Nice site preparation and great spacing. We paid extra expecting cable hookups, BUT IT DID NOT WORK, A maintenance request was submitted, but no replies nor repairs. VERY DISCOURAGING FOR A KOA HOLIDAY!

Arrived and requested to move sites to find some shade. No questions asked and allowed us to move to a site that was perfect for shade. Pool was great. Very nice rooms around the pool for activities.

I don’t think tent camping should be permitted here. It’s way too windy and hot (yes, I recognize this is a desert, but it doesn’t really cool down at night). We asked about upgrading to a cabin, but they told us it would be $269. When we looked at the website, it was $175 (with our KOA discount). We would have done the latter, but $269 seemed obscene.

It was ok. I think it is set up better for rvs then tents. There was so many rocks under us. Even with our pads to lay on it was uncomfortable.

Perfect stay and campground for our trip to Joshua Tree National Park. Pool and hot tubs were in a nice area as well.

Very clean and quiet campground with lots of amenities available. Appreciated having full hookups in the hot, windy desert. Spacious sites and a decent amount of shade!

"out of season" so no restaurant. Sites were very nice, roomy. Staff was gracious and professional. We had planned to stay for 2 nights, however there were firework explosions, street car racing, overall chaos on the highway bordering the site late into the night. We genuinely felt scared for our lives at one point, so we got up early in the AM and left early. The KOA reimbursed us 1 night

Had wonderful time! The glamping tent we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The instructions for coming in were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area and need fun accommodations.

We love coming here. Whether in the heat or in the cooler times. We just stayed while it was 106 and the pool was amazing!! Always clean, perfect temp, relaxing and the way it’s set up keeps you away from the winds the area is known for. Our dogs love the large K9 run and the quaint K9 runs. The staff is always kind and always helpful. We look forward to our next stay.

We stayed in the eco tents yet again and are they are amazing. The community areas like the pool and restrooms need some work. The pool area needs more lounger and some umbrellas and the bathroom stalls need locks. This won’t prevent us from coming but it would make it a much nicer experience. The KOA we’ve stayed at most is the San Diego one and that has much better facilities and a cafe.

We are 'cutting our teeth' as we move into our retirement years and venture into 'camping' as a passtime. We are not desert people, and knew it would be enlightening to stay at a KOA for a couple nights. Both my wife and I were very impressed, even after decades of vacationing at Timeshares in the Desert and Hawaii. The staff was very welcoming to us "rookies".. makes a HUGE difference!

No reason to stay at this KOA. In need of an update for sure. Very big campground but very few campers. So why was everyone slotted right next to each other? Bathroom was nasty with 1 of 2 toilets not working and 1 of 1 urinal not working. The “mineral springs” hot tubs were unique but old.

Loved the shady parking spot! Showers moderate, really couldn’t find the real showers. Used the ones at the pool. Laundry room needed to be air conditioned! But staff helpful and kind!

Very large, well maintained KOA. A tad farther from town than we had thought, but that was our problem not the campground. A little loud into the night, but it was holiday weekend and people were having fun. Nice shower facilities. We would stay there again.

I would never go back to this specific site. We checked in on Friday and front desk was initially very rude. The activities lady was amazing. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. They must have initially cleaned them Thursday or Friday. By Saturday night the bathrooms were looking disgusting. Sunday they were completely out of toilet paper, which should not be the case for a KOA. Never again.

The ground at the campsite was too hard to secure the tent properly. On top of that, it was very windy, and the tent almost flew away. In the end, we had to take it down and give up on camping. It wasn’t a good memory.

This is a well-maintained campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only negative was how far you had to drive to get to the lower desert.

The eco-tent was clean, and I rested comfortably. One uncomfortable thing was that the zipper was broken, so it was difficult to open and close. The bed was comfortable. Just need to repair the tent. Thank you~

We loved the overall time we had. The whole campground was clean and upkept, the mineral tubs was just right and relaxing. The kids had a great time in the perfect temperature swimming pool. Our pullout lot was perfect! For being in the middle of the desert it was pretty good! We will definitely come back.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.

The campsite is located outside Palm Springs, but also not at Joshua Tree National Park. It is very quiet and has a pool with three hot tubes with different temperatures. You facility is rather old and will certainly need some renovations in the next few years. The miniature golf course is already quite old. The toilet facilities are quite small and when the camping is full, rather too small. The men's toilets were quite clean, only the women's toilets were equally dirty places in the toilets in the morning and evening. The wifi was very weak and if you are not from the USA, you need it in this day and age to travel and plan Otherwise, everything was fine.
