Great experience. The best part of the stay was the staff. Every single one of them was absolutely a customer service beast. Knew exactly what to do and treat guests well. Job well done. Additionally all the ameneties and pre-planned activities for the kids was all well organized. Really good experience. We are definitely returning.

We arrived at our campsite and found another tent already set up on it. We were reassigned, but all available sites were extremely muddy. Loud music, screaming children after quiet hours, and speeding cars and golf carts ruined the evenings. We left early due to an incoming storm, and staff said the only shelter was the washrooms. Very disappointing experience for a KOA

All was good except campers shouldn't leave there dog unattended. neighbours left there dog with door open and he barked all afternoon.

This is our 3rd annual May long weekend visit to Niagara Falls KOA with family and friends. We always have a blast. There are plenty activities for our younger and teenager children. My children always meet new and see their return friends again. We are planning to return next year again.

We enjoy the cabins, hot tubs, and pool even though someone forgot to turn the pump heater or something back on and it was freezing this weekend. Bathrooms are kept clean and staff are friendly and helpful!

Staff is excellent, as always! My only complaint is that the outdoor pools are almost never open on Victoria Day weekend. The indoor pool is usually so disgusting by the Sunday because it's the only one and all the kids are using it after being out and about (sunblock and sand.) Given the amount of money it costs to come and stay, the amenities should all be available.

We like coming to the Niagara koa, but they need to get the outside pools open and heated. The inside pool was so bleached the entire weekend that my kids didn’t get to swim and it was 28 degrees outside. Could have used the outdoor pools….

I usually rate higher, but this stay I was a little disappointed. My unit - motel room #25 had a faulty air conditioner, also the coffee machine didn’t work and there were no coffee cups provided. The snack bar did not have any of the food advertised. Usually it’s great but I was disappointed this year.

We had a very nice stay. We were a little disappointed that our grass was not cut and was long. The activities for the kids were very good but the magic show was disappointing as it would not accommodate the people. Maybe a different location. Great weekend

Ended up on site 163. Scrappy site but I guess I got there last so drew the short straw. Happens. Overall site quality was more poor than usual and put a small damper on the weekend. Otherwise all is great at this KOA.

We had a great time, but after a heavy rain, our pitch was full of mud. One less pleasant thing was that the sewer from the other camp site was right in our space, very close to our table where we ate every meal, and there was no way to avoid it because the sewer was right in the middle of our space.

It was very busy, just too much. I also was very disappointed as I paid for a premium site which I thought had a paw pen, website on booking is very misleading, only to find I didn’t get what I wanted.

We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the park and amenities. One suggestion would be to reinforce the adult swim time, as they did not always seem to be followed. It would also help to remind guests not to cut through occupied campsites, as it impacts privacy and enjoyment for campers. Looking forward to returning!

Again what a great weekend. All staff amazing. Morgan at the office is an amazing asset to the group very pleasant and accommodating. Never had any issues in all the years I’ve been going there. Next trip back is Labour Day weekend, but may have to be sooner. Cheers staff, enjoy your summer

We loved it. Nly complain os regarding the swimming pool and the hot tub kids rule. Would be great to have clear signs to understand the rules as they are confusing.

The kids had a blast. The staff as always were extremely friendly and accommodating. Only concerns were that after it rained my site and fire pit were pools of water or the remainder of the weekend as there seemed to be no drainage. Also, people hosting birthday parties were scanning in cars and the pool was so overcrowded from these non-paying guests, we couldn't swim.

We had a wonderful visit with our 2 grandchildren. Indoor pool was a bit chilly and overcrowded but we weren't overly concerned as there was plenty of other activities to entertain the kids. We'll be back ���

The site I was put on had recently had a trench dug through it leaving a muddy strip from front to back . I realize only the indoor pool was open but no staff at the pool to regulate any type of rules resulting in a few insidents were I had altercation with people throwing balls and almost hitting my 9 month old grandson. Very disappointed.

It was too muddy in our sit we will not pick that sit again...we could not enjoy the firepit due to the mud... we needed the tent for food shelter and where told to take it down other people had food shelters we had to take ours down that was not nice since it was raining...

Way too crowded people were parking in the roads. Grass was long and unkept. Lots of mud the roads and sites need gravel.

We love this location and we had a blast staying in your tent site. The only issue is that we were sold very wet wood from your shop and it was difficult to dry it out and have an enjoyable fire later in the evening when we returned to our site after dinner. Making sure you're selling dry wood is super important for better guest experience. Thank you for everything else!

Great Amenities, indoor & outdoor pools. Loved that garbage was picked up very promptly from site. We were fans of the soft serve ice cream! Wished KOA had a free shuttle in to the touristy falls area. We had a class c and e-bikes. Since there were no bike lanes on Lundy Lane, we felt a bit stranded. I did notice other class c that did not tow either so there Def. If a need for shuttle in my opinion. We did opt to Uber but it got pricey. Grocery store and Tim Hortons was within a walkable distance.

We stayed at Niagara Falls KOA for one night while passing through the area and had a great experience. The campground was easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The bathhouse and restrooms were particularly impressive—clean, modern, and well cared for. We didn't have enough time to take full advantage of the amenities, but they were actively being enjoyed by other guests and appeared to be clean, well maintained, and family-friendly. Based on our short stay, this is a campground we would gladly stay at again. Highly recommended.
