Nice of them to stick me in the back of the campground away from everyone else camping in probably the worst spot at this KOA. NOT TOO HAPPY!

On the plus side: Nice park. Lovely wide lot. Pool and hot tubs open in October. On the less positive side: Far away from Palm Springs which wasn’t ideal. No monitoring of excessive noise after quiet hours all 3 nights. The lady who checked us in was rather snippy.. Showers weren’t warm.

This KOA was significantly more expensive than others I’ve stayed at. Then I was disappointed to find that our campsite was against the fence in the very far corner of a giant lot with gravel campsites. There was basically no one around and yet it felt like we were shoved in a corner. Luckily, the staff was helpful with getting us moved a few spots down.

The resort is nice, but could use a little TLC. My main complaint was our site was next to the bathrooms, and it smelled funky most of our stay. My son was also looking forward to the Jump pad, but turns out it's seasonal so he was bummed out.

We brought our camp club (5 sites reserved). 5 of our members had terrible interactions w/ Melody at the front desk at check in. We were careful to verify her name before 1 of our members contacted Corporate KOA to complain. She was abrasive and accused us of arbitrarily choosing a different site than we were assigned, which was untrue. We asked to move away from a homeless person in a van (#30)

We had a quick layover so we could regroup and rest at the end of a long trip home from Texas. It allowed us to get up early and get through L.A. before traffic started. The park was clean, well organized and perfectly located to finish our trek to Central California.

The campground is well kept with nice amenities. Lots of activities like pickleball, mini golf and hot springs to utilize. The K-9 camp was nice and large with shady trees in the afternoon. The person working the desk on our particular weekend needs to improve on her customer service skills as most folks in the campground had similar bad experiences with her. Overall a very nice weekend!

The shower was extremely cold and it was very uncomfortable for my kids and I to shower.

Seemless check in. Clean campsite and facilities. Only issue was running out of toilet roll in the ladies toilets. But other than that love staying here. Kids have a blast!

The Eco tent had no heat, however the fan did blow cold air and 2 of our 3 nights the smoke detector chirped from midnight to sometime after sunrise. The third day we could not get the firepit to start. Couldn't have our s'mores. There was no way to dry your hands the restrooms.

Not enough trees, put in a take sunny spot, when better were available. Jacuzzi were really nice and clean.

Great stay. Neighbors two spots down, from Alaska, had very barky little dogs. If I was going to be there longer then the one night I would have said something to the staff. Loved the updated pillars in the pool area. You do a good job with regular upkeep, cleanliness and necessary repairs/improvements

The park was mostly quiet at night. Finding the park was difficult, even with GPS. There were many closed roads. The signage in the park is lacking, difficult to find the check in office, only a small sign for the showers, and getting out of the park, you have to drive up to the gate and almost touch it--which isn't a problem, if you know you are supposed to do this! A sign would help.

Overall good experience on their RV park. Nice and accommodating staffs. Good amenities and leisure activities. One suggestion is to put trash bin on every road corner or to schedule of pickup of trash every morning. Otherwise a good vacation.

Loved the welcome and all the amenities, pool, hot tub, clubhouse etc. Only comment tio explain a less than perfect score is that pricing of KOA'S doesn't reflect the amount of amenities. Paid about as much at Mt. Shasta KOA as Palm Springs. Mt. Shasta had NO pool, hot tub etc but the cost didn't reflect that. Had it not been an emergency stay would've definitely booked elsewhere at 40% LESS!!!

The pull thru site was awesome! It was so spacious and it was nice to spread out and enjoy tome with our family.

We really liked it here lots of amenities but cleanliness and maintenance in bathrooms was a concern. My husband was upset with mens bathroom as the state of it confirmed that no one checked on it or cleaned it over a 24 period. The unisex had no toilet paper when I arrived in the late morning. Check out 11 am is too early in my opinion for a campground so No extra hour pool use unless u pay more.

It was really hot, so we enjoyed the pool most of the day. It was fun night swimming. We played mini golf in the morning. We just wish the activities were happening...it wasn't in season.

Staff was very pleasant. we arrived after 10 pm and the guy at the gate still escorted us to our site and made sure we were good.

Arrived at sunset. Late arrival instructions were easy to follow, and we found our camp spot easily. Could use more shade trees. Even in October, that area starts getting warm as soon as the sun rises

The campground is wonderful with laundry facilities, miniature golf, a pool, and even mineral hot tubs of various degrees of heat. The only issue was that there is only 1 bathroom for the whole park that is open 24/7 and it makes a long walk for campers that are not self contained.

DID NOT RECEIVE MY MILITARY DISCOUNT WHEN TOLD THAT I WAS MILITARY. ALSO PLACED IN SPOT NEXT TO OTHER CAMPERS WHEN DOZENS OF EMPTY SPOTS WERE AVAILABLE. ASKED TO BE MOVED WHICH FRONT DESKED DID, BUT THEN THEY FILLED THE SPOTS NEXT TO ME UP AGAIN. WHY WITH SO MANY EMPTY SITES CAN'T YOU PLACE SAY EVERY OTHER SIT BE EMPTY AND NOT SO CLOSE TO OTHER CAMPERS. THE FIVE DAY STAY HAD DOZENS OF EMPTY SITES

FAB desk staff, but I was disappointed that the premium site hadn't been "policed" before my stay. Found ALL sorts of things/trash type items like a piece from maybe a vacuum(???) on the gravel......and while it was cute that the prev 'tenants' drew in the gravel it really should have been raked prior to my stay.

We appreciated that the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Our only disappointment was that we were placed immediately next to another camper when there were other spaces available. A little extra space would have been appreciated. We would definitely return and recommend your KOA to others. Thank you for a good stay!

Quiet campground on the foothills of Joshua Tree. They have rows if trees along the isles to provide shade and wind buffer. The pool and mineral tubs were very clean and made our bodies feel great!

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.
