We like coming to the Niagara koa, but they need to get the outside pools open and heated. The inside pool was so bleached the entire weekend that my kids didn’t get to swim and it was 28 degrees outside. Could have used the outdoor pools….

We had a very nice stay. We were a little disappointed that our grass was not cut and was long. The activities for the kids were very good but the magic show was disappointing as it would not accommodate the people. Maybe a different location. Great weekend

Ended up on site 163. Scrappy site but I guess I got there last so drew the short straw. Happens. Overall site quality was more poor than usual and put a small damper on the weekend. Otherwise all is great at this KOA.

We had a great time, but after a heavy rain, our pitch was full of mud. One less pleasant thing was that the sewer from the other camp site was right in our space, very close to our table where we ate every meal, and there was no way to avoid it because the sewer was right in the middle of our space.

It was very busy, just too much. I also was very disappointed as I paid for a premium site which I thought had a paw pen, website on booking is very misleading, only to find I didn’t get what I wanted.

We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the park and amenities. One suggestion would be to reinforce the adult swim time, as they did not always seem to be followed. It would also help to remind guests not to cut through occupied campsites, as it impacts privacy and enjoyment for campers. Looking forward to returning!

Again what a great weekend. All staff amazing. Morgan at the office is an amazing asset to the group very pleasant and accommodating. Never had any issues in all the years I’ve been going there. Next trip back is Labour Day weekend, but may have to be sooner. Cheers staff, enjoy your summer

We loved it. Nly complain os regarding the swimming pool and the hot tub kids rule. Would be great to have clear signs to understand the rules as they are confusing.

We had a wonderful visit with our 2 grandchildren. Indoor pool was a bit chilly and overcrowded but we weren't overly concerned as there was plenty of other activities to entertain the kids. We'll be back ���

The site I was put on had recently had a trench dug through it leaving a muddy strip from front to back . I realize only the indoor pool was open but no staff at the pool to regulate any type of rules resulting in a few insidents were I had altercation with people throwing balls and almost hitting my 9 month old grandson. Very disappointed.

Our site was soak in water, wouln’t drain at all. Our fire pit was a pool.

It was too muddy in our sit we will not pick that sit again...we could not enjoy the firepit due to the mud... we needed the tent for food shelter and where told to take it down other people had food shelters we had to take ours down that was not nice since it was raining...

We loved site 19 and the magician was super funny and engaging. We love everything about this camping resort including how clean all the sites are.

Always wonderful, great staff!!! Asst Manager was very helpful. It’s amazing if I was to find one fault it would be that you’re kind of cramming things in a lot.

Way too crowded people were parking in the roads. Grass was long and unkept. Lots of mud the roads and sites need gravel.

The park is well run and in a perfect location for many attractions. The park offers many amenities and the staff are great The only issue we had, which was unavoidable, was that there was a water leak on the site next to us and the water was off for three days and we had construction going on most of that time.

Very nice campground. Clean shower house. The staff was super nice and helpful. The sites without a brick patio can become very soggy and muddy (ours and multiple neighbors around us were for the first two days). They do offer better ones with brick patios though. Will definitely come back and request a lot with a patio.

Great site away from noise. Train doesn't count as I find the sound of a train relaxing.

Coming and staying at N.F. KOA is like a trip down memory lane for us. We began coming there 35 years or so ago when our kids were very small and we all loved it. We've seen many changes over the years there but most of them are good changes. Always clean and well managed, we feel at home there.

Excellent staff at check-in/out. As we entered the park, we were impressed until we saw the numerous potholes on the roads and poor lot signage to find your site. Roads are also poorly marked for directional traffic. Very confusing. The first night it rained and our site was flooded and we were forced to move to another site. Staff were very apologetic and accommodating. Wouldn't stay again.

We love the Niagara Koa. Unfortunately our last stay was 48 hours without water due to a water supply leak on the main water supply to the park. We left one night early due to this. We understand that things happen beyond your control. We still like travelling to the Niagara Koa.

Very good stay. Only thing is your roads. Lots of dips that fill up with water after rain. May be a good idea to resurface them.

Although it was wet weekend, i was impressed with the amenities here. Not often you find an indoor pool along with two adult hot tubs. There were advertised activities and lots to keep anyone busy. The campground and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I’ll definitely be returning to this KOA.

Site très beau et très propre. Salle de bain impeccable, sauf qu'il manquait un verrou sur la porte de douche à l'intérieur de la salle des femmes. Même si nous étions au tout début de la saison (séjour du 9 au 13 mai), on aurait aimé que la piscine intérieure soit ouverte jusqu'à 21h, comme la fin de semaine, car on n'a pas eu l'occasion d'en profiter à notre retour des visites d

This is such a well run and friendly park. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Lots to do or not do as you like. Highly recommend and we will return for sure.

Just a great place to go with family of all ages. We played mini golf, corn hole, pickle ball and more. The upgrade to the indoor pool looks amazing. It’s all so well maintained. Love the flexibility of camping, cabins and all variety of accommodations. It’s a great way for us to camp with extended family that don’t love the whole tenting thing.

We were in town for grandkids hockey tournament so did not get a chance to take advantage of all the park had to offer. This is one of the nicest KOA’s we have stayed at in our travels and we’ve been to many! Washrooms were very clean, staff was very friendly, store was well stocked with rv needs and other needs and park was very well laid out and clean. We will be back!

I wanted to score 5* as usual but this time my site was very bad flooded with water under the grass every time I wanted to step in my RV I have to have my feet full with water and mud to be able to go in or out. It was difficult for my wife and our dog I have to keep carrying her as she will sink in the mud. My shoes was destroyed as I did not imagine the site enterance will be that bad .

This was our first visit and will not be our last. Mother’s Day was absolutely perfect because of KOA NIAGARA. From the second we arrived until we departed it was perfect. The staff are truly amazing and everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful. The grounds are phenomenal and so many fun activities. Our kids had so much fun they asked to go back the second we left!! Thank you KOA

Literally the nicest KOA we have ever been to. So many things for the kiddos to do! We stayed in a buddy site and the 'courtyard' was enormous. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and/or going camping near the falls. Great Great Campground!

Wir sind aktuell mit dem Camper hier auf dem KOA Holiday und absolut begeistert! Der Campingplatz ist wunderschön angelegt, extrem gepflegt und bietet wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders für Familien ist der Platz ein absolutes Paradies: Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz und ein riesiges Hüpfkissen (Springkissen), auf dem sich die Kinder stundenlang austoben können. Die Pool-Landschaft ist ebenfalls ein Highlight – es gibt einen tollen Indoorpool und draußen zwei weitere Pools, darunter ein Mini-Becken mit sehr flachem Wasser, das perfekt für Babys und Kleinkinder ist. Hier kommen sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Die Waschräume sind super sauber und die Trockner sowie Waschmaschinen funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zudem die Lage: Die Niagara-Fälle sind ganz in der Nähe und lassen sich völlig unkompliziert und entspannt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, sodass man den Camper beruhigt auf dem Platz stehen lassen kann. Wir können diesen Campingplatz uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder! 5 von 5 Sternen!
