The only beef we have it that the campfire needs to be put out at midnight. For those who have children , it doesn't give much of a time to relax and sit and enjoy the fire 1 am would be great .

The staff is always next level, so polite and willing to help! There were minor things that we encountered that were disappointing- our bed in deluxe cabin 18 was broken on the right front corner, so the whole bed would tip up if you sat there. And secondly, the private cabin wifi never worked which was disappointing because that's part of the benefit of those cabins, and we had to tether phones

I rented a cabin and RV site. The cabin had spiders. The RV site was flooded quite a bit. Made it hard to get in and out of the camper. For the most part I enjoyed the location and the people were very friendly. Will stay here again.

As always another great time at this KOA. Everyone that works there are fabulous and always willing to help. So glad to see that the ice cream machine was finally working this year and enjoyed a sundae a couple of times. Can't wait to go back next year for holidays which will be our 8th year going.

This cabin was so much better than the last. Everything worked incl. A/C and blinds. A few years ago, my cabin was falling apart.

I booked a stay as a get away from a very busy year and at around 6/7am I was awaken by a loud train behind my cabin. There were many other cabins available/empty but I somehow was assigned one very close to the train tracks. The rest of the campground was great. It was all very clean, organized and inviting but just a bit too loud and not very relaxing. I'm not sure if I would choose here again.

Campground and personal where excellent, however we will not be back. We can no longer look after our handycapped daughter on our own.We hired a support worker to give us a hand but she failed to show up, not your problem! There're thousands of us parents with means and handicapped children that would love a week in the park.this could be a businesss opportunity as well as a community deed.thanks

Nice place to stay , liked it. lot of water collection after rain fall everywhere at the site, not easy to get around. Some activity got cancelled there was no alternate activity.

Great stay. Our kids loved the programming and many play options (mini golf, swimming and bouncing pillow). We loved the cabin option and being close to the city centre. one small drawback: our campfire pit had garbage and cigarette butts in it that we had to clean out before we could use it.

We stay every year. Have.a great time each time. Glad to see such a beautiful community camp fire area and the many games were great to play. We were disappointed that they had done away with the chocolate bar bingo and karaoke. That was the only activities great for the older kids. They were disappointed. However the pools needed more attending to. They were quite merky and dirty many times.

Had a great time at KOA Niagara Falls. There are lots of activities to choose from. Having the indoor pool is an advantage if you want to stay out of the sun. Enjoyed the patio bar for lunch one day and it was not overpriced which is refreshing.

We decided to pay extra and get the deluxe cabin, fruit flies all over and in the bathroom as well. There were cob webs up around the bathroom and doors, for the price paid we feel it is not very well cleaned and it had a musty smell that hit you when you walked in, not good for anyone with lung issues. As for the actual campgrounds, always people cleaning the pools , grounds good.

Stay was fine. Unfortunately my son got hurt really bad during use of the 4 seater bike rental. With no seat belts in the front he fell out of the vehicle during a turn and was subsequently run over by it. He suffered a lot of cuts and abrasions over his body which limited his mobility and enjoyment for the remainder of the trip.

Rented 2 cabins with family this year. Much nicer having a/c Kabin 16 was great Kabin 10 had some issues with trying to lock the door from inside first time bringing my grandson and he enjoyed everything he did. 5th year in a row I have come here. Enjoy the campground

We stayed for 6 nights in a deluxe cabin and had a great week. My kids loved all the activities, the sites were beautiful and clean and it was a nice getaway.

You guys make it so hard for us . I have to rent second site for be able to have my friend 6 people per site but only 1 tent this is outrageous. No fire after 12 am really don't see the purpose and someone dump full bucket of water on the fire impossible to cook breakfast next day . For those reason I will not recommend Koa to anyone and I will no comeback ever . Thanks

Mostly good things to say, clean camp grounds, cabins were great, people were friendly. Some improvements would be to install dividers between the urinals in the men’s bathrooms. Some of the toilets didn’t flush everything down right away and required multiple flushes (and no, my craps weren’t huge, even just toilet paper from blowing my nose wouldn’t go down). The multiple pools and play. Options for kids was nice. Lots to do in the area so a nice hub for visiting the falls. Would lower the cost of bike rentals. A movie night during the week or later time for amenity closure would be nice.

We stayed as a family. We had 2 cabins and an RV site. Other than a little water leak everything was great. The staff was excellent. There are so many things for the kids to do. Bring right at the WeGo bus stop made it even better.

Overall stay was wasn’t bad but my initial room we requested the person must have smoked a whole pack of cigarettes so it smelled really bad and I had my 3 daughters including a one year old so the smell was horrendous. We eventually got moved to a Delux Cabin but we should have never been able to check the room in the first place. The cleaners shouldn’t have made it available for us to check

We really like your cabins, the play areas and set up and cleanliness. But the indoor pool in the evening needs to be cleaning. It was very dirty my kids didn"t want to swim . The time was around 7.30 pm

We have been staying at the Niagara Falls Koa for about 10 years now and happy with that but lask weekend we were told that we no longer get free night at the next long weekends if we want to stay at the Deluxe cabins. Now only the smaller Camping Cabins with no washrooms we will get a free night on the long weekend anymore. That's NOT RIGHT. we lost this benefit.

Great experience! I'm impressed with your Staff's professionalism and quick action when I reported that there was a loose dog at the camp site and when someone parked at our parking spot. Campsite and facilities are well maintained and clean.

This was our first time at a KOA and we were very impressed with the number of activities available for kids, and adults, to partake in. There were a few points of disappointment regarding our cabin and our neighbours, but it didn’t necessarily weigh negatively on our trip.

Very nice, well kept KOA. Staff was very accommodating when we had to extend our check out by a few hours due to a medical issue. The grounds were very well kept. The playground was amazing. Would definitely stay again!
