Clean, quiet park with lots of activities for kids. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. Sites were close together, but overall a great stay. We’d definitely try KOA again!

All was decent. Washrooms are fairly clean and are tended to regularly. The only issue i have is the slopes that make it hard for wheelchairs at the bathrooms. ... an maybe the skunks. But the activities are great. People are fairly friendly. 1 of the hottubs werent working during my stay but the other was good. I definitely recommend it though.

This is our second trip to KOA Niagara Falls this year. A very enjoyable relaxing camp. It has many amenities and activities for anyone. We will return

We were in the area for a sporting event. The campground was clean, comfortable and every single staff we interacted with were helpful and kind. We couldn't be more impressed! We will be returning for a vacation again!

it was the a long weekend and the bathrooms at least the female one was pretty dirty. I think that cleaning more than once per day is needed.

It was a great time. We have been here many times and plan to come back again. A suggestion for the pickleball court. Maybe you could lower the screen along the fence to stop the ball from going out to the road. lol. Had a great time. See you soon. Thank You Robert and Family.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Front desk is so helpful and polite!! Washrooms are clean, and so are the grounds!! Lots of fun for kids, and adults!! Overall the best staycation ever!! Will come back for sure!!

It’s a good campground. The site are really small and the car drive very fast in the campground. For the rest the water closet was pretty clean and the personnal very friendly.

The amenities here are fantastic. We could barely tear the kids away to go see the falls! I especially appreciated the pancake breakfast on our check-out morning. The check-in process was seamless. Staff were friendly. The washrooms were very clean. The sites are really close together, and there were a lot of very large RVs trying to squeeze into small spaces. Otherwise, a great stay!

Tent sites are really too small and overcrowded. Not quiet at all even after 11PM. Washrooms dirty, would deserve more frequent cleaning given the number of campers in the area.

We were on site 204, in front of us there were a terrible number of tents when these sites were not supposed to have any. It was very noisy and there were a lot of people. It was almost impossible to drive around. We could not open our windows because it was too noisy. They are not listed on your campground map. So we changed sites to 38 for more peace and quiet.

Nous avons loué un chalet de luxe, 2 adultes et 3 enfants avec notre chien, tout etait parfait. Le chalet et propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons « mixé » activités sur le site et à l’extérieur et nos 6 jours ont été bien remplis. Le service est exceptionnel, les employés passent plusieurs fois par jour pour les poubelles, le bois ou autres demandes. Nous recommandons fortement ce campi

We loved the pool and all the fun family friendly activities but was disappointed that the Wego bus no longer picks up in front of the campground. This was the main reason we picked this campground. Also disappointed with how close the back-in sites are to each other. They took pull through sites and cut them in half. We ended up paying more for a full pull through.

Hosts at the office were very polite and helpful. The grounds were very neat and our stay was wonderful.

This was my 7th visit in 10 years and the worst experience I've had yet. Normally we are allowed to check in early and when our cabin is ready, they call us for the keys. They no longer do that and it just becomes overwhelming for the staff at check in time. I watched the cleaning staff in the washroom making a personal phone call for 30 mins while working. I'd go on more if I had more space.

I needed a pull through (got), long enough for camper and trailer. The bathrooms were close by and very clean. This is the first place I stayed that had a bathtub, which I thought was a great idea. Check in was easy, though I was early I had to wait until check-in time, a little disappointed there. The place was conveniently located near the Falls.

The outdoor pools are small lots of kids which is good but some guest I’m sure are there to relax and enjoy the sun and pool but it’s very hard to when all you hear is yelling and getting splashing all the time.

Literally the nicest KOA we have ever been to. So many things for the kiddos to do! We stayed in a buddy site and the 'courtyard' was enormous. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and/or going camping near the falls. Great Great Campground!

Wir sind aktuell mit dem Camper hier auf dem KOA Holiday und absolut begeistert! Der Campingplatz ist wunderschön angelegt, extrem gepflegt und bietet wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Besonders für Familien ist der Platz ein absolutes Paradies: Es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz und ein riesiges Hüpfkissen (Springkissen), auf dem sich die Kinder stundenlang austoben können. Die Pool-Landschaft ist ebenfalls ein Highlight – es gibt einen tollen Indoorpool und draußen zwei weitere Pools, darunter ein Mini-Becken mit sehr flachem Wasser, das perfekt für Babys und Kleinkinder ist. Hier kommen sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Die Waschräume sind super sauber und die Trockner sowie Waschmaschinen funktionieren einwandfrei. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zudem die Lage: Die Niagara-Fälle sind ganz in der Nähe und lassen sich völlig unkompliziert und entspannt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, sodass man den Camper beruhigt auf dem Platz stehen lassen kann. Wir können diesen Campingplatz uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder! 5 von 5 Sternen!
