Always a great KOA! Very well appointed and maintained. Something for all ages to enjoy and central to a ton of sights and scenery should you choose to take an excursion. The staff is always very friendly and eager to assist with anything you may need. The shop is incredibly well stocked with any and all essentials you may have forgotten or run out of. We'll be back next season!

Convenient location with excellent public transportation stop in front of KOA, ease of booking/checkin process, and everything there was as stated in advertisements. No excuses, no problems.

Have camped here for years, but it's looking a little run down. We couldn't understand why you had us all cramped together when there were so many empty sites. Very hard to park, and didn't feel safe having campfire. We will visit again, but hopefully you'll space us out.

It was best away ever clean lots to.do close to all amenities felt like in the country but close to.city. Great staff who went above and beyond can't wait to book next year

Overall a good place to stay with our rv. The park and Facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly. It was a little disappointing that even though the park was still open and over half full, many of the attractions and play areas were already closed for the season.

Excellent starting point for visiting Niagara falls. Very friendly staff, excellent sanitary facilities. Otherwise it is an ‘urban’ campground so don’t expect lots of nature.

Enjoying some reasonably nice fall weather...didn't go to the falls...it was all about using the pool, hot tub and sauna...please keep them clean and in good working order for us in case we want to visit again:)

Other than the weather, i was very impressed with the campground. It was very peaceful and clean even though you were right on Lundy's Lane.

We stayed for 3 nights in the deluxe cabin it was best stay ever had at campground and I have stayed in them my.whole life. MAGICAL place so close to everything. FEELS like you are away in country but so close to city and falls. Such clean and well kept care of campground had everything your need and more like a mini resort.

Great campground and great staff. Need some trees trimmed for getting on and off some campsites. If their wifi was better I would give them 5 stars but it’s the same every time we go. At times it works well and others it is unusable. They say did a major upgrade but I haven’t seen the results and we were not there at a busy time (mid Oct)

This is nice location park and close to everything you want to see and do. Shuttle pick up is right across the street which is awesome and easy to use. Park was very clean and well kept up. Friendly staff helped with questions was nice. Only thing I would change is the check in area, very little room with trailers, some had to stay in busy road because was blocked, gate to open pain also.

Our stay was great, but a couple suggestions would be to advise dog owners to pick up after their pets. Also we would have liked to see the water in the pool a bit cleaner.

We invited our nephew and his 2 children to join us for the weekend. They had never stayed at a KOA before and it was so thrilling for us to sit back and watch them enjoy their stay. Our nephew said he will definitely be returning and buying his membership!! Thank you for making our weekend stay tons of fun. (even if it rained)

It was a wonderful time even though I got sick and had to leave early. The staff delivered our firewood for our nightly campfire and everyone was very welcoming. A true Canadian welcome!

Love this park only issue this time was it was tree pruning time and we went in the fall so it could be nice and quiet ..but these guys started at 7:30 in the morning with chainsaws… That was the only annoying thing then we got an offer for 50% off to stay extra night but they gave us the weekend rate than half off that so it was a bit disappointed this but overall the park is beautiful staff

Staff were friendly. Park was well maintained and clean. No issues with our full hook ups. Sites not overly large but adequate for a couple night stay.

We stayed 4 nights in our class A motorhome over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. The weekend was not our reason to be there then. It just worked out that way. We were there to see the falls. Great location: the WeGo bus to the falls and other attractions picks up across the street and drops off at the KOA. We are not towing a vehicle so this was great for us. Very well kept site with level pads

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
