Shower drains are slow to drain. Water overflows out the building door. Other than that, the park is clean and offers many activities.

It took three requests over 3 days to get dog poo removed from our site, which was located in 4 spots. Directional map was poor as the Dillion Rd has been closed for two months. No warning was issued from KOA. We had to reroute to get to the entrance. Office should have notified us prior to check in. On a positive note; it was set up very nicely for families and activities for children.

My ratings are comparing to other KOA camps that we have enjoyed. If I were to rate as a standalone to what my expectations were, then I would say yes to recommending to friends and family and would also rate 5 stars.

This is a great place to enjoy the desert with lots of views and peace and quiet. The pool and hot tubs are clean and relaxing. I’ve stayed here in the past and will always make it my go to stay in the future. The staff make you feel welcomed. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Employees are absolute top notch: Melody, Paula, Cleaning person. Polite, friendly. Facility clean, bathroom especially so. Two Suggestions: 1) Fix miniature golf course-- mats are rugged, concrete broken, tube/tunnels not working; 2) Have more than 1 person up front; upon arrival there were 6 people, Melody was EXTREMELY patient polite & calm, however overworked. Safe, quiet, comfortable KOA.

This was our 4th or 5th stay and we normally have an amazing time staying here, but we ended up leaving a day early on this trip. We come to relax and use the hot springs tubs but our first night, all the tubs were overrun with kids. Tub #2 had 8 kids in it at one point. Also someone had turned the overhead fluorescent lights on over the hot tub area, which made it even harder to relax.

The campground is clean and nice. The mini golf was a little run down. The bike rentals close too early. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast in the cafe. Overall, I would stay gain.

Nice clean park. Friendly staff I would like to see more water aerobics and an organized pickelball time with some kind of tournament or class.

The cabin was not great. They should have moved us to a better cabin. The water was undeniable and discolored and the tv didn’t work. They said they were planning on tearing it down after we stayed but didn’t seem bothered that the condition of the cabin was poor. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and other amenities though.

Wish it hadn’t been so rainy while we were there. I don’t think rain is a problem for most people who visit. Nice park very nice site with propane fire pit and umbrella. The umbrella was good for keeping some stuff out of the rain. I think it would be better for a shady spot to sit in the great chairs that are under it.

The park is long in the tooth. Employees were not very friendly. The pool and spas were very dated and the spas were never warm enough. Also $3 for a 5 lb bag of ice was rediculous.

We love Joshua Tree KOA. Such a convenient location and a great campground. Nice staff, great facilities, and well cared for.

Absolutely amazing stay. The staff is incredible. Largest site for the price we have ever stayed at. And the pool and hot tubs were incredible. We will be going back just to stay at this location. Stayed three nights and it wasn't enough. Close to national park and palm springs. Wish we could give it more than five stars.

The spaces are all gravel no grass anywhere The help is rude This KOA is nothing like the one we came from in Bakersfield!!!! Well never ever stay this one again!!!

Had car troubles coming in - staff was accommodating and was towed in to good spot! Stayed 5 days and the staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Will for sure come back! Downside they need more bathrooms as only a few toilets for a large facility!

Everyone enjoyed their stay and the amenities! I just wish they would allow more than 2 tents per site. When I made the reservations initially, I did not see online that it was two tents per site and only found out when I made a phone call to clarify. I would highly recommend people to stay here to enjoy the natural hot springs!

Absolutely loved this KOA! There was so much to do and really appreciated the natural hot springs spas! We extended our stay a day and really appreciated your team here being able to accommodate our request. We just wish we had more time to stay and enjoy more of this location. We stayed here since it was convenient to Joshua Tree National Park. We'll have to plan a longer stay.next time! Thanks!

Quiet campground on the foothills of Joshua Tree. They have rows if trees along the isles to provide shade and wind buffer. The pool and mineral tubs were very clean and made our bodies feel great!

Great campground, friendly staff with a nice pool and 3 hot tubs. They are sourced from natural hot springs and were amazing. There is work being done on upper end sites that include a covered gazebo. We did not have one but they looked very nice. Convenient location close to Palm Springs and about 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.
