We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. The place was fairly empty as it was off season and the cafe wasn't open but we really loved the pool and the three mineral springs hot tubs. The location was convenient to both Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park. The staff were very polite and helpful. We would stay again if in the area

The site itself was nice and fairly large with some nice bushes to add privacy. However, the showers weren’t great. The water was scalding hot and the faucet handle fell off during my husband’s shower which prevented him from being able to adjust the water temperature. The roads getting to the park were also pretty rough, but maybe that was just the way we came in.

Pool and Spas were Pristine. Melanie & Paula, office Staff are exceptional. Victor & his son are keeping the grounds clean & watered. The Outside Lighting should be uniform, some too bright, different Light bulbs the light fixtures are easy to replace. Night Sky is a kind that is made & is found at Home Depot. Pre Lit w/built in LED. The Park could easily be a show place. Plant more shrubs.

We enjoyed staying there, it was our first time. The bathrooms were very clean. The lady in the office was super nice. We all loved the mineral water in the pool and hot tubs.

Its kinda hard to rate. We only parked the RV. We stayed somewhere else, but can say nothing happened to the RV so that's the great rating. It seemed nice!

Spent two nights to explore Palm Springs for the first time. All amenities one would expect, clean facilities, friendly staff, large open sites and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Really enjoyed staying here. Space is great, level and clean. Amenities are good and clean. The best thing about this place is the friendly and welcoming people who work here. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they are. Thank you again.

Great staff with a friendly greeting and nice upgrade to our Glamping accommodations. Truly enjoyed the tent with air conditioning and the attached, convenient amenities as we grilled steaks and warmed by the fire in the cool of the evening coming on. Great view of the dramatic Palm Springs valley and contended with the breezy environment.

Really nice older KOA. Check in was fast, staff is friendly and efficient. Site was level. Water spigot leaked which was annoying. Pool was nice. Restrooms were clean but the shower faucet needed repair. Looks like it has needed repair for quite some time. The restrooms could use a re-fresh. Nice place to stay for a night or two.

My second winter at this KOA. Everything is excellent at this park. The entire staff couldn’t be more welcoming and attentive to my needs. I will continue to return for winter as long as I can

Internet very poor. Needs to be upgraded badly. Also, the hot tubs are usually hot. This time they were cold for some reason. The pool was hotter then the tubs.

Quiet and peaceful setting. Campsite was very nice. Trash containers were overflowing (Sunday) and even after they were emptied, were immediately filled up again and overflowing. Wifi was not working.

Very nice and clean KOA. The staff is very nice and helpful. My is handicap and the site that we had was a long walk to the shower, so your staff found us a site across from the showers. The park was VERY CLEAN; this told me that they take pride of their business. OUTSTANDING SITE, SERVICE. Thanks for a wonderful stay on our may home.

It was very nice clean nice big sites clean bathrooms N helpful crew the men helped us with our popup the only bad part was the woman in the office had an attitude with me very unprofessional !! Asked her if we could use the pool n answered why wouldn’t you be able to use the pool ?? Very belittling anyways we had a great stay

The stay was good except they gave us a horrible spot to park a 33 ft back in trailer. The spot was also not even so it cause a lot of problems with the sewer lines.

Unfortunately, it was very windy all weekend long. The amenities are great. Love the new big dog area but unfortunately there was a lot of poop in there. Maybe someone could check on that every now and then. Otherwise great place. I’m

The KOA itself was great. All of the amenities and attractions on site were very much appreciated. I would hesitate to return because we had such issues with the wind. I realize this is not KOA's fault! However, providing some wind protection would be very helpful. We had to eat inside most evenings because the wind was too strong to allow us to enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting.

This KOA is ok for a day or 2. The roads and all of the sites a gravel. The sites in the area we were assigned had no guides for lining up and no information as to parking angle. It took us a bit to figure it out. The biggest problem for us was we cook most of our meals on a small charcoal egg. We were not allowed to use it, even though the lid keeps all embers inside. We wound up eating out.

The place is well kept. Staff very friendly. It was unfortunate that we stayed at the very tail end of the season so we missed all the winter action. But we got to meet the wonderful lady who runs the activities and squeezed In the last paint session. Wish we could have had a chance to try out the cafe.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
