It was amazing! So many things to do and the basic cabins were quite comfortable! If I had one complaint it would be the distance away from the bathrooms. And I don’t understand why the bathrooms are close to the cabins that have bathrooms rather than those that don’t but I didn’t build the park so I’m not sure why those decisions were made

Our first stay at this campground was amazing! Perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls and Toronto. The little cabin was cozy with super comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, and lots of activities for the kids. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

It was great campground. The accommodations were lovely. My only suggestion would be that all other campsites in Niagara (that we have visited) allow guests to stay later the day of check out. Usually after checking out by 11am (which is normal) campers are able to stay at the park until around 2pm or so. Just wanted to let you know that is what we have found.

Very disappointed with KOA Niagara. We’ve come every year as 4 members, asking to stay together, but this time it felt like they split us up on purpose to push extra fees—while neighbors admitted they hadn’t paid. We couldn’t even use the park before check-in and were told to “go to Walmart.” Unwelcoming, inconsistent, and poor service. You’ve lost 4 loyal guests.

We enjoyed our stay. We have been to this campground on many occasions and there is always something new we experience each time. I liked that we had a ceiling fan in the cabin. It helps in the warm summer nights. The campground is always clean, staff are friendly, and I love the proximity it is to Clifton Hill.

This is the 3rd year I ho to KOA Niagara with my family.We love going there so much but at this time we experienced some issues.The cabin was not ready yet when we got there at 4pm.My husband and I couldn’t sleep properly both nights because of the mattress.It is too soft and we felt we were sinking there.Not comfortable at all.one staff was rude with my child and cousin because of the hot tub.

Stayed in large deluxe cabin for 6 nights it was very nice. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults and 2 child was not enough. Glad they opened the campgrounds fire pit twice while we were there so my grandson got his s’mores despite the fire ban.

The cabins were clean and really practicale, the only thing i would say shoud be modified is the accessibility for wheelchairs. The doors shoud be a bit wider and there should be a possibility to have two double beds instead of a bunk bed. Other than that. I would recommend the cabins.

Kids had a ball. Loved the bikes or quads or whatever you call them, activities swimming and the choice of indoor or outdoor pool. The bouncie pillow was a big hit and I appreciated the chance to sit in the patio and have a beer. and a pizza.

We had a great stay, first time! It was unfortunate we couldn't have a fire but it happens, and we had a huge ant problem in our cottage, but hey thats camping. Looking forward to our next adventure with KOA

We are a family of 4. The Deluxe cabin was perfect. I wish it had slightly larger bunk for teenagers, but for a couple of nights they were comfortable.

We’ve camped at this KOA for 10 years, but this visit was disappointing. The back bathrooms smelled of urine, showers were dirty, and cleaning didn’t match the posted times. Our cabin had gum stuck on the shelf. The jumping pillow was closed 10 minutes early each night. Sadly, the quality and care at this KOA have gone downhill from what it once was.

We had the best stay!! My kids were downtown enjoying the attractions and then decided they just want to be at the KOA. We will be making this our yearly getaway. My children were also over the moon excited about having a cabin with bunk beds too. Overall, I am very happy with everything.

My family had alot of fun we ended up staying 2 extra days. There was always something to do and love that most thing's like mini golf or renting equipment for games :) oh and loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Kids were disappointed that they weren't allowed in hot tub but that may be good for some parents trying to relax if there was kids that dont sit quiet and respect it like my kids do.

Always clean and excellent service. Only constructive criticism I can offer is that it would be great if we could have access to the site while we wait for cabins to be ready. We arrived an hour earlier this time around and didn’t really know what to do after 6 hours of driving. Air conditioning worked good, appreciate that. Some cabins are showing their age ... Inside floor starting to slope at back and some rot showing outside at rear cc12. Inside was clean.Will try to get the grandkids to join us as so much to do for them. KOA Niagara is one of the best we have stayed at. Cheers.

Easy check in and check out, friendly staff, cabin was clean, garbage was picked up frequently from all sites, campground in general is very well maintained. The location is excellent for visiting the falls and yet we felt like we were in a quiet location. We had a great time!

We had a blast during our stay! The cabin was so clean and well maintained. Look like new inside. The amenities and activities kept us very busy. The kids enjoyed the crafting, mining and bikes. We will definitely be return customers. Our only complaints was the late check in for cabins because we missed all the fun our first night trying to get settled, it would be great to keep the pub open late

Brought our granddaughters and they loved it as much as us! Lots to do for kids and adults and so many available activities within minutes outside of KOA. Definitely a great family atmosphere and we highly recommend!

Cabins without air conditioning are too hot there is not enough windows to allow for air flow. Communication was not very good. There was a fire ban put in place after check in and we were not told. Also the deep outdoor pool was out of order and that should have been put on your website.

We have been camping in the last 20 years and this is by far the last on our list. - it`s too dusty - the cabins are mixed around tents and RV`s - no extra space to play around the cabin - the campsite is in the city. Too busy and noisy - train passing, ambulance, cars - etc - it feels like a recreational park and not a campsite - the pools are tiny and they let people use float tubes

Wir sind aktuell mit dem Camper hier auf dem KOA Holiday und absolut begeistert! Der Campingplatz ist wunderschön angelegt, extrem gepflegt und bietet wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders für Familien ist der Platz ein absolutes Paradies: Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz und ein riesiges Hüpfkissen (Springkissen), auf dem sich die Kinder stundenlang austoben können. Die Pool-Landschaft ist ebenfalls ein Highlight – es gibt einen tollen Indoorpool und draußen zwei weitere Pools, darunter ein Mini-Becken mit sehr flachem Wasser, das perfekt für Babys und Kleinkinder ist. Hier kommen sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Die Waschräume sind super sauber und die Trockner sowie Waschmaschinen funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zudem die Lage: Die Niagara-Fälle sind ganz in der Nähe und lassen sich völlig unkompliziert und entspannt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, sodass man den Camper beruhigt auf dem Platz stehen lassen kann. Wir können diesen Campingplatz uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder! 5 von 5 Sternen!

I came to visit friends that were here for a night and I was amazed at how beautiful the park is and how many amazing things that are available for children and adults alike. I live down the street and am amazed at the beautiful park right around the corner! Great staff!

My family and I stayed at this Niagara Falls KOA for a few days while visiting the falls for the first time, and it has easily been our favorite KOA experience so far. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds were well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool, but there are also great outdoor options, including a larger pool with a depth of up to 9 feet and a shallow wading pool for younger children. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, which serves delicious food, sweet treats, and even adult beverages. Overall, this campground offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
