We had a great stay. Loved the hot spring pools. Staff was great. Side note: We stayed in site 227. Had electric issues. Originally thought it was our camper. Got to San Diego and everything is working fine. Not sure the site is a full 30 amps. I would have someone look at it again.

The park is in a great spot to get to attractions in the area - Joshua Tree National Park and The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. There are others, but that is where we went. There is a cafe in season, there are many activities and a hot mineral springs pool. The staff are very friendly and have lots of information on local places you might need.

Another great stay at PSJT- KOA! Our 4th trip here and as usual... perfection! Great amenities, great location, amazing views all around. Our camp neighbor had a shorted battery line and I recommended he ask someone on the staff and they might be able to help... VOILA! They found the problem and got his lights working again... just as I knew they would! Good food, good fun! KOA for the win!

This was our first time at a KOA and It was ok but not great. The staff was very nice and the area was clean. Many of the things were run down and not as advertised. Its location is about 30 min drive from Palm Springs downtown and the Zoo. Bike rentals were fun but very pricy. Preferred site is right next to be bathroom so lots of activity day and night not very relaxing. It was an ok experience

This was our first time camping with KOA. We loved the facilities, the site and most of all the staff. They accommodated my PTSD by putting us on a very quiet site. It was so amazing. These ladies rock, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Office staff very friendly and helpful. Amenities for this campground are abundant for kids. Would have liked gravel or paved spot but there was no train noise to speak of which is what we find in many campgrounds. Thank you.

Easy, clean and friendly! Close to Palm Springs attractions. Visited the Desert Hills premium outlets, had a nice dinner and went to a concert. Great deal for travelling in our camper van with the dogs. Will definitely be back!

This RV Park is very nice and clean and lots of things to do. The only complaint is the Wi-Fi is very poor and in this day and age it is something that is required.

I enjoyed trying a different KOA. Unfortunately, due to the winds, there are restrictions, so kids were not able to do s'mores on an open fire. Winds also did not allow us to open our awning, or grill a good bbq dinner. Loved the mineral spas. Staff is friendly and park is clean and well kept. There are two K9 parks, miniature golf and pool tables.

Great park Beautiful pool and hot tubs that were immaculate. Nice showers. Game and workout room Big spots. We were pulling g a vehicle and this park has easy access to all the things Joshua tree. Palm Springs. Salton sea. Or just sitting by the pool. Would stay here again

Check-in was easy and super friendly. Campground is clean and maintained. Activities for young and old on the weekends. Pool and Jacuzzi's were warm/hot (depending on which one you went into) and the kids really enjoyed them. Mini golf and playground were fun. We had another family stay in one of the deluxe cabins and the cabin, BBQ, firepit were excellent. Overall great stay.

Trash - arrived on Tue and dumpsters were more than overflowing. Same for Wed. By Sat morning they were full again. Not very appealing Bathrooms - men’s room had trash strewn about and trash can full. Lots of soap and shampoo left in showers. Same was observed on Wed when I used show. It wasn’t until Fri AM that showers were cleaned of this debris and trash had been emptied. I could go on…

It was a nice visit. Unlike a lot of parks you did not hear much dog barking which was good. We would return to your park.

We spent 5 nights here and we regret that deeply. We had the worst spot, next to a huge bus with a terribly noisy airco. We asked for a different spot, but were told there was no space available. I don't think we will ever go back here.

We love the pool and hot tubs, playing mini golf, basketball and pickle ball. The whole family had fun at bingo! Love this koa!

Very nice, clean spacious spots. Restrooms and showers are clean and looks new. Plenty of activities for kids and most are free. Friendly employees as well as some guests we met. Overall the place is very well kept up with cleaning and maintenance. Looking forward to camping there again soon.

Our first time at this KOA, we will definitely come back, 3 mineral hot tubs, pool, evening events at the clubhouse park, was well maintained and clean. Staff was very helpful! especially Domonique who went all in to help us when we had transmission issues trying to park and came back several times to see if everything was ok !! We had a very pleasant stay Thank you KOA !

Staff were pleasant. Grounds kept well. Both laundry facilities were extremely frustrating! I was told the laundry APP works better than coins. APP was not synced with the machines. Almost all sites are nice, except the small, pinched in site we were assigned. We called for reservations at short notice, so we understood the less than desirable site; however, it was the same price as nicer sites.

Our stay was only one night. We found the park to be very clean and quiet with a bunch of extra things for the guests to do. The dogs parks were large and clean. Would definitely recommend this park to others. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and the staff very helpful and happy. They did tell us the WIFI was very basic. It was hard to get on. When you did get on you could not even check email.

The bathrooms had trash that was overflowing, the laundry room had trash overflowing and the shrimps were not clean. I never saw anyone attend to the bathrooms. The park itself was nice the bathrooms just need way more attention.

We were not aware of how windy the Desert Hot Springs area is. This may not be an issue at other times of the year but it ruined the experience. We booked a single tent site stating that we had 4 adults and 1 child. We were told upon arrival that "due to safety" we were only allowed 2 tents on the site. That was either not disclosed during booking or not obvious. It was problem.

I stayed four nights while exploring Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. Nice level gravel with hookups in good condition. I enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tubs - 3 different temperatures feed by the renowned mineral spring wells. They also have a very large K9 play area and lot's of family oriented stuff to do. Highly recommended.

Nice campsite, with good layout, plenty of facilities, and decent restrooms and showers. It's a bit remote, with not much in the way of grocery offerings nearby and the store here is pretty basic, but decent site nonetheless
