Easy to get to, friendly and helpful staff! The tent sites don't have a lot of privacy, but I'm used to that. Certain rules (like 1 vehicle per site, no dogs off leash) apparently are suggestions and not actually rules. The women's restroom nearest our site also was pretty nasty; the men's restroom was fine (per my husband).

Very friendly and caring. There was a severe weather warning for our area and we were tenting. They made sure we were aware of it and safe. We had to leave a day early and they were very accommodating and refunded us for the one day. Not expecting that but very much appreciated! Very clean facilities.

We arrived at our campsite and found another tent already set up on it. We were reassigned, but all available sites were extremely muddy. Loud music, screaming children after quiet hours, and speeding cars and golf carts ruined the evenings. We left early due to an incoming storm, and staff said the only shelter was the washrooms. Very disappointing experience for a KOA

We love this location and we had a blast staying in your tent site. The only issue is that we were sold very wet wood from your shop and it was difficult to dry it out and have an enjoyable fire later in the evening when we returned to our site after dinner. Making sure you're selling dry wood is super important for better guest experience. Thank you for everything else!

Unfortunately, despite the beauty of this camp and the good service it has given to the RV group, it has not paid the slightest attention to the tent camps. The ground of the tent camps is full of holes that fill with rain and create an abnormal situation. In fact, we spent these two nights in a large hole of water and mud, and our enjoyment of nature turned into a disaster.

You put us at the tents in the mud!! 3 vehicules got stucked and we had to help them out to get out!! Discusting to do that at that pricing. We'll post on social media to go at any campground other than your money pit. Very pissed off. Trailer covered on mud inside out...

Really great, was only there one night for tent camping but it was clean and the site was great for a tent. Road noise was a little much but it's in a city/busy area so what do you expect.

we stayed and introduced friends from Austria to NF KOA, staff were very helpful in setting us up on side by side sites. Explaining how buses worked and the pass. Oh, did I mention we loved the ice cream :) Seriously, thank you for your assistance, your park is well operated and staffed well. We appreciated the kindness and advice. Cheers!

The site was perfect for the camper van. 15 amp electric and H2O was more than enough to make the stay very comfortable. Also appreciated the access to the falls within a 10 minute drive.

J’aurais donné 5 ���� car ce camping est très bien. Les installations sont incroyables. Mais la vitesse des voitures qui se déplacent est trop élevée. Elles sont supposées aller à 8km heures. Bien que 8 km soit, à mon avis trop lent, il y a une différence entre rouler un peu plus vitre et rouler beaucoup trop vite. Personne ne semblait s’en préoccuper.

My stay was going great, Friday to Sunday morning. Until a new family arrived next to our campsite. We had to talk to them varies times about their very bright light facing our tents after quite hours. Their kids playing next to our tents at 12am & being loud. Lastly at 1:30a.m when they were playing the radio awfully loud, still had fire/ lights on, & kids still playing. Staff couldn't be reached

Love the campground, great games and activities for the kids. Only feedback was that site 148, where we were originally assigned wasn't clearly marked or differentiated from 147 and 149, nor had a fire ring. Maybe the gravel squares can be considered to be removed? They take up too much space and are not comfortable for tents to be placed one. We called to be moved to 149 and were granted that.

Great Amenities, indoor & outdoor pools. Loved that garbage was picked up very promptly from site. We were fans of the soft serve ice cream! Wished KOA had a free shuttle in to the touristy falls area. We had a class c and e-bikes. Since there were no bike lanes on Lundy Lane, we felt a bit stranded. I did notice other class c that did not tow either so there Def. If a need for shuttle in my opinion. We did opt to Uber but it got pricey. Grocery store and Tim Hortons was within a walkable distance.

We stayed at Niagara Falls KOA for one night while passing through the area and had a great experience. The campground was easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The bathhouse and restrooms were particularly impressive—clean, modern, and well cared for. We didn't have enough time to take full advantage of the amenities, but they were actively being enjoyed by other guests and appeared to be clean, well maintained, and family-friendly. Based on our short stay, this is a campground we would gladly stay at again. Highly recommended.
