Staff were super nice and went above and beyond... Abbey specially was excellent. Facilities were clean and up to date. Washrooms are kept in tiptop shape smell good and clean all hours of the day. Kids activities & Wagon rides are great

We came to see the falls, but the kids were having too much fun at the kids play area to go and see the falls! It was such a wonderful respite between visiting the falls. Everyone was so kind and helpful, bathrooms were clean, and we all had a great time!

Needs more ways to order food for delivery. Also should have an option to go to the falls. They only suggested bus.a little high for this time of year.

Pristine is best way to describe this KOA! Bathrooms / showers were spotless. The pool & hot tub perfect. We were there the first week of May so not many campers yet. When summer the sites may seem close together but no issues in our stay.

Even though we arrived late, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth—and we even scored an upgrade, which made our stay. The area is beautiful, full of things to do, and the RV campground is lovely—even in the rain. Our schedule was packed, so we did not get to enjoy all the amenities this time, but we truly enjoyed our time there and will definitely return to try more of them.

First time KOA stay. The park is immaculately cleaned and maintained. Sites are very close together, but that’s to be expected.

We booked here especially because they have indoor pool and hot tub. My wife has a bad back and benefits greatly from hot tub. It was a cool rainy week so the indoor pool was also a big draw. Unfortunately BOTH WERE CLOSED AT 5 PM EACH DAY. That was a huge disappointment for us. Otherwise all was good.

Very nice. Great location. Lots of cabins for those that want to have to experience camping for the first time. If you have younger kids there’s lots for them to do. Washrooms recently renovated and the nicest I’ve seen at any campground! Very clean and the staff were great.

Come to this park 2-3 times a year, love it. Everyone is always pleasant and accommodating. Park is always clean and well maintained. Back for May long weekend and labour day. Thanks for everything staff.

Camp sites very close together. You cook and eat next to hydro water and sewer. Good thing it was a one night stay.

The stay was as what we expected. The park for this time of year was in great shape. Other than the price in which I thought was high it was an excellent place to stay for one night. Cheers

All good..1st trip of the season...rained lol...still got 2 fires in...read for the next one...side note...rain shows you what needs fixing...the lot needs a freshening of the gravel ...that would have saved us from the pool at our door...

The park itself is nice enough, One thing I don’t like is that checkout is at 11 am and our water was turned off at 10am as I was just washing my face and my husband had to grab a bottle of water so I could rinse the soap off. We have never had a campground turn off utilities before and we felt rushed out. Check in is late afternoon,I remember a time when check-in was early enough to enjoy the d

We do apologize that due to very cold temperatures the water lines were frozen in the morning. When the weather warmed up the water began to flow again.

Our first camp of the season, in April. Understandably not everything was open but the indoor pool was and it was great. We spent the weekend with the kids at the amazing park and pool. We were able to see what would be available in summer and will definitely come back. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Appreciate that the park opens early in the typical Ontario season. Friendly staff and no issues with our full hook up site. Garbage pickup is nice to have at the site as the weather was terrible on our one night stay before going south into the USA the next day.

We stayed 3 nights in late October and really enjoyed it. Easy access to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the lake. Well managed and maintained campground with fabulous (heated) bath house.

It's extremely clean, lots of activities for families, large, clean, comfortable facilities, friendly and helpful staff plenty of space.

Literally the nicest KOA we have ever been to. So many things for the kiddos to do! We stayed in a buddy site and the 'courtyard' was enormous. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and/or going camping near the falls. Great Great Campground!

Wir sind aktuell mit dem Camper hier auf dem KOA Holiday und absolut begeistert! Der Campingplatz ist wunderschön angelegt, extrem gepflegt und bietet wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders für Familien ist der Platz ein absolutes Paradies: Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz und ein riesiges Hüpfkissen (Springkissen), auf dem sich die Kinder stundenlang austoben können. Die Pool-Landschaft ist ebenfalls ein Highlight – es gibt einen tollen Indoorpool und draußen zwei weitere Pools, darunter ein Mini-Becken mit sehr flachem Wasser, das perfekt für Babys und Kleinkinder ist. Hier kommen sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Die Waschräume sind super sauber und die Trockner sowie Waschmaschinen funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zudem die Lage: Die Niagara-Fälle sind ganz in der Nähe und lassen sich völlig unkompliziert und entspannt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, sodass man den Camper beruhigt auf dem Platz stehen lassen kann. Wir können diesen Campingplatz uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder! 5 von 5 Sternen!
