No problems, utilities were reliable. A bit hard to navigate with a larger rig. Entire park is in need of a refresh. Roads, utility connections and sites need to be repaired and updated.

I gave the campground the highest rating because of the onsite cafe! Food was well prepared and the location was perfect. Pool and hot tubs were also great amenities. We had a great stay!

Although the wind blew the roof off our glamaping experience ,the staff at KOA Joshua Tree made our stay stellar anyway!!!!! The cabin we stayed at was perfect for us. Thanks Again for turning a problem into a perfect solution.

We always have a great stay. This visit we experienced the snack bar for the first time. Very convenient to have that option. We appreciate how quiet it always is and how close it is to town. The spaces are not too close together and the staff does a good job of spreading everyone out.

We stayed in April in a 35 foot Class A motorhome in site 201. The park in nice, I see the efforts to up date the park! Loved all the amenities that they had! Would love to see all the sites with more gravel and the roads get a seal coat! Our site was a back in with full hook ups, the site was very large. The site was a bite in level and we had to use 2 blocks to level our motorhome. Great stay

Camp was site was great. Our accommodations we terrible, we did not sleep for the entire time we were there. We should have been warned of the wind situation when renting a tent. The wind shaking the tent so loud that we couldn’t sleep due to all the noises. There should be a warning on the website regarding this.

They have different activities to do during the day which the kids enjoy. The people at the front desk are really nice. The cancellation and late check out policy is generous. Some areas need additional cleaning. For example, the pool and the showers/bathrooms near the pool could be cleaner.

Paula was very friendly. Very helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. Laundry room in the back area was clean but 2 of the 4 dryers were not working. The game room was fun, but the pool table was missing 2 balls and the floor had a large red stain that was there four days. Please make the game room more appealing.

Very clean and well kept. Three hot tubs and a pool were awesome. They have a small dog park for little dogs and a super large one for big dogs. I would highly recommend this KOA.

The campground and most of the staff were great. My kids enjoyed the mini golf, the pickle ball courts, the pool was their favorite, the hot tubs were wonderful. The staff that was on the golf carts and did the activities were great, friendly. The office staff not so great, they changed the spot we were assigned to and our trailer barely fit. the originally spot would have fit us better.

The staff was accommodating with getting us a better site. But the wind is absolutely HORRIBLE and constant!! I am sorry I could not recommend this KOA to anyone.

Enjoyable pool and spa. Clean restrooms and showers. Decent access to area places of interest. It was very windy one evening. The KOA could benefit from more trees and windscreens.

Joshua Tree KOA is a fabulous campground! There was always something to do, the staff was very nice, and there was everything we needed right in the campground.

Stayed in a cabin 110, it was clean comfortable and cozy. Went in the pool for water aerobics and mineral pools . Met with 3 other couples that had RV’s, we all stayed w/in close proximity of each other, Had a great relaxing time

The facility is well maintained and the mineral spa & warm pool offer a soothing end to a long day on the road. I would like to see the one night price of $94 go down but the market will determine fair price. I simply cannot afford to stay longer but am very pleased with the park.

We did an afterhours check in with no reservation, and the guard was wonderful. Made it easy and pleasant.

Really nice park. Sites are very clean and large. It's to bad we couldn't enjoy the outside area and fire pit do to the crazy wind storm. We'll be back. Oh yeh, if anyone ask, that Allstar burger joint down the street I would definitely recommend it.

It was a nice campground. The site I was given, I was told when I booked online was the only one available that would fit my rig, and it was not that nice. When I checked in, I asked if there was a pull through site available and I was told no. As we walked around the campground, I noticed there were many pull through sites that were empty during our entire stay. This was the only let down.

Sites are good sized and most have some privacy. The bathrooms are centrally located but could be bigger. They were generally clean (some campers need to pickup after themselves,not staff’s fault). Check in was efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice facility. Friendly people running it. The location is not Palm Springs and not Joshua tree. Really nowhere. 1/2 hour drive to anywhere.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
