Very clean and organized campsite. Lots of activities, Pool and hot tubs are awesome. Store is kind of small and other shopping is a bit of a drive so bring everything. Charcoal and/or wood burning is not allowed so takes away from the experience. They could use some community propane grilles to make life easier on travelers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will be back for pool area.

We had the best time at your KOA. The staff is very welcoming, so helpful! The children are having so much to do and so happy. The grounds are kept up and so clean. Always a staff member around if you need help!! All 16 of us had a wonderful time. Thank you and will see you again

One of the best KOAs yet. So many activities for guests. We did water atónica and bingo. We went in the hot tubs, which felt wonderful. Close to Joshua Tree NP and Palm Springs. Will definitely come back for a longer time. It was fun.

Enjoyed our stay. Site was level. Bathroom was clean with plenty of water pressure for showers. Loved the three mineral hot springs Joshua Tree National Park is a "must do"

Staff were very nice and helpful. Bathrooms need attention, very poor drainage in all showers so you end up standing in dirty water, not pleasant! Camp looks tired, worn and dated it’s very drab, saw flaking and rotted wood.
Feb 18, 2023
Bathroom and showers sub-par lacking heat and privacy. We could not connect to the wifi and were told the reason by office personnel was that the park was full . At the rate we were charged, we should have had a very good wifi connection, not none. Clearly below KOA usual standards.

Everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful and professionally courteous Our favorite KOA so far

Russ and I loved our stay at Joshua Tree KOA! Everyone is so friendly and quick to help you with anything. If we’re ever back this way, we will certainly stay there! Cindy was a joy, as are many of the other staff? Thank you, Jan Burton

We love this campground! The Ecotent is a great way to glamp. The staff was exceptional. We will be back.

We stayed only one night. We came back to this KOA because we had stayed here in december 2021 and liked it.
Feb 18, 2023
We very much enjoyed our spacious site, the swimming and 3 hot tubs. It’s well kept and clean. We will be back.

The hot springs pools were great, bathrooms and laundry were convenient. The men's shower drain was slow, hopefully has been remedied. Staff in office was very friendly!

Visited with my brother-in-law who I hadn't seen in 3 years and refreshed my supplies between Boondocking. Very nice stay. I loved the low-elevation lighting in the park that lights the road but not the motorhome!

Check in was a breeze (The wife did it), and the amenities were well-maintained and staff was most helpful. Had to get my tire pressure righted while there and one of the staff brought a compressor by and he helped me get my vehicle right before our return trip. Most helpful daily communication from the Head Shed on activities and local stuff. Evidence of a very well-run KOA. We will come back

Great pool and lots of kids activities. Huge dog park area. Clean restrooms and showers. Campground is well maintained and the staff is VERY friendly. Only challenges were the WiFI was very week so we couldn’t use it to even find directions on maps to local sites and the dumpsters were very full and over flowing a lot of the time. The staff was prepared and provided us local restaurant sugges

Nice place - very clean. I really liked that there was someone to check us in after the office closed as there was someone parked in our spot. The helpful young man at the gate got everything straightened out for us.

The experience enjoyed here was absolutely amazing!! The campground, the surrounding area and proximity to so many day trips is fantastic. However, it is the people within the camp that made this stay so special. They are all so caring and personal. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay. Tracy & Dave

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the park is very well maintained with large sites. Only complaint is that the entry/exit area is a bit tight to maneuver a large rig with a tow behind.

We stayed here two years ago and the internet WIFI did not work and the workers said they made the owners aware. We just stayed here again and the WIFI still does not work. The workers said they made the owners aware, same story, but nothing has changed. We will look for a different place next trip. The natural spring tubs are nice yet were very crowded the second night and loud talking.

We enjoyed our stay. We went hiking at Joshua Tree and we went on the Palm Springs Tram (both fantastic) so we were out and about a lot, but we did take an afternoon to hang around and play mini golf, use the pool and join the Super Bowl Party. We suggest updating the mini golf course. We noticed the pretty cactus gardens around the campground. We would definitely return.

Very sloping site. Coach could not level. Also the site tank dump was very up hill and nearly 20 ft away. Totaly the wrong setup for a motothome.

Very enjoyable. We'll be back.

The pool and hot tubs are great but they are rarely as hot as the sign says. On the weekends the wifi is unusable because there are too many users and not enough bandwidth. Also the coverage in the park is not good. This is pretty unacceptable considering how the prices for Internet service have come down while the amount of bandwidth has gone up.

Our stay was too short to enjoy all of the great amenities

Wonderful place! Can’t wait to come back.

Friendly staff, nice pool and clubhouse, site was level. Enjoyed the superbowl party! Riley dog liked his playground

Well laid out for easy access throughout this large park.

We camped at site 193. The garbage was always overflowing. Was an eye sore to look at day after day. Many many cars were idling in front of the washroom for long periods of time, maybe for the internet?? Sitting outside the fumes were bad. The internet was so sketchy. Could not count on to contact family.

We arrived yesterday (March 10/23). We're here for 2 nights, maybe 3. Within 15 minutes of arrival, I was in the pool, and then the hottub. The pool was too warm for my liking, but the hottub was heavenly. The pool was 5' at its deepest, which was fine for me. I liked how that felt, very kid friendly/family oriented. It was very large. There were 3 large hottubs located behind the pool, side by side, each had a 15 min timer on the wall. The jets were powerful, at least in the hottub I used, the one on the far left if you're facing them. Bonus: I got the hottub to myself. I was able to have my shower afterward right there as they have a large washroom with 2 showers. Everything is older feeling and could use a face-lift (eg., fresh paint, etc.), but more importantly, everything felt clean. Oh, I should mention the pool showers for both men and women. The water would oscillate between hot and cold. It's kind of annoying 🙄 but we worked around it. It's just a lot of fiddling with the taps. PS the showers are included in your camping fee. Only 2 of the washers were working in the laundry room. We were told they've been having ongoing problems with them. Nonetheless, we were happy to get our laundry done in the functioning washers. We were placed in a backup 30amp site against a long row of pretty tall trees. The larger RVs on either side of us felt closer than we would have liked. The dog park was located close by, which we appreciated. I think they have 2 dog parks here. Both off-leash, of course. Checking in was very efficient. We had reservations, and we f/u with their 'express check-in' via email prior to arriving. It all felt easy and quick. The camp hostess was at the front desk when we arrived, and she was awesome in explaining everything about the facility. So far, we're finding it VERY windy here at times, so be sure to remember to batton down the hatches. Pull in those awnings, etc., should you leave the campground to go into town. Put away your chairs, etc. The wind gusts can be seriously vicious. I had concerns that it was going to rip our tent fabric on our trailer. We haven't had any of the meals offered here yet (for a fee), but we can smell the bacon and pancake syrup at our campsite. Delish smelling!!! 😆 Per Google Maps, we're a 22 min drive from Palm Springs. There's also a Costco about the same distance away. Having just camped for 4 nights at Joshua Tree National Park, we found this place noisy. Mind you, the silence is deafening at Joshua Tree, and this place is more city located, so it's probably not a fair comparison. It wasn't horrible by any means. For us, we always know if we truly like a place if we'd be willing to come back, and the answer is 'yes' we'd come back here. Overall, it's very inkeeping with the KOA vibe if you're familiar with the franchise. For us, the big draw was the location.

KOA is surrounded by stunning mountains and scenery, a beautiful spot. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Spotless glamping tent, toilet, sink, fluffy towels, heating, comfy bed. Spotlessly clean, lovely decking area with bbq and seating. We used the communal block for a shower which was good. Heated swimming pool and hot springs pool, be aware they can be hot. Food offered on site was ok, basic - hot dogs and burgers offered when we visited. Location is approx 45 mins to Joshua tree National Park west entrance. Palm Springs is close by.

What 3 words ///resurfaced.behinds.paraffin 33.923445, -116.434006 This campsite has RVs, cabins and ‘Glamping' tents In the tents there is A/C and heating, very effective during our cold stay. There is a gas fire pit you use this in conjunction with a timer, unfortunately it rained so much we did not use it. There were towels in glamping tent, microwave as well as a barbecue with utensils outside and a Coffee machine. ( no kettle). The main selling point to this site is the hot springs. Oh they are nice. The warm swimming pool about is about 30m. The three hot bubble pools which vary in temperature. Related to the depth of the hot spring. Combined with the beautiful views of the distant snow capped mountains and friendly and bouncy staff. This is a lovely site. There is a café that severs food at set times of day. For rug rats there is a lot to do from train ride climbing wall the list goes on, weather dependent.
