The second day of our stay I tripped on a rock that was sticking up about 4 inches from the ground. Well, I fell and required 7 stitches to my forehead. That was traumatic enough, but when I spoke to the manager about the fact that this rock was (2"×5" across) was raked over and not removed, I considered it campground negligence. She acted as if I was making it up, even tho it was removed.

No campfire, only propane rental. Gravel parking lot, not ideal for tent camping. Pool steps were sharp and scratched up daughter's behind. She was only in the water for 5min. Clean bathrooms.

The kids give the campsite a thumbs up. Tent camped and the site was clean and accessible. The showers and restroom a little bit of a walk but clean and working. We like to attend the events. Tried to find one that was marked 7-9. Arrived at the location at 8 only to find that it was either over or not done at all. Little disappointed but they had rooms with Billards, books, games and great pool!

This is a nice park and clean. We were here for one month and enjoyed our stay, will return. Some things to worked on: 1. Pool area can use some updates 2. Spots are bumpy, needs a heavy racking and more gravel hard packed 3. Poor WIFI 4. Too many inop cloths washers 5. Roads are in need of repair throughout

Clean, large spot (patio deluxe). Three dog parks were great, especially the large one. Friendly staff armed with dog treats.

The facility is nice the sites are just dirt and gravel, nothing I would want to set out in during the evening. The pool and hot tub was a plus. The free WiFi didn’t work, should not advertise if it doesn’t work. The receptionist was very kind.

The staff were all fantastic! The campground was clean and well maintained. We really weren’t there much. There is so much to do around Joshua Tree National Park. One note, half of the washing machines were not working, so it took a while to get it done. Several people were waiting for their turns.

Calcium buildup on the water facets made it impossible to seal my hose, had a steady flow of water just running out on the ground. Most of the sewage pipes didn’t have caps on them, the place didn’t smell very good.

We love staying at the Joshua Tree KOA and one of the big reasons are the clean facilities. I thanked the woman who cleans the bathrooms and told her she is the reason we stay there. I regret not giving her a big tip and will do so next time!

Staff very accommodating for our RV Elks lodge club. We were able to get close together and stay there. Facilities well kept and clean.

First time there and new to RV travel. The grounds and facilities are very clean. We had casual contact with 5 different staff members. All were very nice. 5 stars for dog friendly too. We did not use the pool or spas or eat at the Cafe. We did do a walk through and the people all seemed to be enjoying those amenities.

poor bathroom availability camp not ADA compatible All areas rocked with large heavy rock, Bad on RV tires Oleander all around the park is deadly to dogs if they contact it Oleander also poisons people Waste dump is higher than the hose to drain into the sewer no mirror or sink in the shower P[ckle ball court to close to camp sites that is noisy even inside a trailer

Very quiet facility. Can get a bit dusty if the wind blows but clean and well- run. Store on site is stocked with essentials— and Ben and Jerry’s! This was our second visit and we will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Joshua tree KOA. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hot tubs with the mineral hot springs fed were wonderful.

We really love it here. But for a few exceptions. The light in the ladies bathroom turns off after ten minutes. When showering you are in the dark and unable to see. I’m sure this simple issue can be resolved. There is a need for more bathrooms and shower facilities. With those exceptions we love the large preferred sites. We stayed a month this year, and hope to return for a longer stay.

Stayed two nights in a tent spot. Enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Appreciate the dishwashing stations too! Wish there were shade structures for the tent camping sites. Very friendly staff!

We spent the winter here (Nov 30-March 1). We loved our time at this facility. Common areas are kept meticulously clean. Staff could not be any nicer. Landscaping is gorgeous. We hated to leave!

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
