Our cabin was infested with ants so bad that I couldn't even cook inside like I had planned to do. Also there was mold in the bathroom . The staff came and sprayed for the ants and took photos of the mold. On my walk I noticed a few smaller cabins with lots of wood rot at the bottom.The staff wouldn't give me a discount on my stay knowing I couldn't cook inside and seen ants crawling all over us.

My family loves Niagara Falls KOA. Everyone is very nice and kind, the facilities are great! We are always planning our next stay!

We LOVED that our large Deluxe pet free cottage was actually PET FREE. No pet dander/hair on blankets, beds etc. (no asthma flare-ups) The cottage was perfect! Very impressed with the well maintained/clean property. We LOVED being able to use the indoor lovely pool and hot tub during our chilly and wet stay. Nice safe playground for our grandchildren.

We only stayed one night out of the 3, We had ants in our cabin, and in the top bunk, had to rearrange sleeping arrangements, had to double up, had an ant crawling on our food, found the cabin almost drafty as you could see outside between a few of the logs, we did take pictures and videos of the ants and gaps, we did bring it up to the main office and we were gently bushed off in a kind voice...

This is our second time staying at the Niagara Falls KOA and we will definitely be back. Our only issue was the door to our cabin was finicky. Sometimes it wouldn’t stay shut unless you repeatedly turn the knob. And there were Asian Lady Beetles in the cabin. We stayed in the same cabin last year and there were a lot more of them then. It would be nice if the cabin could be sprayed.

We love coming here and renting the delux cabin. It has the comfort of a home and well set up with bedding and utensils. Bonus is the kuerig machine. Will be using this campground many more times in the years.

Stayed in CD70 and found it amazing. Originally booked bc of elderly mother in law who unfortunately wasn’t unable to come. However, we enjoyed the extra space and were able to have a couple of grandkids come and stay. We made many great mem9ries and the weather was on our side as well. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the great weekend.

This was our second stay, so that should say something. We didn't realize that the mini split in the cabin didn't provide heat, and were a little confused by that. It was fine, we were plenty warm with our sleeping bag. Otherwise great KOA and another great stay!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. We were with a family group and had four cabins. It was a very enjoyable stay. Cabins were clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. My only comments would be I wished they had a kettle and teapot in the cabins. I also wish the patio was open on the weekend.

The place is clean and quiet ... maybe, because it's almost off-season... however, I requested a cabin for 2 people, but we got a Motel room ... just got lucky that my daughter-in-law is satisfied with the motel-type room. Thank you. Hoping to see you again next year.

This stay was a bit difficult compared to previous. The cooking situation was difficult and when I had asked about it prior to booking and staying it was not explained in a way that was helpful. That was disappointing. Our tv didn’t work but that was okay. The food prep was more of an issue for me this time. One other callout would be if the adult swim time for the indoor pool would be ear

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Clean, spacious, bed is comfortable, friendly staff. Impressed with how well the grounds & cabins were maintained. Enjoyed pickleball but the balls frequently rolled under the net. Could that be fixed? Our plug in by the kitchen sink was not working but maintenance staff fixed it for us. He could not solve the wifi issue so no internet for a week.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Easy check-in. The camp store has everything you need and is very clean and well displayed. The grounds are well kept. Our deluxe cabin was clean and very comfortable. We had an issue when we arrived, our amoke/carbon monoxide defectors was beeping. Within minutes a staff member was there to fix it.

Upon arrival we noticed how clean the campground was. The staff at check in were so very friendly. We rented a small deluxe cabin and had a small issue with the shower. We reported it to staff and within a very short time the problem was fixed. Nice family campground with many activities for the kids and the whole family. We would definitely stay here again.

I came to visit friends that were here for a night and I was amazed at how beautiful the park is and how many amazing things that are available for children and adults alike. I live down the street and am amazed at the beautiful park right around the corner! Great staff!

My family and I stayed at this Niagara Falls KOA for a few days while visiting the falls for the first time, and it has easily been our favorite KOA experience so far. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds were well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool, but there are also great outdoor options, including a larger pool with a depth of up to 9 feet and a shallow wading pool for younger children. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, which serves delicious food, sweet treats, and even adult beverages. Overall, this campground offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
