Signs to find registration was poor, you need additional arrows to point the way. All was clean and well kept. Too hot to enjoy much.

I stayed for 7 months. I loved it, it was clean, safe. And everyone who works there are so awesome. Can't wait to come back next year.

Super easy weekend, the pool and facilities are always in top shape, regardless of the season! We used the tent cabins for the first time and apart from the initial interior temperature of 100°+, the AC got it under control by the time we got back from dinner. It was immaculate, the linens were great, and it's on our list for good value but we may wait until it cools off before trying again!

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed the pools and cleanliness of the park. Our issues were the very poor WIFI (unable to watch the Olympics), faulty dishwasher, very limited supplies (I found the housekeeper, as we ran out of TP, cups and trash bag on day 1) and the super low ceiling of the loft area...seems unsafe

Really good, clear communication for our late check-in. Very easy, level pull-through site. The pool was a nice way to relax and we appreciated the fact it was enclosed and open 8am-10pm. Quiet location within 30 mins drive to south entrance of Joshua Tree National Park.

Even with the heat of the desert summer, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the mineral pool and hot tubs. It was way too hot to enjoy the other amenities. Beautiful Mountain View’s and wide sites some with shade canopies.

Park was very clean, staff was friendly and kind! The only thing we had an issue with, but was not the staffs fault! It was very windy and it was very hot! We arrived in July and whole area was hot temps were in low 100’s F! Not recommend summer for tent camping, even night time was very hot! But this was in no way reflective of Park or Staff! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our roof and needed it repaired before we could head home. My husband got three business cards from the font desk staff. The business they suggested calling came out that same day and made the repair needed to allow us to travel home. We loved the service and were so thankful.

What started as a 3 month winter visit eventually ran to 7 months. The park is well maintained and the staff was always friendly, polite and professional. The 3 employees I interacted with most were Erika, Melody and Paula. They were always so welcoming and friendly, always greeting me warmly. I was so impressed with and enjoyed my stay that I plan on returning every winter. EXCELLENT!

It was hot but not your fault. The pool was great and we cooled in the Rec room. Could use grab bars in shower and pool showers.

The arrival was good and the camp ground clean and well laid out. One of the unisex showers was out of action and they don't have aircon which meant it was very hot in the restrooms. We didn't use the facilities due to our short stay but these seemed attractive.

We arrived late, but there was someone there to greet us at the gate anyway! That was impressive. Unfortunately, we arrived during extreme heat so only stayed the night. They did have a mini golf and playground that looked nice if it hadn’t been so hot.

We stayed here during the "off season" (during a record breaking heat wave). The property was well maintained even though it wasn't busy. Staff was wonderful. The town of Desert Hot Springs was about 10 minutes away (grocery stores, restaurants) and Palm Springs/Desert were about 20+ minutes away. Pool and other amenities (putt putt, pickleball courts) were well done.

The staff was fantastic! The spots are large and clean. The reason I would not recommend is because the amenities need improvements. The pool area needs an update. The surrounding rooms ( gym, reading room, card room) are extremely outdated and barely useable. Considering the rate/ night especially in the off season, I would have higher expectations from a KOA.

We notified the staff in advance of our very late arrival, and they could not have been more helpful, going so far as to wait for us to arrive and then escort us to our site. Exceptional customer service!!

water of swimming pool is too hot.they don’t care about bugs on the pool.they never renovate club house. there was no one when i arrived but employee didn’t allow to choose the site even until we left there,there was a lot of empty spot. my spot was far frm restroom and pool. very inconvenient. the receptionist was unkind and strict. other KOA wasn’t like her. i don’t wanna be back again.

The hot tubs were wonderful. The pool could be cleaner-there were a lot of bugs. The glamping tent was spacious and the outdoor patio nice. The tent had a/c, but the outside temperature and no insulation meant that it was still registering over 90 in the tent during the day. The description on the site made it seem it would be adequate-it was not. Had we known, we would have booked a deluxe cabin.

The glamping tent was super hot. I was having second thoughts. It started cooling off until 8pm. I would love to see the tent with a different bed frame. The one we got reminded me of a scary movie. Other than that it was a good experience. Next time I will experience the little houses.

Super Campingplatz. Pool und 3 Hot Tubes mit Mineralwasser vorhanden. Personal sehr nett. Preis für Full hook up unter 50 Dollar. Sehr zu empfehlen.
