We love KOA Niagara Falls location. This stay was a little disappointing however, activities were closed, no bike rentals or even cornhole. I understand it's passed peak season, that being said the prices should reflect this. Maybe more of the cabins would be filled if that were the case.

Two hrs after checking in and setting up, my dog had a fight with a skunk under our motorhome. My dog got a cut above his right eye, got sprayed And our motorhome was un sleepable. The next day, vet bills, cleaning our RV costs, we lost a day and half. We told the staff what happened, all they told to buy a skunk spray. The next night we found the skunk by the pool, the staff told us that th

Wow what a great site, two night here and the Wego bus right outside made it super easy to get down to the falls area. The welcome from Claudia made our first night in the RV a real pleasure. Plus we had a major issue with a broken key and I cannot thank Lisa enough for her support in connecting us with a local locksmith who came out and fixed the issue really quickly - Amazing Team ���

Staff was very helpful. There is a WEGO bus stop at the KOA. And the grounds are great.

The cover of the sewer was broken in half when we arrived #61. I felt badly for the adjoining site as their picnic table was near it as the sites are tight together. I do not understand why the maintenance staff can miss this on their daily inspection. And it is an easy fix. It is a basic expectation that the mitigation for any odours is a high priority.

The heater in our cabin was broken but other than that our stay was 10/10. Kids and adults alike all had an absolute blast. Shared facilities were pleasant and very clean. Lots of things to do. Items in the camp store including fire wood were fairly priced. Great trip , definitely a new family tradition for us

10pm radio cut off and 12am fire cut off were our only rules issues. Better signage to help campers find their sites is needed.

The Deluxe Cabins were great and the facilities in the park are impressive. However, security prevented any sort of fun. While I understand there are rules, the communication was not friendly and may prevent us from visiting again.

One of the nicest KOA's ve visited during our 3 week trip across the North East US and Canada. One thing needs improvement; The capacity of your wifi system hardly enabled us to use the internet or to send foto's home.

Very nice property. Enjoyed the proximity to the falls. The town of Niagara Falls was very nice although very crowded.

We reported shower in Dlx Cabin 4 leaked onto floor @ sink. Nite before ckout, found water under the bunk. Reminding in case next renter shoves suitcase under there. Maybe not curtain, maybe leak behind wall? Otherwise, great accomodations. Hey, how bout vinyl curtains @ patio w/ patio heaters for card play in cool weather?? Would love that!

I do not understand why you allowed people arrive at 11;00 pm and making nuise till 1:30 am. Those people unpacked their car to a cabine loudly and they were talking to each other very loudly. That was very disappointing our last night at your campground.

Lovely campground, so well maintained. We arrived after the office was closed on the 12th of September but a nice young man took us to our site and wished us a good stay. Only issue we had was the last night when “Rams of Ontario” came in. They were loud & allowed their children to run all over our site & scream. Beau séjour d’une semaine , le camping est très propre , avec beaucoup de divertissements. Piscines et Spas étaient très agréables. Jeux extérieurs . Les 2 parcs à chiens nos 2 Pugs ont bien aimé. A proximité des attractions locales… Le personnel est très courtois. Nous reviendrons pour une cinquième fois c’est certain. Merci

The campground were well maintained, but for me personally, everyone was way too close together. The location was a campground in the middle of the city. The grounds were clean and tidy, and I did really like the light on the top of the power pole. It is close to Niagra Falls and that is why I chose it, so it is handy for that!

Staff was friendly & helpful — answered all our WeGo questions fully and gave us good info for getting around. Loved walking around & seeing all the different rigs at the campground, everyone seemed to be having a great time. Definitely would recommend.

ous avons adoré notre séjour au koa Niagara. Propreté, tranquillité, salle de bain ultra-propre. employer vraiment super gentil... À 10 minutes en voiture des chutes et centre-ville. Je vous le recommande et nous y reviendrons à coup sûr.

Really nice KOA. Very convenient location for everything Niagara Falls. Great Staff, decent internet access and WEGO Red line at your doorstep. A must stay for your visit to Niagara Falls!!

I have stayed in alot alot of campgrounds over the years and this is the nicest, cleanest, most friendly place I have ever stayed. We needed anything they where there in a blink. They deliver wood and even gave me ride back with my wood. Steve was very helpful with suggestions and ideas and we did them all. LOVE the indoor pool, and the whole park is kept in immaculate condition. CABINS, Tent area, kids playgrounds, and even a dog park. THIS is best campground ever!!! It is close to shopping and Niagara falls. You can even take a bus to falls which bus stop is across street. Can't wait to come again!!!!♡

What a lovely campground! Super for kids. Tons of activities, pools, parks, rental bikes, hammocks, places to walk. The layout is amazing, beautiful trees, cozy nooks with cabins, tenting, and RV areas. Super clean updated bathrooms. Great staff. Right downtown close to amenities. We had a large motorhome and we were able to get an excellent spot. Highly recommend.
