The spa that is 98 degrees is really loud when you turn on the jets. It was really hard to talk as we could not hear each other which does not make the jacuzzi relaxing when it's this loud. The bathrooms in the pool area need a little help. They are very old looking and not inviting at all. Other than that we had a great time and loved everything else about the park.

Great check in. Sites are good except sewar system. Inlet to drain pipe is abouy 8 inches above the surface. So blackwater wil not drain into it. A real pain.

The resort was well maintained, lloved the hot springs. The employee at check in and out was not as friendly as we normally experience at KOA, she was not rude but was not welcoming, either.

First time visiting a koa. We took our 4 year olds tent camping for the weekend and loved the activities and amenities available. We participated in the movie night, the arts and crafts, community campfire, enjoyed the pools and bounce pad and playground. Only wish we had was for some shade, made the 88 degrees feel much hotter.

We arrived after driving many miles on Dillon Road - we do not recommend taking this road into the KOA with an RV; use the freeway instead. The campground is very clean, huge, and has so many options to stay. We loved our site with the canopy, gas grill, beautiful table and chairs, firepit and artificial green grass! The campground is kept in perfect condition. Very nice place to stay. Thank you.

So many beautiful things about this KOA. However, on our visit that was overshadowed by the fact that the pool and hot tub pumps were not working. Bugs and bees filled the pool edges and the pool was a dingy shade of green..ish. Bathrooms were kept up, and that mattered.

Not what I expect from KOA, wifi was terrible. We have stayed at mom and pop rv parks for less money and great wifi. Was disappointed.

Our 30 amp back in site was very close to our neighbor. Park was very clean. Dog play areas were great. Swimming pool and hot tubs were a very nice treat. Staff was very friendly and the store was well stocked.

Had a wonderful time! Thank you for allowing us to arrive early, open up Pickleball courts for us, schedule a water aerobics, and Bingo games for us. Cindy is a greatest! My family camped at the same time in a tent with their 4 yr old twins. Cindy was very accommodating with their crafts, movie night, and all their messes! They really enjoyed the s’mores night. The family is coming back to KOA

Great day and fantastic staff. We really liked the grounds. Very large. The pool and the hot tub was fantastic. Really a great place to stay. The only thing that kept us from giving five stars was the Internet. It was really spotty everywhere.

I have stayed here before during Coachella and it is my GO TO place during that time. Staff is always friendly and helpful and facilities are very clean. Sunset views are amazing looking into the mountain valley Spots are big and not cramped with good amenities for power, water and septic along with a picnic table which is sturdy. Dog parks are a plus where it is safely fenced so the can run

This visit was spoiled by under age children who were jumping and screaming at the jacuzi area even though there was a sign that under age 12 are not allowed to use it. We notified office re this and response was that they do not enforce it. The men's shower at the pool site had a broken faucet handle which made it impossible to control water temperature.

Love this campsite bathrooms and shower areas are so clean has many different amenities for family’s and kids to enjoy my favorite is there mineral hot tubs! My kids love the playground and my teenager there gym room have a lifelong returning customer with us

Loved soaking in the mineral pools after a day of hiking at Joshua Tree National Park. Breakfast was delicious- we lucked out that it was the last weekend the cafe was open for the season. The playground, pool, and activities for kids kept the grandkid happy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed camping in the quiet atmosphere. Can't wait to return!

The campground is very nice with lots of amenities. There is one glaring problem, which is the lack of adequate restroom facilities. This is a large campground with many campers. I had to wait in line to use the toilet every time I went. As far as I know there is one unisex toilet and one men's restroom/shower with 2 toilets and 2 stalls. I've stayed in smaller KOAs that have 2 or 3 times more.

We had a wonderful time! The kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool, us parents enjoyed the hot tubs and our dog loved camp K9! The staff was always super friendly and helpful!

Overall, we had a great time at the KOA! A few things that would’ve made it better: 1) solid walls around the perimeter of the property may help cut down on wind, making camping there more enjoyable 2) jacuzzi rules for children could be more on the responsibility of parents who may allow their children in them, rather than other patrons to tell children to get out

We had a great stay! The grounds are well kept and the staff was helpful and friendly. Melody was kind enough to put us in a site with afternoon shade which is limited. The pool and hot tubs were clean and enjoyed by many. We played free mini golf and pickle ball courts. The best part was that we didn’t get in any trouble. Our dogs roamed off leash now and then with no issues or guilt trips

Had a good overall stay. The campground is a bit dated, but it works fine for a short stopover of a night or two. This visit, the pool wasn’t as clean as it has been in the past—it was a bit green, which was disappointing. There were also quite a few young kids jumping into the hot tubs and pool with floaties and not much awareness of others trying to relax. But we would stay here again

The cabin was comfortable and reasonably well outfitted, but the internet connection was so weak that it made the TVs unusable which was inconvenient. The KOA campground has quite a bit to do in terms of activities. That said it is pretty far from any grocery store - this isn't a deal breaker but it's something to keep in mind. There are also no nearby chargers if you have an electric car.

The only grass they have is not in the dog park and is by their office and they do not allow dogs on it. You’d think if dogs were not allowed to use it they would put grass or turf in the designated dog park area first. The worker who asked us not to use it told us it’s hard to grow grass in the desert. If that was the case why do you have it outside the office then?? Looked pretty healthy to

The employees were all very nice and helpful. The KOA itself needs some updating. The pool shower next to the hot spring tubs had a handle that broke off in our hands. The tubs themselves were clean and the water plenty hot as stated. The bathrooms are older and the shower barely had any water come out of the head. Our site was small and our picnic table was next the neighbors sewer clean out.

Best KOA ever! Employees are awsome. Facilities are always clean and being maintained. Dog runs, horseshoes, mini golf, basketball, and more. The aquatic area has 3 natural hot spas 94, 98, and 104 degress with pool.

Everything was lovely, except the tent camping sites were extremely rough gravel. Usually there is a tent pad or platform, or somewhere that is a little cleared off. Other than that the pool and hot tubs were lovely, the bathrooms clean, and overall a good experience.

What a lovey campgound for families! Surprised at all the amenities and activities for kids and families. We were only there for 2 nights and spent most of our time at Joshua Tree. The campground was perfect for providing us a place to stay nearby with all the hook-ups and amenities we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Relaxing place to stay. Staff is great!! Bathrooms and showers are kept very clean. Our 2nd time here in four years for extended stays. Paved roads are fine but need to be redone soon. Gravel sites are mostly level throughout and are well taken care of. Pool was nice and warm. Water aerobics was a lot of fun.

Campgrounds can use some upgrades. The restrooms, the pool area and the amenities could use some attention. The WiFi never worked properly. It would connect and disconnect in less than a minute. Did appreciate the kids crafts and extra effort for daily activities. Check in process was easy. Location of KOA is far from anything

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
