This KOA is our getaway location in SoCal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stay here several times a year and have always had a pleasant experience.

Pleasant and unexpected surprise … the campgrounds were immaculately kept, everything was very clean with great facilities as well as activities.it was our first time there and we were so impressed, we booked another stay for the next month before we left. Shout out to Paul who was working at the camp store, very friendly and helpful during our stay and a pleasure working with. Also it was quiet

We enjoyed the campground and all it had to offer. The staff do a great job keeping the place clean and friendly. The biggest issue was the limited bathroom facilities. We like many others today travel in a van camper that doesn't have a bathroom. It was a very long walk to the one open bathroom at night . At the very least they should reserve the sites close to the restroom for them.

This KOA facility is Top Notch in every way. The heated pool and 3 various temp mineral spas provide soothing comfort after travel. The grounds are trim, clean and well maintained. The environment is quiet and the view to the west is pleasing to the eye, especially at night with a vast multitude of red lights from the hundreds of wind turbines spread across the panorama. This place is a must stay!

Had a great stay, campground clean and spacious. Great amenities, catered to families. One negative is restrooms were dirty, but that can be expected on big weekends.

KOA at Joshua Tree/PSP is the best! Awesome staff and has plentiful activities. Service is great! Kids enjoyed it all the time.

Campsite is clean and lots of activities to keep the kids busy. They enjoyed pickleball, basketball courts, pool and the fire pits!

Every night/day was excellent except Sat. There was a very loud group from the get go. As it got late into the night it got even louder until about 1a. We went to sleep early but would wake up every so often because of the loud speech. It looks like eventually another camper nearby said something. Fortunately the offending campers responded well. Pls provide a # to text this type of issues.

I liked the facility and recreation options. Really good with the multitude of options for the kids. The restrooms need maintenance. During when I stayed it was cleaned 11/27 and then 11/30. So it seems they clean only every 3 days which is too less for a facility having 100+ sites.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed your facilities. Nice campground. The only problem I had was the sewer line ran uphill. Your receiver pipe stuck up too high. Made it very difficult to clean my tanks.

Friendly staff, nice, warm pool and spa, spacious tent sites.

Windy dusty and the gravel camping site I couldn’t even pound my tent steaks into the ground! Never camping there again!!!!

I always rate by the status of showers and rest rooms, the facility is a bit worn but overall clean and family friendly. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Basically no internet - what little there was - not secured.- Also I guess I really like green grass - not just sand

All was good but Wi-Fi service was horrible, there were 8 rigs in our group and unfortunately all felt the same, hopefully we come back next year which we plan to, this will be fixed

Unfortunately the wind kicked up which interferred with our outdoor activities. A few barking dogs early in the morning woke us up. We prefer sites that are not so rocky or sandy. My husband bought a bag of popcorn at the on-site store. It was stale..he couldn't eat it! Waste of money! Aerobics and bingo was fun.

We love it here. The park is great. We stayed in site 69. We love these spots but had two issues; 1 the internet did not work in this area. (A simple booster would correct this problem) we paid $90 a night the internet should work. 2. We were a group of 8 campers and didn’t go through the group person because they told us we could t pick where we wanted to be. Thank you for a nice stay.

We claim this is our very favorite RV park. The employees are so very helpful, the park is very clean, everyone is very friendly. We love the amenities, Pickleball, hot tub, pool, cardroom, aerobics, dog park, the best burgers, ice cream social. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great stay, loved the amenities. Our spot was close to both dog parks which great. Staff was very friendly. We appreciated the escort to our site! Desert oasis cafe was also great! Glad we had the option!!! Didn’t have a chance to dip in the mineral pool, but we would love to plan a summer camping trip to check it out!! Thanks KOA Joshua tree!

By far the BEST stop yet on our cross-country adventure period! Now, we had been on our longest day of travel yet since we got our RV and we're beyond tired, road, weary and dying to relax. So, we pulled up on the KOA Palm Springs-Joshua Tree. Now mind you, we did NOT have a reservation, and it was after midnight when we got to the park. However, an awesome employee named Erica was MORE than HAPPY to accommodate us. We got the most adorable little sight and finally got to relax. I can't express enough how friendly everyone was, from the guests to the Staff. My only regret was not getting the chance to experience the amazing hot springs pool or hot tub. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much so that we actually turned around vs going straight to Hollywood,  and are going back to stay a few more days. I will update my review more after i've had the full experience including the pool/hot tubs. However, I can say with 0 hesitation that this is probably one of the most relaxing, clean, friendly and enjoyable R. V parks that we've been to on our trip from Louisiana to California. We had 1 little snafu at the park, but another employee named Paula was a huge help in sorting everything out.
