Great stay with friendly staff. The daily cleaning of the restrooms could be better. But my stay was during a very busy holiday weekend.

Very clean, convenient, updated, well stocked. The bed was nice but the mattress was way too soft. This was a day of booking and the management was kind enough to lease us 1 night despite a 2 nt min policy. One downside was that we werent given the gate code even though the envelope indicates in writing that it was in the envelope. Luckily another guest let us in. I can't find any msg w the code.

Upon arrival we realized we booked a 50 amp site and needed 30 amps. Attendant helped us get an adapter within 5 minutes. Great customer service! We enjoyed the pool and 3 hot spring tubs. Mini golf was fun. Only downside was the showers seemed cramped and dirty. The showers by the pool did not have hot water.

Campground was clean. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Only complaint which is barley a complaint My campsite was on the smaller side. Other than that it was wonderful. . .

Normally, I would rate five stars however, this past visit was lacking. Was very disappointed that I could not teach my grandson how to play pool because even after all, I put in two dollars in quarters only half of the balls came out. Also, if you’re going to charge for such things, please have a working machine to give you change. I felt you need to know about this so you can improve on it.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a lot of wind the first day, but after that, we had beautiful weather. The campground is a very nice one to stay at.

Really nice place! Lots of sites to fit variety of rigs and tents. Very nice amenities! Everything well taken care of. Nice staff too.

This KOA has amazing staff that did their best, despite being short. The winds were rough, but that’s camping. The hot tibs were amazing.

The Eco Tent is very clean and roomy. The facility has lots of items for family and kids to play. Staff are very nice as well!

I like that it’s gated, all rooms are secured with codes, area are nice and clean, nice to have swimming pool and hot tubs, but the days I was there, so many kids were in the pool that swimming was not possible, but kids seems to have fun with their games in the pool. I think bathroom could get cleaned more often, garbage can was full to the rim by night time and still full in the morning.

Everything was always in order and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly, always making sure we were taken care of. Especially loved the mini golf course and renting bikes. Looking forward to our next visit!

The back-in site felt cramped. The lot size for my 5th wheel was quite large, but I had 3 other RVs starting down at my picnic table

Overall a nice campground to stay. The pool was nice and heated and the spas were great. I was not impressed by the lack of upkeep with some things. The billiards table, which was not free, only gives you 7 balls and only one usable que. The bathrooms claimed to be cleaned throughout the day, but every time I went in, there was trash on the floor, no toilet paper, or dirty toilets. Staff was nice.

The staff here is super. Helped us find a level spot since we don't have auto levelling, even tho they were very busy. We had a huge wind storm on our 2nd day, and the crews there kept everything managed and picked up. Lots of activities for the kids, even tho we didn't have our grandkids with us this time. This is more than a convenient stop point, it's a destination.

Great place, as long as we’ve been traveling through this area we had never stayed here before. Big sites, clean, May need more frequent trash service since bins were overflowing, didn’t use facilities since it was just a 1 night stay. But definitely will be back.

I stay here several times a year and will likely continue. There was a problem with trash pickup this time all the bins were overflowing and over loaded. They need to schedule more trash pick up during busy seasons and holidays.

We had a great time! Our family loved playing basketball and mini golf. The thermal pool and spas were so relaxing after a day of hiking!

Our second year staying multiple months. The staff as always is extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds are clean and well cared for. And watching the dust storms in the valley we were pleased to get only the wind. We will be back.

Staff was all super friendly and helpful. A great attribute of camp. Ammenities did not compare to any other KOA facilities. The limited hours for rock climbing, or bounce house, food were disappointing, especially over spring break.

We enjoyed our time there, however our site was very dirty with cigarette butts everywhere and dog poop. They definitely need to rake up or clean up when people check out.

Third time staying here. I like the location. Out of the chaos of the Palm Springs area, but close enough to get to everything. We always take a preferred site for some extra room.

I stayed four nights while exploring Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. Nice level gravel with hookups in good condition. I enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tubs - 3 different temperatures feed by the renowned mineral spring wells. They also have a very large K9 play area and lot's of family oriented stuff to do. Highly recommended.

Nice campsite, with good layout, plenty of facilities, and decent restrooms and showers. It's a bit remote, with not much in the way of grocery offerings nearby and the store here is pretty basic, but decent site nonetheless
