The delux cabin accommodation has everything you need. The Koa niagara is great place to go with family. In general the staffs are cordial and respectful, exept one. I have a episode witn one staff very rude witn my boys and my husband and I saw her treating other same way.

Mostly enjoyable except for one incident at the pool. Hot water tub sign said adults only but a sign on the fence said 12 y/o are allowed w/ a guardian. My kids asked permission from an employee if they can go in it and he said it was ok bec they we're both 12. So they went to the tub where their elder sis was, but not even 2 min, same employee started yelling at them and kick them out of the tub

Our experience with KOA far exceeded my expectations. The deluxe cabin was beautiful, roomy and clean. There was so much for my kids to do, and I didn't feel like I was paying for every little activity as most amenities were included. (Including unexpected ones like mini-golf and wagon rides). The staff were incredibly friendly. The playground was next level fun. We're definitely coming back!

Honestly, it was a great stay overall. The staff is incredible Anthony at the desk, Steve driving around, we honestly love seeing the same faces every year. Cons were: *the cleanliness of the cabin. *The inability to park and use amenities prior to checking in. We drive 3 hours with 3 kids to come only to find out this has changed after 4 years of doing it. Huge disappointment.

Overall it was a good experience. A few things that we weren’t happy about were the fact that the restaurant was out of a lot (no ground beef, no pizzas) so we ended up having dinner elsewhere. So many kids are running around unsupervised and doing things that are against the campground rules. The room we had wasn’t the cleanest either.

First time staying at a KOA campground and I have to say I left very pleased from our stay in the deluxe cabin the grounds and pools are clean everyone there was respectful and friendly. We are already planning our vacation for a return next year.

I loved my stay. The cabin was clean and cozy. The fan in the cabin was a saving grace. Had a lot of fun with my cousins who stayed in the tent. Having access to electrical and water outlets was lovely. Loved the indoor pool and the buggy ride. The text message updates were awesome. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

We had a great time. The activities for the kids were amazing- my kids especially loved the bikes, the playground is amazing. The cabins were clean, the bbq was in great working condition, nice deck. The staff were very friendly. A suggestion for improvement would be the warm water. It was difficult to get the right temp to wash my kids. It went from hot to cold and there was really no in between

All was decent. Washrooms are fairly clean and are tended to regularly. The only issue i have is the slopes that make it hard for wheelchairs at the bathrooms. ... an maybe the skunks. But the activities are great. People are fairly friendly. 1 of the hottubs werent working during my stay but the other was good. I definitely recommend it though.

it was the a long weekend and the bathrooms at least the female one was pretty dirty. I think that cleaning more than once per day is needed.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Front desk is so helpful and polite!! Washrooms are clean, and so are the grounds!! Lots of fun for kids, and adults!! Overall the best staycation ever!! Will come back for sure!!

Nous avons loué un chalet de luxe, 2 adultes et 3 enfants avec notre chien, tout etait parfait. Le chalet et propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons « mixé » activités sur le site et à l’extérieur et nos 6 jours ont été bien remplis. Le service est exceptionnel, les employés passent plusieurs fois par jour pour les poubelles, le bois ou autres demandes. Nous recommandons fortement ce campi

This was my 7th visit in 10 years and the worst experience I've had yet. Normally we are allowed to check in early and when our cabin is ready, they call us for the keys. They no longer do that and it just becomes overwhelming for the staff at check in time. I watched the cleaning staff in the washroom making a personal phone call for 30 mins while working. I'd go on more if I had more space.

The outdoor pools are small lots of kids which is good but some guest I’m sure are there to relax and enjoy the sun and pool but it’s very hard to when all you hear is yelling and getting splashing all the time.

The sight has great amenities but we felt a little disappointed this time. The pools were not clean to the standard they’ve been in the past. It also feels like the tent sights are really close to one another. It didn’t live up to our standards like it has it the past.

We rented a cabin this time and on the booking site it said the cabins had a/c but when we got there it said it didn't. We did a little digging and found a small section that said no a/c but my email it said it did. Really disappointing. It was SO HOT and if known, we would have brought our own fans. It was a VERY uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the fun activities it would have ruined the stay

I came to visit friends that were here for a night and I was amazed at how beautiful the park is and how many amazing things that are available for children and adults alike. I live down the street and am amazed at the beautiful park right around the corner! Great staff!

My family and I stayed at this Niagara Falls KOA for a few days while visiting the falls for the first time, and it has easily been our favorite KOA experience so far. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds were well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool, but there are also great outdoor options, including a larger pool with a depth of up to 9 feet and a shallow wading pool for younger children. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, which serves delicious food, sweet treats, and even adult beverages. Overall, this campground offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
