We were on site 204, in front of us there were a terrible number of tents when these sites were not supposed to have any. It was very noisy and there were a lot of people. It was almost impossible to drive around. We could not open our windows because it was too noisy. They are not listed on your campground map. So we changed sites to 38 for more peace and quiet.

Nous avons loué un chalet de luxe, 2 adultes et 3 enfants avec notre chien, tout etait parfait. Le chalet et propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons « mixé » activités sur le site et à l’extérieur et nos 6 jours ont été bien remplis. Le service est exceptionnel, les employés passent plusieurs fois par jour pour les poubelles, le bois ou autres demandes. Nous recommandons fortement ce campi

We loved the pool and all the fun family friendly activities but was disappointed that the Wego bus no longer picks up in front of the campground. This was the main reason we picked this campground. Also disappointed with how close the back-in sites are to each other. They took pull through sites and cut them in half. We ended up paying more for a full pull through.

Hosts at the office were very polite and helpful. The grounds were very neat and our stay was wonderful.

This was my 7th visit in 10 years and the worst experience I've had yet. Normally we are allowed to check in early and when our cabin is ready, they call us for the keys. They no longer do that and it just becomes overwhelming for the staff at check in time. I watched the cleaning staff in the washroom making a personal phone call for 30 mins while working. I'd go on more if I had more space.

I needed a pull through (got), long enough for camper and trailer. The bathrooms were close by and very clean. This is the first place I stayed that had a bathtub, which I thought was a great idea. Check in was easy, though I was early I had to wait until check-in time, a little disappointed there. The place was conveniently located near the Falls.

The outdoor pools are small lots of kids which is good but some guest I’m sure are there to relax and enjoy the sun and pool but it’s very hard to when all you hear is yelling and getting splashing all the time.

Although not directly KOA’s fault, my expensive bicycle was stolen this stay at Niagara KOA. We found your swimming pools to be out of control! An adult swim in one pool from 8am to 9am really doesn’t afford many adults the opportunity to relax in one of your three pools without be splashed by or crowded out by kids. Surely one of these three pools could be 21+?

We had a lot of issues but the staff was great and worked on all of them as quickly as they could. We understand things break and they were great working on the issues , can't ask for any more :)

We stayed for the Christmas in July event, but wouldn’t have known it - minimal decorations, no music, and lackluster crafts. Site was dirty on arrival (garbage and dog poop), with no policing of issues. Sites were also extremely tight. Pool was nice but overcrowded. The playground was the highlight: clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

The sight has great amenities but we felt a little disappointed this time. The pools were not clean to the standard they’ve been in the past. It also feels like the tent sights are really close to one another. It didn’t live up to our standards like it has it the past.

The WiFi was terrible. I had full-strength signal at my site however most of the time I could not even connect. And when I could connect, I would very often be dropped. And for the very, very few times that I stayed connected, the throughput/speed was extremely slow. You guys really have a lot of work to do in order to make your wifi viable.

We mainly used it as a location to sleep and some relaxation. But it spent a lot of time at Niagara Falls and surrounding area touring and exploring. It seemed to be a very nice safe place to be with a lot of activities to keep you busy if you wanted them to.

We rented a cabin this time and on the booking site it said the cabins had a/c but when we got there it said it didn't. We did a little digging and found a small section that said no a/c but my email it said it did. Really disappointing. It was SO HOT and if known, we would have brought our own fans. It was a VERY uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the fun activities it would have ruined the stay

I came to visit friends that were here for a night and I was amazed at how beautiful the park is and how many amazing things that are available for children and adults alike. I live down the street and am amazed at the beautiful park right around the corner! Great staff!

My family and I stayed at this Niagara Falls KOA for a few days while visiting the falls for the first time, and it has easily been our favorite KOA experience so far. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds were well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool, but there are also great outdoor options, including a larger pool with a depth of up to 9 feet and a shallow wading pool for younger children. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, which serves delicious food, sweet treats, and even adult beverages. Overall, this campground offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
