Friendly hosts. Immaculate campground. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of games and amenities to keep the kids and adults entertained. One of the best RV parks we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at.

We wanted to find an RV park during our drive home for a 1 night stay and found availability at this KOA. Beautiful desert campground, loads of amenities, so clean, and nicely groomed! Fun for the whole family. Disappointed we had to leave so soon, we want to come back and stay a lot longer so we can explore the area of Palm Springs and hike in Joshua Tree!

Dirty bathrooms. Overflowing toilets and showers. Usually no paper towels either. Site was not groomed or level.

Very clean outside and security is everywhere. The unisex shower does not drain or water all over floor. The bathrooms run out of paper towels often. Nice place to stay if you are looking to get away from everything. Not much is the store. Need to come well supplied.

Mens showers in middlenof park needs attention. Clogged drains. Great off leash dog park.

Nice campground. Stayed in the premium 30amp back in spot and it was really wide. Park is well taken care of.

Why are there so many non-working washing machines? Only 2 functional machines for a park that size? And having an actual (not mismatched) set of billiard balls and not destroyed cues would be nice. Nice location and site spacing/size, but getting a bit run down.

Very nice stay very nice staff very clean and keeped up sights

The only thing was we asked if we could be by pool. But she said that we were. We were not.

The workers at the park were all very pleasant and helpful. The campground is kept up, very clean colorful. We will definately be returning at some point.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The staff in the office are absolutely wonderful. So friendly and helpful. I was able to add an additional night because they went above and beyond to make our site available for one more night. The hedges are great, but it would be nice if there were shade trees and maybe some color to make it even better in the preferred sites.

We stayed 2 nights in the glamping tent. It was clean and comfortable. My granddaughters liked the bunk room. They said it had the feel of going to church camp. Because it was quite windy at night, we didn't use the outdoor space. The pool and hot tub was our favorite. Thanks KOA

Great place to stay in the desert. Very convenient if you are going to Indian Wells tennis tournament.
Mar 16, 2023
The staff really tries to make it nice. It’s just so horribly windy all the time which is not the fault of the KOA staff.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The showers at the pool bathroom were difficult to get hot water from. One of the showers at the 24hr bathroom had a blocked drain.

I want to give you a 5 star; however, the broken washing machines keeps me from doing that. Everything else was great!

Excellent.

At Joshua Tree KOA the camping spots are large and very clean. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. Very family friendly to all ages. The convenience store is perfectly stocked for little things forgotten. Now for the staff, every person from the time we arrived was extremely helpful, happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs. This was our fourth time here and will definitely be back.

Everything was well organized with events for adults and kids daily. Everything was clean and well kept up except washing machines and driers, out of eight washers only three were functional. Out of eight driers only four were functional. It took half a day to do one load of laundry.

Staff were friendly & helpful. No sardine sites here. People camp to enjoy the outdoors and they provide the personal space to do it. Quiet time was actually quiet. Lots of amenities for the family and doggos.

Check-in easy and drive to your site is own your own but well marked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very large dog park plus 2 smaller and separate dog parks. The breakfast and lunch food at the cafe on the weekend was very good- pancakes awesome! 45 mins to Joshua Tree but well worth the visit! A bit windy so not much outside sitting, seasonal I'm sure! Well done KOA!

We loved our stay of 3 months and will definitely be coming back. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the campground is clean and quiet and the mountain views are amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the layout and space of the park. I wish there was a better convenience store or market nearby.

It was our first time staying at a KOA. We have camped for many years but usually at a state park and never in the desert. The park was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the nice fresh spring water. We visited the tramway and a friend in Thermal so we were able to cruise from spot to spot easily. The staff are professional. TY

Bad Wifi, Laudryrooms: in 1 room 3 out of 4 washers out of order, in the other room 3 dryers out of order, only 1 working. Restrooms not very clean. Nice campingspot, Did not try the pool but looked good.

Great KOA with many activities for the whole family, from a tram ride to mini golf.
Mar 13, 2023
We had a great stay. There were lots of activities for kids to do. The only negative thing was it was very windy so the Rockwall climbing did not happen the first day we stayed so the next day there were a lot of kids doing it and the time allowed was not really enough to accommodate them all. But overall we had a great time and would go back.

There were fun activities for the family throughout the day! The property was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing we didn’t prefer was the wind. One thing to consider would be to remove or grind down the pipe sticking out of the ground across from the basketball courts as it is a big trip hazard!

Reliable easy place to stay on a weekend . Wish our grandkids were here to enjoy all the activities you have for children. Staff is plentiful and kind, and the place seems very well- run. Thanks for being there!

Clean bathrooms, awesome hot tubs, fun amenities, clean campground. I would have given a much better review but there are workers spraying Round- up a known cancer causing agent around all the campsites to kill weeds. This was very alarming. Please stop spraying this deadly poison.

Great stay at a nice campground with nice amenities. Staff are as helpful and as pleasant as ever. We were happy to return for another stay.

Front desk was especially friendly.

Clean bathrooms, quiet campground, friendly staff. All good. Thank you.

The staff were excellent, the grounds clean lots of amenities to keep a person occupied. There were added activities for all age groups. The mineral spas were wonderful, the dogs park facilities best we have seen in an RV Park. Great family place! I would give 5 stars except for the internet that is intermittent. Streaming TV and checking emails were on and off even with an internet booster.

We arrived yesterday (March 10/23). We're here for 2 nights, maybe 3. Within 15 minutes of arrival, I was in the pool, and then the hottub. The pool was too warm for my liking, but the hottub was heavenly. The pool was 5' at its deepest, which was fine for me. I liked how that felt, very kid friendly/family oriented. It was very large. There were 3 large hottubs located behind the pool, side by side, each had a 15 min timer on the wall. The jets were powerful, at least in the hottub I used, the one on the far left if you're facing them. Bonus: I got the hottub to myself. I was able to have my shower afterward right there as they have a large washroom with 2 showers. Everything is older feeling and could use a face-lift (eg., fresh paint, etc.), but more importantly, everything felt clean. Oh, I should mention the pool showers for both men and women. The water would oscillate between hot and cold. It's kind of annoying 🙄 but we worked around it. It's just a lot of fiddling with the taps. PS the showers are included in your camping fee. Only 2 of the washers were working in the laundry room. We were told they've been having ongoing problems with them. Nonetheless, we were happy to get our laundry done in the functioning washers. We were placed in a backup 30amp site against a long row of pretty tall trees. The larger RVs on either side of us felt closer than we would have liked. The dog park was located close by, which we appreciated. I think they have 2 dog parks here. Both off-leash, of course. Checking in was very efficient. We had reservations, and we f/u with their 'express check-in' via email prior to arriving. It all felt easy and quick. The camp hostess was at the front desk when we arrived, and she was awesome in explaining everything about the facility. So far, we're finding it VERY windy here at times, so be sure to remember to batton down the hatches. Pull in those awnings, etc., should you leave the campground to go into town. Put away your chairs, etc. The wind gusts can be seriously vicious. I had concerns that it was going to rip our tent fabric on our trailer. We haven't had any of the meals offered here yet (for a fee), but we can smell the bacon and pancake syrup at our campsite. Delish smelling!!! 😆 Per Google Maps, we're a 22 min drive from Palm Springs. There's also a Costco about the same distance away. Having just camped for 4 nights at Joshua Tree National Park, we found this place noisy. Mind you, the silence is deafening at Joshua Tree, and this place is more city located, so it's probably not a fair comparison. It wasn't horrible by any means. For us, we always know if we truly like a place if we'd be willing to come back, and the answer is 'yes' we'd come back here. Overall, it's very inkeeping with the KOA vibe if you're familiar with the franchise. For us, the big draw was the location.

KOA is surrounded by stunning mountains and scenery, a beautiful spot. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Spotless glamping tent, toilet, sink, fluffy towels, heating, comfy bed. Spotlessly clean, lovely decking area with bbq and seating. We used the communal block for a shower which was good. Heated swimming pool and hot springs pool, be aware they can be hot. Food offered on site was ok, basic - hot dogs and burgers offered when we visited. Location is approx 45 mins to Joshua tree National Park west entrance. Palm Springs is close by.

What 3 words ///resurfaced.behinds.paraffin 33.923445, -116.434006 This campsite has RVs, cabins and ‘Glamping' tents In the tents there is A/C and heating, very effective during our cold stay. There is a gas fire pit you use this in conjunction with a timer, unfortunately it rained so much we did not use it. There were towels in glamping tent, microwave as well as a barbecue with utensils outside and a Coffee machine. ( no kettle). The main selling point to this site is the hot springs. Oh they are nice. The warm swimming pool about is about 30m. The three hot bubble pools which vary in temperature. Related to the depth of the hot spring. Combined with the beautiful views of the distant snow capped mountains and friendly and bouncy staff. This is a lovely site. There is a café that severs food at set times of day. For rug rats there is a lot to do from train ride climbing wall the list goes on, weather dependent.
