We have been coming for years and every year it gets better. The amenities are fabulous and the grounds well kept. Our only suggestion is to make the trailer spots higher than the grass to prevent mud and ruts and outlaw improper mats that kill the grass. Cement pads are on my wish list���.The staff is helpful and friendly. See you next year. Thank you

Beautiful park, clean, staff are friendly. My only suggestion would be, upon booking, bringing back site selection. There were alot of folks moving sites because they were disappointed due to lack of shade. Our site was particularly shaded and and it was nice, but it’s not the site I would have chosen. Thanks for a great week.

Great KOA! Not far from the falls, which are easy reachable by your RV, car or an Uber/Lyft. We used the Ride apps as you can leave your RV at the campground. Nice pools. Good store and very friendly people. Needed some things after store closing hour, still helped me out, very friendly!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the park and the great services (garbage pick-up, wood delivery, fun activities for the whole family). We camped here to open up our camping season (to de-winterize the camper) so we wanted full services. The park offered a variety of accommodations: campers, tenting, cabins, etc. I would recommend this KOA for out-of-town visitors. We will return!

Even though the campground is centrally located off of the road, it’s very peaceful. It is also clean with nice amenities.

It was conveniently close to the area attractions and provided a good place for kids to play. Nice pool and playground area. Sites are a little close together but otherwise nice.

We had a nice five day stay at the campground, the weather was beautiful, the staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions we had, washrooms are super clean and enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool.

Generally, it’s a good place to stay, but on this occasion not so much. We were without water for 48 hours and when I requested compensation, I was ghosted for a week. The manager eventually called me back and offered a small refund.

The park was very clean. They have multiple pools to choose from, including an indoor pool and hot tub. They staff were always friendly and helpful. We will be going back to this park

They can’t control the weather unfortunately and the ground was saturated due to heavy rainfall. One M/H was stuck in the mud and had to be pulled out by tractor

We could not get on wi-fi. The office said to retry which we did several times and was blown off. We are savvy and know what we’re doing with wi-fi and the internet. This lasted 4 days with no solution. The wi-fi should work without any issues with the rates you charge. Never again at your place.

I was on lot 162. What a beautiful large lot! At the end of a street away from the park and pool so very quiet. This KOA is always well maintained !

We had a waterlogged site and the weather was mostly bad, but that didn’t stop us from having fun participating in the activities or using the indoor facilities. Washrooms were clean and I enjoyed the hot tub/sauna too!

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The sites are very well kept and maintained. All the facilities are clean and neat at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Too much rain and site 27 was flooded. Needs more stone to raise it 3”. No offer to move to drier site was !made. Great campground for kids!

It was a wet stay but fun. Our site was very nice. Although with all the rain the roads and surrounding area did become flooded and muddy. Store was among the best we have seen second only to Sherkston shores. Cable connection did not work. Was very impressed with the amount of activities you had scheduled. Staff were friendly. Washrooms are the best we've ever seen.

Great location for seeing the falls but the place was in need of some gardening! Weedy, long-grass everywhere making the whole place look very shabby. Also, it rained quite hard and huge, deep lakes occurred all throughout the campground making navigation quite challenging. They really need to figure out how to mitigate this problem.

Wow, what an amazing campground. Wish we had more time to visit, but we will definitely be back. This part is so well equipped for everything especially if you have kids. Very clean and well kept.

Our stay started off just right when the employee behind the counter Morgan was very kind and helpful. Check in was so seamless. We loved the campground, everything was clean, tidy and in excellent working condition. We definitely will be returning!

Because of confusion created by your website, we booked a site that was totally unsuitable for our RV. We arrived "after hours" only to find that we had been placed in a grass site. Our vehicle is a front-wheel-drive van. We know that such a grass site will result in our vehicle getting stuck (as we could see in the site adjacent to the one we were given. It is the website that caused this.

Great Amenities, indoor & outdoor pools. Loved that garbage was picked up very promptly from site. We were fans of the soft serve ice cream! Wished KOA had a free shuttle in to the touristy falls area. We had a class c and e-bikes. Since there were no bike lanes on Lundy Lane, we felt a bit stranded. I did notice other class c that did not tow either so there Def. If a need for shuttle in my opinion. We did opt to Uber but it got pricey. Grocery store and Tim Hortons was within a walkable distance.

We stayed at Niagara Falls KOA for one night while passing through the area and had a great experience. The campground was easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The bathhouse and restrooms were particularly impressive—clean, modern, and well cared for. We didn't have enough time to take full advantage of the amenities, but they were actively being enjoyed by other guests and appeared to be clean, well maintained, and family-friendly. Based on our short stay, this is a campground we would gladly stay at again. Highly recommended.
