Lost $1.75 in quarters trying to do laundry, the washing machines were smelly and had hair all over the rubber gasket. The laundry facility floor was filthy with sand, laundry soap, hair. Showers and rest room facilities were good.

Campground has a lot of offerings, some areas are in need of repair. Many washers are out of order. The front desk clerk when we arrived you could tell she did not want to be there . Dog runs were awesome, best I have seen. Pool area is in need of a lot of maintenance. For a holiday this campground is almost there but needs a lot of attention to be a real KOA holiday.

We stayed for the snowbird season. Our site was a double wide patio site with a shade and we loved it! The staff is nice and helpful! Two small dog parks, and one extra large dog park, all work typical desert but good. Pool and hot tubs were well tended, campground was clean and the kids we saw were having a great time! The location was good for us as we went all over the Coachella Valley.

Stayed for 3 nights in our 5 x 8 trailor. Great amenities. Great base camp to explore the areas.

I knew the tent sites were close together, but it was really disappointing when our neighbors did not respect the quiet hours and they woke us up at 6a and they and their children were soooo loud. It was unnecessary. Also, there is a very bright light across from our site that kept it bright in our tent making it hard to sleep. Wish there was a cover or a way to dim it during quiet hours.

First stay at a KOA. Communication and check-in was easy. The cleanliness of our Deluxe Cabin was lacking. I had to sweep the entire cabin before bringing our things inside. I wish I had cleaning products because the walls were filthy...hand prints everywhere from people touching the walls and ceiling in the loft and down the stairs. Sheets, bathroom and kitchen were reasonably clean.

Too far away from the areas we wanted to visit. Also much more windy than the west side of the valley areas we did visit, such as the Lake Cahuilla area to hike, and the Living Desert zoo/museum. Several dryers were inoperable, and the shower areas were just ok in terms of cleanliness and being more updated. The staff though, were friendly and helpful, so absolutely no issues there.

We had a great three day break under the sunny palm trees. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We appreciated the cleanliness of the bathhouses. We also enjoyed the dog parks. Thanks for a great time.

We had a smaller site, the 5th wheel next to us looked like they lived there. They had a car parked in our site. We knocked on the door and they moved the car.

This was our second stay and it was great. We played mini golf and went swimming. Pool area and bathrooms very clean. Staff in the office were friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back for another stay.

The site was spacious, the grounds were well-maintained, and Paula was the nicest, most helpful staff person I've ever encountered in all the RV parks I've stayed at.

Great campground. Lots of activities if you want, pet areas. Clean bathrooms. Quiet and beautiful scenery. One hour away from Joshua Tree National Park

We love the water aerobics with Christy. Love the hot spring pool and hot tubs. The park is very clean. Parts are updated with newer astetics. Some parts are looking kinda ragged and needs to be updated. ( like the mini gulf) The cafe is a plus on the weekends. Lots of activities as well for the grown ups.

The campground is ok, nothing more. On the other hand, it is close to several interesting sites such as Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs or Indian Canyons.

the campground is mostly old/run-down. it needs a good facelift across the board, except the new cabins in 100-110. Even the KOA Patios are not what is pictured. They are pictured with some nice artificial grass and decorative block firepits, but they are gravel and have portable fire pits. The pictures should show actual equipment at each KOA campground, not stock marketing pics.

We have stayed multiple times through out the years with many family and friends. This may have been the last time due to safety, lack of updates and rude front office staff. Our electric bike was stolen right next to our rv. Another guest bike was stolen as well. Pool needs some major updating now- super scratchy bottom and also a strange odor that wasn’t there before. Melody was rude to many.

They need more trash cans, not enough for the size of the park. Roads are in terrible condition. In laundry room by the office only one of four machines was working.

We had a very nice stay. ���� I would probably consider posting a notice to lock bicycles up as our brand new e-bike was stolen from our campsite. ��

It is called Joshua Tree KOA but it is more than. An hour from Joshua tree. I was unable to do day trips. It was deceptive. It was boring. It had no trails or wasn’t near any near by. Only two showers per place. The pool was small and seemed a little green with a tummy ache going around I didn’t want to go in.

I filled this out previously and still got this email. The campground was fine but the two employees I dealt with - man in golf cart and woman at check-in desk - were both disaffected and downright ornery. I will avoid staying at this KOA again in the future.

The room sleeps 6 but there wasn’t enough seating provided inside or outside for 6, the microwave shelf was falling apart and one of the bunk beds was so creeky, it kept you awake if the winds didn’t.Worst were the winds, even in shelter they were so loud, kept us up all night and made the patio area unusable half the time. I know this is not in your control but that’s the reason we won’t

The amenities offered for young kids and those that were, were for as short a time as 1 hr. The few times we visited the front office to make purchases or rentals… there was only 1 worker available which required them to run around helping everyone, giving minimal attention to each group.

The staff was amazing - the facilities were clean and the pool and hot mineral pools were a wonder � It was windy - guess that is how March is on this desert - so next stay we will be on opposite side of the park for sure. Definitely will stay again.

The gal in the office was great. Friendly and professional. We just weren’t happy with the camp site. When you were at the picnic table you looked at the sewer hook up of the site next door. A load of gravel at each site would have been a great improvement. We use KOA for overnight stays when we are in the road but for a weeks stay and the price we were able to do much better at a nearby resort.

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.

Wonderfully friendly staff and well maintained sites and facilities. The hot spring hot tubs are so relaxing and there are plenty of family activities. They also have 4 dog parks and 2 of them are a few acres in size each. Plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The camp store is nicely stocked and has basic RV supplies as well. I especially like the attendant at the gate at night for extra security. This is a huge park with tennis, a heated pool, basketball, mini golf, a playground and trikes for rent. Not too far from town and Joshua Tree National Park.
