Stayed just 1 night, site was huge, my 40’ 5er + large truck stayed connected with lots of room to spare. Young woman in office was very nice.

Overall we had a nice stay. Amenities need major updating. The pool is nice to have but needs updating. Bathrooms are SO clean which is very much appreciated. Staff is all very kind.

The tent sites need more shade. Why do RV sites have options for a covered picnic table area but the tent sites do not? Nice to see the glamping tents and cabins as options. The camp was very clean and orderly. Wifi worked well.

We pulled in after hours and followed directions to register for overnight and was pleasantly surprised when a staff member, Lynn, drove up to assist us! We had a very nice overnight stay. We will definitely visit again.

CINDY was SO helpful and a wonderful lady! She is a gem! The front desk gal (didn't get her name, but arrived at noon on the 1st of Oct) was friendly and nice also. I'll see you in March is the plan!

Great park with wonderful amenities. The staff was very helpful and made our stay a great experience. The pool and hot tubs, filled from underground hot springs were soothing and delightful. We definitely will be back and highly recommend this hidden gem.

The laundry room was a mess. There was pet hair in each of the washing machine and the inside drum needed to be cleaned before use. The staff was friendly!

We loved the glamping tent! It was spacious and cozy, and most importantly kept us dry from the rain :) Not too hot or cold, and we appreciated having the bathroom attached--really a perfect setup for our family. The activities were great as well--our visit was pretty short but we still made use of the mini golf, playground, horseshoes, pool, and spa--everything was great!!

Large sites, very nice staff, clean campground. Recommend this campground for the area. Be sure to leave enough time to go to Joshua Tree national park. It's a drive, but totally worth the trip.

Pool Chairs are worn out not safe sharp rusty legs. Lounge chairs do not have pads, too small too low to the floor and are ugly.Please Invest In New Patio Furniture P{lant More Shade Treed At Sites Lighting is not properly controlled on all day long Light bulbs are all different watts and kinds Use Same Bulb And Wattage LED in All Outdoor Fixtures new timers new Photo control light sensors LOVE

Beautiful park. We had trouble with our power staying on, but one phone call to the office had a maintenance person replacing the breaker on the pole very quickly. No more problem.

I stayed in one of the yurts for one night on my way back to Phoenix. The yurt is clean, spacious and has the basic amenities needed. The outdoor patio area is my favorite! The staff are wonderful and very communicative. Overall, for my needs, the property was great.

While this location was really a bit above our normal expectation, it still hit two of my pet peeves. No shelf for soap or shampoo; has anyone in management ever tried to juggle soap while trying to shower? The motion timer for the lights went off after maybe 3 minutes; pretty much when you get into the shower so you juggle the soap in the dark. But the desert landscaping was wonderful!

Nice clean place. Lot of room to pull in and out. Typical desert type location. No grass for your pets but the staff was very nice. We had to change plans and leave a day early and they were very helpful.

The park was very quiet due to the season, and overall the stay was just fine. WE were disappointed in the Kamp K9 areas, they both seemed lacking in attention. One was ridiculously large and could perhaps be a bit more contained.

First KOA experience and it was way above my expectations. Clean, well maintained and felt very safe. Appreciated that an employee did do routine circuits of the campground through the evening/night. My only negative would be that we (tent only campers) were placed at the farthest spot, at the edge of the property without anyone near us, so that made us a little uneasy considering we are two girls

i was disappointed when going to use the laundry, all the washers were full of dog hair and dirt. When calling the front desk, I was told I could wipe them out with paper towels. This had happened at one other KOA and the staff came immediately to clean the washers so I could use.

We have always had a very satisfying stay. However this trip was not as expected. We had to go to the office to complain about bugs in the pool that made swimming very uncomfortable. The clerk was not helpful she said “ we know I will try to get maintenance out. No one showed up until closing lol time and she looked out a vacuum. The skimmers were not running which would have helped. Got bites .

Visite en juillet dernier pour une nuit étape entre Los Angeles et Joshua Tree NP. Bien situé et calme. Les emplacements sont spacieux, full hook up. Sanitaires propres. Arrivée tardive donc accueil fermé mais les instructions laissées pour nous installer étaient claires.

Der Camping liegt ausserhalb von Palm Springs, aber auch nicht am Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Er ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen Pool mit drei Hot Tube mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen. Dir Anlage ist eher schon recht alt und benötigt sicher in den nächsten Jahren einige Renovierungen. Die Minigolfanlage ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die WC Anlagen sind recht klein und wenn der Camping voll ist, eher zu klein. Die Männer- WC waren recht sauber, nur die Frauen-WC waren morgens und abends gleich dreckigen Stellen in den WC‘s. Hier wurde gar nicht geputzt oder nur mangelhaft. Ansonsten war alles gut.
