We stayed 4 nights in our class A motorhome over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. The weekend was not our reason to be there then. It just worked out that way. We were there to see the falls. Great location: the WeGo bus to the falls and other attractions picks up across the street and drops off at the KOA. We are not towing a vehicle so this was great for us. Very well kept site with level pads

As always the stay experience is great. We had a 30 amp pull through and this one was a nice size allowing us to put out slides and awnings.

Only issue this year and has never been issue in past is we were given a sister site when had specifically requested certain sites. The requested sites easily could have been assigned to us as. Never been in issue in 10 years of booking in January of that year. I realize cannot guarantee requested sites but were not told upon check in that would be “sharing” and with pets this is an issue.

All the staff were extremely friendly from check in, the the staff working the activities to the maintenance team. The park was clean and well Maintained.

Everything was great, little pricey but I’ve come to expect that with all KOAs. My one complaint is there are a lot of low hanging branches. A typical bumper pull may not have an issue but larger profile rigs will. My one recommendation is to better identify an exit path. It was not obvious to me.

Staff was very friendly however the showers were very tiny, and when the washer did not spin properly I was not offered to be reimbursed for the extra dryer time to dry my laundry.

This KOA is the best camp ground I have ever stayed at! The playground area for the kids was AMAZING! Loved that there were 3 pools as well. The whole park was just amazing and perfect for us. Highly recommend this family friendly KOA to everyone!

1st time staying at this KOA, we will be back. Staff were enthusiastic, engaging, and always had a smile on. Loved the communication updates of the activities even with the rain cancelation of the wagon ride. Not goimg to lie, we have stayed at others camp grounds in the area with a BooBoo and a Ranger Smith. I cant believe how clean the park and welcoming your staff were. Thank you

It was about 3.2 miles from the Skylon tower. The campsite was very organized and clean. It was the Halloween season so there were plenty of activities.

We loved our stay at your location. It’s perfect with everything close by. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place is kept immaculately. Public bathrooms/showers are so very clean. I will definitely stay there in our future travels to Niagara and would like all your information on 6 month stays. Thank you for your hospitality Bill and Annette

Very nice clean great staff. As with most all KOA’s there is always road noise but they are convenient and in good proximity to Niagara Falls and nearby attractions

This was our 3rd stay at Niagara Falls KOA and it never disappoints. We love staying in the fall, watching the leaves change colour and enjoying the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff are very friendly

they offer free wifi, but it was spotty at best. It would lose connections about every 2 minutes. More than frustrating. The price that we were charged seemed excessive considering that the pool was closed so they must have considered this to be an off season. On the plus side the staff was helpful, the bathrooms were clean, the showers were hot.

This is a great KOA, two outdoor pools, and indoor pool, hot tubs and saunas. Super clean. Nice property with lots of trees. Fantastic location close to the falls and other attractions. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

I have stayed in alot alot of campgrounds over the years and this is the nicest, cleanest, most friendly place I have ever stayed. We needed anything they where there in a blink. They deliver wood and even gave me ride back with my wood. Steve was very helpful with suggestions and ideas and we did them all. LOVE the indoor pool, and the whole park is kept in immaculate condition. CABINS, Tent area, kids playgrounds, and even a dog park. THIS is best campground ever!!! It is close to shopping and Niagara falls. You can even take a bus to falls which bus stop is across street. Can't wait to come again!!!!♡

What a lovely campground! Super for kids. Tons of activities, pools, parks, rental bikes, hammocks, places to walk. The layout is amazing, beautiful trees, cozy nooks with cabins, tenting, and RV areas. Super clean updated bathrooms. Great staff. Right downtown close to amenities. We had a large motorhome and we were able to get an excellent spot. Highly recommend.
