration and setting up at the campsite was easy. The electrical hookup and dump was in good shape. The restrooms were in need of a cleaning and I was disappointed that there was no cable.

I love this campground! It is not fancy, but offers 2 dog parks, multiple family fun games, and for me, soaking tubs. I took one star off because the bathrooms and pools are older and the jets were not functioning while there. The staff are helpful and pleasant. This is my favorite campground in the area!

Campground set up very thoughtfully so weather doesn't spoil the visit. Staff is very helpful and prompt in dealing with situations out of the ordinary.

The facility is excellent, well maintained by friendly staff. The heated pool and 3 spa's are a great relief after a long day of travel. The #1 and #2 spas had NO bubbler function and have been down since December 22 (now Jan 10) so I would recommend a more timely repair. Be prepared fir some road noise and high winds as a downside.

We had a great experience! The staff was friendly. The resort was clean. We enjoyed the hot springs jacuzzis and pickle ball. The only downside is that it’s over an hour to Joshua Tree and over 20 minutes to Palm Springs.

Great staff. Accommodated request for a different, more suitable site for our RV. However, space was based in extremely small gravel which stuck to shoes and made a mess of the coach. Picnic table was also covered with the small pebbles. VERY hot water in showers, but just warm at sinks. Showers were very small with no place for soap and shampoo. Restrooms were not handicap accessible.

We enjoy this KOA, friendly and helpful staff, hot tubs, pool and other kid friendly activities. We tent camped and had a great site; we heard an owl during the night. Close to Joshua Tree and other hikes and sites you may want to see.

Stayed here many times and the 3 hot tubs are great especially the hottest one! But 2 of the hot tubs were not operating, and the only one that was, was the colder hot tub. Not cool, and you charge a lot for tenting. Had we known ahead of time, we wouldn't have stayed there this year. I appreciate maintenance is important, but you should let people know in advance, or charge less, or both!

The deluxe cabin that we stayed on was new and clean. it has all the things we need like, plates, utensils, glasses, keurig, etc. The cabin was so clean and roomy. We were also able to play pickleball! I would definitely come back!

Park was easy enough to get into but the back in spots yall had me in leaves a bit to be desired. The space was hard to get into because there were no markings on the ground dividing the spaces. So it was difficult backing a 38 ft 5th wheel into the spot all by myself. Especially since it was a blind side back in. If I had help it would’ve been easier but I was by myself that day.

Loved the mini golf, hot tubs, playground, and jumping pad! Please give the activities coordinator a microphone for bingo. I'd hesitate to recommend activities, though we did enjoy the rest of the resort.

Run down sites, too narrow for motorhome with 4 slides. Ok for one night or two but not three month. We originally planned to stay nov thru the end of Jan but moved out after one month. Not recommended for snow birding just one or two nights.

My family enjoyed every aspect of the KOA - Friendly Service, great campsites, Facilities and the various amenities were clean and updated and refreshing. We've let other family members know about this KOA and we'll be planning a group trip in 2026.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
