ceiling fans have huge dust bunnies...upper window ledges as well. So much dust you can just look up and see it all. Great place for the kids with every ammeniti you can wish for.

Our 2-night stay with my relatives was great! It was our first time to experience KOA and was truly satisfied - from the customer service, the cabin we stayed and down to the activities and facilities available within the campgrounds. We will surely come back again and spread our satisfactory experience. Keep it up!

The improvements to the KOA and the changes they have made to the park, the activities is great! Only couple of things that are worth mentioning. The restaurant or cafe onsite, it is closed on Sundays but most people come camping on the weekends. It should ideally be open both Saturday and Sunday. The shower in the deluxe cabin was great !! But the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

Another amazing stay at KOA Niagara! The office staff are friendly and helpful. Our BBQ at the site ran out of propane while trying to cook 10 steaks! They quickly brought a new one. Thanks KOA for making our annual family time fantastic!

We were so impressed with the service. The staff is super friendly. Our cabin was spotless and we felt so at home. This is our second year here and we'll be back again next year.

Mostly everything was wonderful, clean with attentive and friendly staff. Only complaint was that the woman’s shower room at the pool smelled strongly of urine and the hot tub needed more frequent cleaning as the water was a bit murky. I did tell staff about the shower and they responded right away.

Everything was great the only issues we had was the cabin screen door was extremely squeaky which i asked a few times to have to fixed but no one came and there were no muskoka chairs to sit by the fire which didn't match the picture so bring your own chairs.

We had an amazing time! The only thing I can think off that would be better is that when our cabin was chosen, there were many still vacant during our stay, yet our cabin (18) was at the end of one of the main roads which we got many headlights from slow drivers blinding us at night. Wish we were assigned a different cabin, but other than that, we had such an amazing time. Thank you!!

We visit Niagara KOA twice a year. Overall, everything has always been excellent — the area is clean, the staff are friendly, and we enjoy coming back regularly. This time, the indoor pool wasn’t very clean, which was disappointing since it’s great for cooler weather. Also, for health reasons, guests should wear proper swimwear, not T-shirts. For the last few years we come here in spring and end of the summer. My kids already have made friends who also come same time. The place is clean, got all the amenities, and the staff is friendly. We already waiting for the 2026 season.

Amazing,, the boys loved the games and activities. The welcoming of us able to being my dog. The cottage for 4 people was spacious. You had everything needed in our stay, the welcome coffee, a large fridge, two bedrooms not side by side, the trove and oven. The professional service at sign in and out was fast. Also the security in park. Loved the food we ordered Thank You foe everything

We had a great stay but was hoping the indoor pool was open later until 10pm since we had things to do during the day. I was also disappointed that when we were thinking of staying a third night in the hotel that it was a minimum of 2 nights stay even though we had just stayed in the deluxe cabin for 2 nights. So we decided to stay somewhere else for a third night. I love you can rent a golf cart

My family and I spent 7 nights in a cabin leading into labour day weekend. The park Celebrates Halloween that weekend , with decorating and Trick or treating for the kids. so many activities all weekend long and well organized. All staff made us feel at home and so welcome , I will be spending labour day weekend there each year because of our passion for Halloween and how welcome we felt �ϋ� KO

I can see the upgrades made, very impressed. For my cabin the blinds didnt work well. Some even broken. Windows hard to open. Also the air conditioner and TV stopped working. Also consider washing the pot holders as they may not be included in the laundry, ours smelled very badly. Otherwise very near and clean overall and enjoyed out stay. Love the activities.

Accommodations and amenities were as expected. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and the only thing it needed was a separate container for recyclables beside the garbage under the sink.

We really enjoyed our time there. There were lots of activities to do and the campground provided great programming as well. The country feel of the campground provided a nice contrast to the chaos down by the Falls.

The staff for check in was wonderful! Only issue we had is the older gentlemen on golf carts at 9pm telling us to shut down the campfires was not great as we were all sitting around just enjoying a nice campfire, they were so rude to the kids walking around too

My daughter and I stayed in a cabin. We were there to visit the Falls. Clean, Bathhouse small and showers really small with low water pressure. Amenities were great. Pools, bikes, playground, community firepit and activities awesome. Family and children friendly. Would return if grandchildren are with us.

We had a great 3-night stay in a Deluxe Cabin. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Our kids enjoyed the near endless activities and other amenities - buggie-riding, the pools, trampolines and activities, such as movie night and the community campfire.

DC Cabin has plenty of room for sleeping 4, however the kitchen is crammed with appliances and lack of counter space Cabin not sitting level as doors need to be held open, some electrical outlets spark when plugged in (reported to desk staff)

The cabin was clean and comfortable, however, it's advertised that there is a fridge in the cabin, there wasn't. The one outlet is far from the beds making plugging in CPAP (a medical device required for sleep) difficult. The one bathroom nearest to CC14 was disgusting and lovingly referred to as "The Barn" by myself and my sister. Would we stay again? probably not. Barrie koa is better.

Wir sind aktuell mit dem Camper hier auf dem KOA Holiday und absolut begeistert! Der Campingplatz ist wunderschön angelegt, extrem gepflegt und bietet wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders für Familien ist der Platz ein absolutes Paradies: Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz und ein riesiges Hüpfkissen (Springkissen), auf dem sich die Kinder stundenlang austoben können. Die Pool-Landschaft ist ebenfalls ein Highlight – es gibt einen tollen Indoorpool und draußen zwei weitere Pools, darunter ein Mini-Becken mit sehr flachem Wasser, das perfekt für Babys und Kleinkinder ist. Hier kommen sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Die Waschräume sind super sauber und die Trockner sowie Waschmaschinen funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zudem die Lage: Die Niagara-Fälle sind ganz in der Nähe und lassen sich völlig unkompliziert und entspannt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, sodass man den Camper beruhigt auf dem Platz stehen lassen kann. Wir können diesen Campingplatz uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder! 5 von 5 Sternen!

I came to visit friends that were here for a night and I was amazed at how beautiful the park is and how many amazing things that are available for children and adults alike. I live down the street and am amazed at the beautiful park right around the corner! Great staff!

My family and I stayed at this Niagara Falls KOA for a few days while visiting the falls for the first time, and it has easily been our favorite KOA experience so far. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds were well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool, but there are also great outdoor options, including a larger pool with a depth of up to 9 feet and a shallow wading pool for younger children. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, which serves delicious food, sweet treats, and even adult beverages. Overall, this campground offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
